Caribou properties are the holders of my timeshare. Since I bought three years ago they seem to have their priorities straight. The first year they fixed some infrastructure issues with the hot tub, pool, and main conference center. The second and third years they've invested in improving the suites. Improvements are constant. I don't know what they started with, but since I've been a member I've seen vast improvements in my investment.

This is really a horrible company to work with and stay with. They sort of demand on what you get, the customer service is terrible
