Never again, zero respect for the customer. Experience completely reversed compared to previous years. They are not what they used to be.
I have been a customer of stampaprint for several years. When I sent an incorrect file (a low resolution image or an incorrect size has happened several times), they called me to warn me that the file was not going well. Even several times in the past few years they have fixed my slight imperfections without making me pay anything, even if it was a paid service. I was perfectly satisfied with their service.
For a year now it looks like another company. Every time I send files, they never go well, even if they had already printed them in previous orders. Obviously it is all a pretext for a shabby new policy to have a double advantage: they want to pay the service of 15 of graphics (usually they say they have to scale 6 mm which they say maybe they could be cut), and they use this pretext to block the print delaying the same. Which was unacceptable for me during the last order I placed on November 28th and that I had paid for delivery in three days (thus paying an extra) instead of 6 and that remained blocked, until the 5th I saw an email in the Gmail spam which said that the order was blocked. It is not my fault that lately their emails, Gmail sends them in spam instead of inbox as it happened before. Obviously there will be a reason.
I had to postpone the files two more times (which until a year ago would have gone very well and that they printed without stories) with consequent delays that became decisive for me. Having ordered everything on the 28th, they told me that the goods would arrive on December 11th. WITH A 3GG DELIVERY ORDER (with increased cost) BE WELL. Once I received the correct files (I sent them as soon as I found the email and called them) They were careful not to shorten the delivery time. I also asked him to pay extra but nothing, they told me he was under christmas and that they couldn't. After calling them on the 5th, a certain Luca told me that the only thing he could do was give me the tracking to collect them directly at the stationary mail gls, after my specific request email. Mail that I sent immediately. Without having an answer. Two days later, 5 minutes before they closed, I called them back for an answer because they had not sent me the tracking number. A guy with a rare arrogance replies, telling me that they didn't send him via GLS and basically it's all my fault. I got very angry, as well as damaged they also made fun of me. Because he had the courage to tell me he was going to send me the tracking number right now, 5 minutes after the closing of December 7th. Tracking that arrived punctually ten minutes later, but obviously after the telephone fight, he sent only to protect himself and to be able to write below that he respected his commitments. Reading the other reviews I saw many other discontents to which stampaprint responded with the usual arrogance that recently distinguishes it. I am sure they will respond to mine with as much sufficiency, arrogance and lies. I have no reason to write such a review except because they treated me more than badly. Do not buy from them, do not believe the answer they will write to the present. Luckily there is a lot of competition around, go to others, even if it costs a little more. These people no longer deserve to work.
They damaged me a lot and disrespected me as a company and a client, as well as making me very angry without reason.
Don't believe their answer. Take care to satisfy customers instead of refuting negative reviews! Shame!
