First Bolts game ever! My daughter and I had a blast! Good food, pricey drinks and LOUD fans! Section 310 was perfect, not too close, not too far, Just right! Unforgettable experience that will last a lifetime. I really look forward to taking my daughter to future games. #BoltsNation
Went to see ELO and the sound was awesome. The route from the door to our seats was short and we hit it at a time where we missed crowds both coming and going. Foot traffic flowed well. Parking was convenient but $25 seemed a bit high.
Maroon 5 concert! It was terrific, the arena was perfect and the stage set up for maximum enjoyment by the fans! But I was on the floor and they kept asking me where my seat was and to show my seat assignment.
Ridiculously expensive for frozen food that's heated up! Be prepared to spend $30 a person for Chicken tenders, fries, and a drink! Beers are also $18 fo tall boy can!!
Is the best place for concerts , it feel safe and hotels all around . Love it
The Chase Club is theeee place to enjoy a Lightning game, problem being the Vegas Golden Knights lost 4-2 but still an EPIC night in Tampa
Great overall fan experience. #LexusLounge #GoBolts
Areas were to cold. Mostly on 3rd floor. Wear plenty of warmth if you will on the 3rd floor.
We were here for a Tampa Bay Storm game. The game wasn't amazing, but the arena is awesome. Clean, clean, clean. Nice facilities, easy access, and great location. Been here for concerts, games and more. Always satisfied.
Great venue and will be soo much better when the 58 acres under development in the surrounding blocks are completed.
Don't really know what to say. If you want to see an act that's playing here, does a review of the venue really matter?
Professional Sports (hockey) in person with a thoroughly enjoyable experience. Guides to your seats. Exellent signage for first time visitors. Entertainment dollars well spent. Separate parking. Handicap services. Security abounds. $$$
Great concert venue, convenient upscale concessions, immaculate rest rooms and very friendly staff.
Saw the TB Lightning play the Florida Panthers in December 23, 2019. Great place to see an NHL game; staff was very courteous and food prices weren t that bad (compared to other cities). Access to the arena was easy and parking was abundant in the surrounding area. Our seats were upstairs and afforded us a great view of the ice. My opinion - Best seats for an NHL game are always upstairs where you can see the plays develop. Definitely worth a return trip next time we re in the area.
Terrible organization at concert event. What's a point of a line?
Love my Lightning and the whole experience at Amalie Arena is amazing! Probably the only place in the world you can see actual lightning indoors!
I must say that what cought my attention the must was how to the ninght it was the gates and seating was organized and very easy to understand. The service personel were above and beyond mainteining great standards for what it was for me and my family an excellent lifetime experience. Access to the bathrooms was not a nightmare added to the cleanness. Honestly I am very impressed.
Can't beat the hockey games very friendly people. Good family atmosphere
We are so fortunate to have such a beautiful arena for hockey games and for concerts I don't really have any complaints about this place
Great place for hockey games. Super friendly employees
Trans Siberian Orchestra at the Amalie Arena was a nice homecoming in Tampa for most of the band. The light and sound presentation was well orchestrated. The loft box seating was a nice place to watch the concert while eating shrimp and drinking in a rather private and intimate setting. The location in downtown Tampa is on the bay and that is a great setting for numerous venues...whether watching the Tampa Bay Lightning win hockey games or watching a concert .
Very nice, the help was wonderful! They couldn't have done more to help my handicap friend. Much appreciated! Hard to get to but overall great.
Stunning arena, well-maintained, good seats, and friendly staff. The prices on the food are exceptionally high and I would suggest you eat elsewhere. We have visited for concerts, games ,and other events and each time have not had any issues. Parking is simple and easy to access and the check-in process is smooth with no issues.
the Tampa Bay Lightning games are so much fun! The venue is beautiful and staff is great
Nice modem arena. It's impossible to have a bad view from your seat. Even high 300 section seats have unobstructed view of the complete ice surface.
Food was awful. Arena was great. Rock n roll by Gary Glitter aka Paul Gadd should be dropped as an inspiration tune from school bands.
Very nice Arena in most respects, great atmosphere outdoor lounge and food on balcony before game is great. Bar integrated into stands on one end was different to see. Only reason for 4 star rating is the incredibly horrendous leg room and poor positioning of the cup holder on the floor in the 300's that made my foot go numb. Seats comfortable for 1 period. Then u might as well stand to watch the game. Beer and food prices horrendous as per usual.
Great venue. Lot's of bathrooms and snacks and drinks. Outside the arena is more food and a block away is a warf and then channel side. Comfortable seats and good staff. No drinks or food allowed in. For Cirque du Soleil the plastic walls were down. Don't use Park Wiz for parking as it is a scam.
What an amazing place it was so easy to get around and find where you need to get to. Merchandise drinks and snacks are expensive nether the less you can not put a price on an electric atmosphere.
Best concert venue and lightning games are exciting.
Saw my first NHL game here in 2015 on vacation. My jaw hit the floor when i got inside. Thought it would be a joke going to see a game in Florida.. Man was i wrong. Sold out arena and passionate fans. Everyone around the city wore jerseys all day on game days. I will never EVER forget this place.
clean, good crowd management, great show, great game
Nice venue. Not my first time. Went to see Bob Seger. Great show
Not as big as I expected and I liked that about it. You can pay more for primo seats but just about anywhere was a good vantage point for the event we attended: Cirque du Soleil. Just be prepared to pay $7 for a soda, $4.75 for bottled water, and $13 for a Papa John's personal size pizza. I guess that's pretty standard for arena type venues across the board though. Bathrooms were kept clean constantly by cheerful attendants and there's lots of friendly staff on hand to help you locate your seats and answer any questions. I look forward to attending more events at Amalie Arena.
Lines to get in were to long. Inside the 300 series seats were terrible. Not worth the price for 300 series seats.
Saw Disney on Ice show here. Nice venue but has limited food options. Typical overpriced stadium food. I suggest eating beforehand. Otherwise it's a nice place to see a show or event. Parking was easily accessible and I didnt have to walk far to get to my destination.
It's a good venue. I won't get floor seats again since we froze to death. Compared to much larger venues, there aren't any bad seats since it's a smaller area. Clean well stocked bathrooms, decent bar on floor level.
Beautiful arena, plenty of parking and an area set aside for Uber or drop offs, police kept the foot traffic flow moving smoothly. Good family entertainment.
Clearly leadership has created a good customer service culture. Cant say enough about the attentiveness to the details of a good customer experience.
We watched the Lightning and it was great. Even though they lost...the arena is big, clean and fun!
Great ice hockey venue, friendly staff but refreshments are quite expensive. :)
Perfect venue for a Hockey game. If you can afford it, try the Chase Club.
