I have never used this dealership because I never got the chance.
I went in for an oil change, but I was told that because there weren't enough staff that day, and because they had prior engagements, I would have to leave my vehicle there for the rest of the day and they might be able to squeeze me in.
I live out of town and I had to work later that day so there was no way i could just leave it there. He said I could try back in a couple hours, but I didnt have time for that.
A week later I wanted to give them another chance, and I called beforehand to make sure I would be able to get in. I called 3 times with no answer, and the 4th time I left a message. Never heard anything back.
I then called Crosstown Auto in Edmonton and they answered and said they could get me in right away, and sure enough I was in and out within 25 minutes.
I don't like giving bad reviews but I also dont like receiving bad service, or no service at all.
