I bought my 4th car from St. Charles Toyota a couple days ago and the process could not have been smoother, faster, or more personable. My salesperson Emma Weaver was great and Steven Alf came out to greet me during both the price discussion and delivery of the car the next day. I can't imagine a less stressful dealership experience than what St. Charles Toyota provides.

Buyer beware ...this dealership sold extended warranties for a company that went out of business. They refused to honor the warranty 100%refund that they sold to me and promised when I bought my car. Do an internet search under toyota warrantees. Many thousands were scammed without any attempt to refund the customer. Bought two cars from them.Never again. Shame on you St Charles toyota.

I shopped around from Wisconsin to Indiana for a used car in good condition. Finally, I found this dealer where I was able to make a good buy. Their used cars are in perfect condition and customer service beats any other place I ve been to. The purchase process was smooth and comfortable without pressure or hidden fees. Kayla made it so easy and pleasant. I would highly recommend this dealer to anyone shopping for a car in greater Chicago area. It is worth the drive. I would give it 6 starts if I could:)

Going into the Saint Charles Toyota dealership, I was looking for a reliable sedan at a reasonable price. I honestly didn't expect to find anything in my budget, but I ended up with a great car at a good price. I've heard that this dealership is expensive in comparison to other places, and while it is to a certain extent, I can trust that the guys at the dealership are trying to get their customers the best deal and car choice, rather than the best deal for themselves. I've never bought a car prior to this, but my salesman, Bob Pearson, was very professional and transparent with all of the inner workings of buying a car. He was very open to providing us with the proper paperwork such as service records and the work done to the car. My brother is also an auto mechanic at Toyota, and Bob had no problem allowing us to check every out every facet of the car to insure it was a solid choice. There were a few minor issues with the car that we brought up (loud rolling down of windows), but the service techs fixed them before we bought the car that day. Lastly, the paperwork to purchase the car was made easy and quick. I definitely recommend going to Saint Charles Toyota if you want a good experience buying a car.

Never go by their e-price, especially by their internet sales person nikki..I was given price over the internet, I even called her to confirm it and she said price was out the door price but when I went to dealership I was given $5000 more then what I was told..manager did not honor that price..it was waste of my two hours..

I used to order parts for my 1989 4runner on here, and I could see everything available. It was hard to navigate the diagrams but very useful. They have changed their format for part ordering, I can only see fluids, filters, and wipers. If I want anything else I have to leave contact information with what part I want and they will contact you within 24-48 hours. Please bring back the old system!!!! I always ordered parts through you guys!!

I was looking to purchase certified pre-owned Toyota Rav4, did my research online and went to multiple dealerships before finding St. Charles Toyota. The sales rep Bob Pearson was absolutely outstanding.
He gave me the most comprehensive test drive I have ever done and was incredibly knowledgeable about the vehicle. He frankly made other salesman I had encountered at other dealerships seem unprepared and did so with a no-pressure great attitude. The transparent out-the door pricing was refreshing in this industry and enhanced the experience. The overall team including Roger Miller in finance and Joe Mahoney the sales manager worked with me ensure I understood all aspects of the purchase and warrantee and answered my many detailed questions without frustration. I am thrilled with my purchase and would recommend St. Charles Toyota and Bob to anyone looking to purchase a CPO vehicle!

The service department is terrible. I come here to get an oil change and it takes roughly 45 minutes. I have been sitting here for over an hour now waiting on just a tire rotation! Piece of advice for Toyota, don t tell your customers you can take care of them in a timely manner when in reality you can t. A tire rotation takes roughly 20 minutes, this is unacceptable. I purchased my car from Paula Toyota in crystal lake and even though I live 5 minutes from this location, I will be driving to that location from now on.

Hands down the best car buying experience ever. Bob Pearson was an amazing salesman. He walked me through the process without any pressure. He provided a thorough road test and was upfront about the price. The finance manager Roger and Izzy the sales manager were equally as helpful.

If you are looking to purchase a car a highly recommend checking them out. No haggle price and no pressure sales people. Ask for Bob and he will definitely take care of you.

Always a great experience at this dealer. Buying a new Tacoma was a quick and hassle free experience. Service department goes above and beyond every time. I just wish they would do a better job drying off my black truck after a wash and mechanics would be more careful and not kick the interior plastics and door panel with their dirty boots.

He was true to his word and the other staff were welcoming and friendly. They did a great job expediting my visit so I could get back on the road home. Would recommend!!

After 20 Years of using St. Charles Toyota to service my vehicles on my last oil change and tire rotation they neglected to tighten the lug nuts on the drivers side rear tire. I was able to avoid a disaster and decided i should let them know as i had to pickup a part. I informed the service team that i would like to let someone know of my recent experience. I was asked to wait for Ryan as he would be right out. After 30 minutes of waiting and no one coming i left as I would have thought St. Charles Toyota would take a safety concern more seriously. I don't have confidence they are taking the necessary precautions to ensure my family and passengers are safe. I understand that this was an accident but think that Ryan after 2 phone calls that we were waiting would at least take the time to talk to a customer with a 20 year record.

I ordered a side mirror on 6-26-19. I was told I needed to pay before ordering and that it would take a few days to get the mirror in and then a few days to paint it. My credit card was charged on 6-26-19. I have since made NINE phone calls to parts and service and still no call back or information that my mirror is in and ready for installation. Monday I called and left a message with Tricia for the Service Manager to please contact me - 3 days later and still no call or email! They are very quick to charge my credit card but can't even return my calls and give me a status - 24 days and still waiting!!

On January 28, 2019 I was trying to take my RV to storage. When I started pulling I noticed that my truck, a 2017 Tundra, was stuck in 4 wheel drive Low. I tried and tried to get it to reset to 2-wheel drive but could not. So, I drove to St. Charles Toyota, in ST. Charles IL, where I had purchased the truck at 20 MPH. Service sent a tech right out and with my trailer attached corrected the problem. This Tundra is my second truck purchased from St. Charles Toyota. The first one was a 2003 that had 215,000 miles when I sold it and bought the 2017. I have always had excellent service from St. Charles Toyota and have referred several friends looking for trucks to that dealership. Thanks again!!

No pressure from sales associates. We were able to go back and forth on styles and time line without constant phone calls until we finally decided on when and what to purchase. We dealt with Bob Pearson and Jon Tran and both were extremely knowledgeable and were very accommodating. I think we took about 3 months before we actually purchased a used vehicle that we are completely happy with.

I had a horrible experience at this dealer. Like Sarah H's experience, I brought my car in for service and due to negligence St Charles Toyota created a whole problem. I went in with three lights on on my dash. They ran diagnostics, did an oil change and some recall work on the rear suspension. They did not have the part to fix my original issue so they ordered it and sent me on my way. When I left I had FIVE warning lights on. Since my part was due in in the next day or two I figured I'd let them know when I came back. When I got to my next appointment they found the new problem but wouldn't take responsibility for it. I insisted they fix it no charge and ended up being asked into a side office. I was basically interrogated like a common criminal and put on the defensive. They gave me $50 off of the new $400 repair. Over the next few days I talked to the Toyota National Hotline, another Toyota dealers service manager, and an online Toyota mechanic w 30 years of experience. They all said the same thing, St Charles Toyota (specifically RON B the service mgr) is being dishonest with you!

I WILL NEVER DO ANY BUSINESS THERE AGAIN!

Before purchasing, I reviewed inventory and found a Tacoma that was exactly what I was looking for. I sent an inquiry and received a prompt response with a price I was comfortable with. Upon arrival we were met by a very nice young woman who directed us to Drew Cordt, the Internet Sales Rep. Really great experience with Drew....he knew everything regarding the features on this vehicle and was excited to show us how each feature worked. He was very personable and not pushy at all. He promptly got us out to test drive the vehicle, and the acceptance of the offer phase of the purchase. The Finance Manager completed the necessary paperwork swiftly, and we enjoyed working with him. His efforts in expediting the paperwork allowed us to be in and out quickly. From the time we walked in until leaving with our purchase was just over two hours, start to finish. This our third purchase since 2006 from this dealership and was the most efficient and enjoyable purchase to date. Kudos to St. Charles Toyota for allowing us to always have a great experience when buying a vehicle. We look forward to enjoying both of our current Toyotas (2015 Rav4 and 2019 Tacoma TRD OR) and we want to just say thanks to Drew who was an awesome sales rep.

I always love coming here. I live in Oak Park, but I specifically come to your dealership to get my repairs done because I appreciate the business that is conducted here. Everyone is friendly and happy to answer any questions that I have. The transparency between the staff and the customers is what I appreciate the most. I know that if I ask about something, they are going to give me all my options straight and up and there s no pushing to get me to do anything.

Bad taste in my mouth with this dealership. I had left items in my trunk and followed up the next day and was reassured I could swing by the new car lot to pick up. Went up the following week after speaking to them and no one knew anything about what I was talking about. I was shuffled back and forth between used and the new car lot and was very patient to only receive attitude and a lose of my personal items. They were either thrown out or stolen. On top of that the used car manager was very rude on the phone. Extremely irritated with how that situation was handled. I will point in another direction when asked what s a good dealership to purchase from.

My girlfriend and I had talked to Adrian Gutierrez(salesman), he was really nice to us and we decide to purchase the car in March 17th. So Adrian did all the paper work but the problem was we are from Iowa and they claimed that we need to have checks from Illinois which I did not understand. We had to go back to Iowa because bank was closed so we left deposit down on the car $100. we were planning to pick up the car March 24 which is week from the first day. I spoke to Adrian that we could not come March 24th because Iowa were having crazy snowstorm and also told him that we might have to give up the car since we do not have time to get there. The talk should've ended here but Adrian was treating us that we have to come to the dealership because the registration for the car is already on my girlfriend name.....so I told him that is not fault, he kept pushing me. I finally told him deal with your problem and keep my deposit and then he told me we need to drop $500 more for this mistake. I was so confused and felt really terrible because he was so nice to us first time and then he became different person right after we gave up the car..... I would not suggest this dealership, I saw terrible service and not being the professor sale-man. I am just glad that I did not spend $17,000 in this dealership. Thank you Toyota

Honest, Friendly and Fast service department. Anybody can be fast and friendly, but honesty is hard to come by at dealerships especially in the service departments with some trying to get you to sign off on flam shooters and willy bongs for your non existent strut capacitors under your birds nest they found while doing a simple oil change, suddenly your driving home sitting on the giant complimentary ice pack for your a** because it was just violated prison style, but St.Charles Toyota does what you require, nothing more and if by chance something needs attention you didn't know about they inform you politely and let you make the decision. Each and everybody in the service department is a class act and the waiting area although your not there long is fantastic as well.

If I could I would give 0 stars This dealership is the worst they do have fake prices they published a Toyota Tacoma truck for $30,699 when I came to the dealer to get it I was told that they didn t have the truck and the price was a wrong they said it s price was $42,000 it was definitely not a mistake there was no way it was a mistake because the truck was listing for 103 days they published this kind of stuff to attract people once they are there they trick people with any other car they re the worst don t ever buy here!!

Best car buying experience ever! Jonathan was a no-pressure sales person who was very helpful with car features and Derrick was a no-pressure Finance person who breezed through the paperwork easily.. St Charles Toyota has a haggle free price quote you can use to price shop other dealerships . Almost too good to be true. My wife and I both thought the experience was the best ever.

We drove about 2.5 hours to look at a vehicle at this dealership. We we're impressed every step of the way. First, the email correspondence was prompt. Since we were coming from a distance, they stayed in touch with us regarding the availability. We worked with Louis and Efren, who were both awesome and made the experience as painkess as possible. We really appreciated the no-pressure and helpful sale. When we bought our last vehicle at a different dealer, the salesman acted like I didn't exist and even answered questions to my husband when I asked them. This was not like that at all. Highly recommend and we will be back for the next vehicle!

I have bought a used Certified Toyota Camry from this dealership. I have worked with Jeff and Rich. Before making the payment I requested requested Jeff to fix the window moldings. He said it has been taken care of. Once I drove the car from the lot, they are not fixed. Instead of replacing the damaged parts they glued it so that it will look fix. The car that I purchased has a problem with brakes too. Jeff and Rich don't speak the truth. They are not honest. Their service is poor. They are not cooperative. They want you to buy the car ASAP. I will not recommend them to do any kind of business.

Please look for any other Toyota dealership in town. Thanks.

I originally gave the service department a 5 star review. Unfortunately this has changed. I had my car serviced by them on Feb 26. Oil change and inspection. One week after getting my car serviced I started hearing a noise from the brakes. I called and talked to one of the service managers. He told me my brakes were fine. As a matter of fact he said I had 70 percent left on the pads. I recently took my car in to a local repair shop and they found my rear brake was almost metal to metal. They found my caliper was sticking.

Fast. No gimmicks and no game playing or lies. Straight forward to the point. Nice people. One of the things important was that everyone was upbeat mood and other dealers seemed like they had down mood or like i was a chore to them. Other Toyota dealers seemed like they didnt want to work at all and they body language was negative. Here is the kicker. All the dealers Elmhurst, Lombard and Schaumburg all lied through their teeth about pricing and incentives. St Charles did not. Here everyone was positive and happy to see me and willing to make a deal.

Went there for a part and instead of working with me and figuring out a solution to the issue I was having, the "Parts Manager" Mike Gibson ended up yelling at me, throwing his glasses onto a desk, and turned bright red in the face. I calmly said thanked the other parts employees for their help since they were clearly embarrassed for him- and left without my part, very displeased with my experience there.

Highly recommended. Bob Pearson was very helpful with our Sienna purchase. The experience was much better than previous visits to other dealerships. Low pressure to buy, clear out the door price. Also want to thank Roger Miller for finance assistance along with extended warranty explanation and clarification. We will start with St. Charles Toyota when we need to purchase our next vehicle.

Their Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) program is a scam....

Their Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) program is a scam. They do NOT back up their contract.

I consider myself very knowledgable about cars and the buying process. A few weeks ago my wife and I flew out to Chicago and bought a 2015 CPO Highlander via Autotrader. The used car manager assured me over the phone that the SUV was good to go and needed no additional maintenance. His assertion could not have been further from the truth.

We purchased the vehicle and drove it the 6 hours back home to Minneapolis. It wasn't until we drove at higher speeds that I noticed the brakes pulsated during heavy braking. I took it into a local dealer, Rudy Luther Toyota, who inspected the brakes and found the rotors were too badly rusted and scored to be repaired. The damage was beyond the scope of what is known as 'lot rust', where the rotors of a vehicle rust because of lack of use while parked in the lot.

The service manager at Rudy Luther said that legally, the rotors couldn't be machined and that St. Charles Toyota should have replaced them. The manager even said the Highlander never should have been sold with the brakes in this condition. The total cost to replace the rotors front and rear: $1,001.55. On a Certified vehicle.

Even after seeing the pictures that are posted here and receiving copies of the invoice, the management at St. Charles Toyota refuses to give us a refund. They disregarded the professional opinion of another dealer that services CPO vehicles. Toyota Customer Care says they have no control over St. Charles Toyota despite the fact that they sell CPO vehicles. I also consulted an independent ASE Certified mechanic who dismissed the claim by St. Charles Toyota that the rotors did not need to be replaced.

The topper: the owner of St. Charles Toyota even went so far as to slamming my character in an email! You can't make this up. Personally attacking your customer, no matter the circumstances, is unacceptable and goes against the values that the dealership tries to uphold.

I bought HIGHLANDER LIMITED brand new last time....
I asked for the best monthly payment probably at all Chicagoland Toyota's dealers and the gave me the lowest!!!!!!
Whatever Joe (manager) said was truth...
Other dealers offered me by the phone even lower monthly payment but when I showed up they started to use stupid tricks and payment was much higher compared what they said by the phone.....
Joe was very honest.....
He gave me estimate on the paper which was the best (lowest monthly payment) and when I decided to buy it, I stopped by and purchased my car....
Plus their salesman JONATHAN WOODS...
Excellent man....
Strongly recommended dealership.....
Why???
They are honest (they don't play games), plus they are giving very good deals....

We took my 2004 Corolla for an oil change and tire rotation for $37. The oil change and tire rotation went well. Just before I brought my car in that day, I had stopped at a friends. He purchased a battery load tester and used my car for its trial run. My battery tested as a strong battery. After the oil change Fabian the service manager discussed the needs of my car. Fabian told me I needed a new battery. I asked for the print out of the test because I told Fabian I just had it tested one hour prior to service that day. Fabian said there was no printout available even though this is a digital test. He also told me the battery would need to be tested 9 or 10 times to get a good read. Then he told me I needed an alignment and he was going to charge me $109 for four wheel alignment. I reminded him it was a two wheel alignment. He said oh ya, I'll charge you $89. Needless to say nothing further was completed at this service department. Buyer beware.
