It's a pretty good experience overall, but sometimes there doesn't seem to be quite enough staff to go around.

This is all still very much the case. I love the place and the atmosphere, but it could use more staff.

Nice

I've attended some concerts here. I'll go here again, though I don't like the place much. Seating is very cramped, even expensive seats, unless you're in a box or VIP seats. Good, beer, all drinks are way overpriced.

The arena is awesome! We have Lightning season ticket seats in the 200's where unfortunately the food is not awesome - except for Firestick grill - and we have to go to the first and third floor for decent grub. The amenities inside the arena are numerous and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Also parking is lacking, we need another garage close to the arena.

Attended for the UFC Fight Night 161! It was an exciting night spent and everything was gleaming and seats in the 200 s always bring a good view! For purchase foods and drinks, expect to pay more than $5 for a tray of fries and your patience and consideration tested due to the downtown congestion and construction from your way to and from the Arena. If you want drinks (or more thereof) right after an event, there is a few sophisticated bars and outdoor food halls within walking distance!

As a recent ADA person attending her first function at the arena I was dumbfounded by the deportment of some of the persons directing traffic when asked for directions to ADA parking. Many thanks and appreciation to those who took the time to give directions. Once inside the area could not have been assisted by better. Their compassion and understanding was stellar. BRAVO! Thank you for the helping hand as we try to live a normal life.

The crowd was backed up to the front steps. We had to go through a scanner and empty our posessions onto a bin like at the airport. I was impressed a how quickly we moved through. Plenty of help to get us to our seating.

I went here to see monster jam and it was amazing, the seating was great. I had the seats in the 300 row amd could still see everything just like I was close up. It was also really easy to buy tickets right at the door and didn't take forever leaving when everything ended. The only down side was the ticket area was not amswering there phone when I called to see if I could buy tickets at the door.

Easy navigation and parking. There is alot of construction in the area, but relatively easy to navigate around. There is parking all around the arena, including fields, lots and garages. Food inside is very expensive. ($7.00 for a bottle of coke)

The staff really work hard to keep this place clean and fully functional. I attended a concert in the middle of Lightning playoffs and the staff was hard at work and friendly the entire night. Great job!

Excellent, outstanding Who Concert. Seating in section 106 was good. Wished (4 stars for this only) the front video screens were bigger like they are in other venues. Stayed at Marriott Water Street which made it easy for pre concert and after concert without worry of fighting traffic.

BAD BUNNY!!! I LOVE YOU!!! This was my first real concert to go to and I freaking loved it! We stayed at the Water Street Marriott which was located about five min away!!! Everyone was helpful here on helping us find out seats! The food options looked good. We didn't really eat anything but they had really good options to choose from. I saw tacos and nachos. Which looked super good. The concert was amazing the arena is so huge!!! I had so much fun! The stage was amazing he was amazing!!! It was so great! My seats were awesome too! If you ever do plan on seeing a big concert here it is helpful to arrive extra early. We did see lines of traffic for the parking garage and people arriving late because of it.

Nice venue lots of seating, nice people. Parking and traffic is a problem but isn't that always a problem. We ubered this time and I recommend it. We saw 2Cellos. Display and set was good. Overall enjoyable. The loft section is awesome.

First class hockey arena. Not a bad seat in the place. If you go for a game or any event be sure to plan time to check out all that the channelside area has to offer. If the weather is nice do the water taxi to ricks on the river. Tons of great bars and restaurants within walking distance.

Amalie Arena was a nice outing with my son for Wwe heatwave tour. Went throught the lexus lounge which were very nice. Had to go upstairs for popcorn which were over price.$ 9.00 per bag. $ 6.75 per 20 oz of soda. $ 5.50 per water. Drinks were poured in a cheap plastic cup which will spill on floor. It were like a pool on the floor level. No cup holder.. Drinks should be left in the bottle not in a cup.
Plus the fees per ticket is too much..
