I am a pretty skeptical shopper and I really hate car dearships but I gave St Albert Dodge a shot because I had a good experience with their service department since the new management. Even though I gave these guys a hard time the salesman Shannon and the Sales Manager Brandan didn't put a lot of pressure on me but were more than willing to negotiate. Even the finance guy was friendly and efficient. I can't speed for anyone else's experience but I appreciate people who respect you enough not to BS you and are willing to give you the bottom line. I knew what I wanted to buy, did my research and only wanted to find a dealer to work with. I had a bad experience with the old management in the past but I am convinced that the new management is willing to work to get my business back. If you are in the market for a Chrysler product you should give them a shot. If you are in the market for a Ford I recommend DK Ford in Leduc.
