Our high seats were behind that Hugh thing that hung from the ceiling. We couldn't see Celine on stage. Too high if a price to see nothing .. It's a good thing we could hear the music. Never go up there again.. But on the lower levels.

Went here for the opening season for,the Tampa bay lightnings. We had vip tickets and it was one of the best experiences ever. The food was out of this world! The best buffet outside of Las Vegas. We had amazing seats and drinks were free too, as well as parking! If you do go here, I suggest getting tickets to the Chase Lounge. Oh, did I mention the Lightning's won?

On the whole, they are not accommodating to people with disabilities. If it is a huge crowd draw, for a popular act, they sell the handicapped/disabled seats as general admission. No preference to those disabled, using mobility devices or in a chair. Basically, if you are in a wheelchair and have purchased tickets, you can either shimmy up several flights of steep stairs to sit in the area you desired and purchased tickets for, or you can go downstairs to a "handicap viewing area" that provides no companion seating, nor seating for those not in a wheelchair. If you use a walker or cane, your options are to scale the stairs or go stand for an entire concert in a "viewing" section. Not. Disabled. Friendly. (Hockey games may be completely different as I have never had an issue at a Lightning game)

completely unprofessional when it comes to handling customer issues. i was threatened by a woman and her mom and yet the staff saw to it that i was yelled at by 3 different employees. i emailed them arena and they never got back with me. i hope the staff undergoes some sort of training to prevent any further incidents like this.

the best hockey arena Florida has to offer and definitely a top notch arena nationwide. we go for the hockey games but it is probably good for concerts too although I've never heard what the sound is like for one of those. the seats are comfortable and there are modern amenities. go bolts

WILL NEVER GO BACK!!!
Arena Information/ Communication: POOR. Purchased 4 tickets to Hugh Jackman performance for 7/5/2019. 1 person handicap. Website gave # & email address if you needed handicap seating/parking information.
Called 7/1 - no answer. Wrote email - no response.
7/2 - called, recording "all reps busy, hold or leave msg." On hold for 1 hr. Sent another email - no response.
7/3 - drove to arena. All doors locked / areas roped off. Found security guard who informed us they were closed and would reopen the day of the event. He highly recommended valet parking ($30.00)
7/5 - called. Spoke to a rep. who informed us NO VALET service due to construction in the area. Told us where to handicap park.
7/5 - concert scheduled to start at 7pm. All arena parking filled by 6pm. Nearest parking 2 blocks away. Heavy thunderstorms prevented wheelchair bound ticket holder from attending. He dropped the other 3 off and went home. When he came back to pick them up at concerts end, he couldn't get near the place he dropped them off at. Thank GOD for cell phones or he'd never find them.

The police were of little help and very contradictory. Example: handicap driver attempted to enter arena parking lot. Held up handicap sticker. One policeman waved him into the lot, another one standing 15 feet away blocked him from entering. At a light another policeman found out the lot was full.

Signage/Directions: non-existent. If you could get near a policeman to ask where to go, you have a 50/50 chance of them giving you the right info.

AVOID THIS ARENA. GO TO THE ARENA IN SARASOTA - VAN WEZEL.

I think it's a shame that this arena and others around the country allow there vendors to charge such outrageous prices and the arena wouldn't allow us to even bring in our own water, charging us $9.00 for 2 bottles. Some of the women coming to this conference are not like sports fans, mom's and grandma's cannot budget for this....

I feel sad, disappointed that they will not help me get refund on concert tickets!! I got up at 430am to be first in line and paid pretty penny for them. And I turely dont want to hold them for another yr! Dont know why the ticket window isnt open? People wear mask!

Great time st the hockey game. Beware of the beer prices on the plaza before the game. 2 Corona draft beers at the Corona bar cost $30. No mask. No gun. She just took my money. We should've stopped at Hattricks for our pregame beverages.

We attended the "For King and Country: The Little Drummer Boy" Christmas concert. The venue was perfect for the program as well as the size of the crowd. I've attended other events at Amelia Arena but this is the first time I have used the parking garage. It was worth the price to park so close to the venue and not have to walk from some distant lot that may or may not be safe.
