On the whole, they are not accommodating to people with disabilities. If it is a huge crowd draw, for a popular act, they sell the handicapped/disabled seats as general admission. No preference to those disabled, using mobility devices or in a chair. Basically, if you are in a wheelchair and have purchased tickets, you can either shimmy up several flights of steep stairs to sit in the area you desired and purchased tickets for, or you can go downstairs to a "handicap viewing area" that provides no companion seating, nor seating for those not in a wheelchair. If you use a walker or cane, your options are to scale the stairs or go stand for an entire concert in a "viewing" section. Not. Disabled. Friendly. (Hockey games may be completely different as I have never had an issue at a Lightning game)
