Kiss were amazing and the venue is quality however the service is poor and the choice of only fosters of you want a beer is very lacking. Transport to and from is decent.

Good venue , well organised , food and drink prices bit expensive as you would expect from a concert venue

It's where all the big acts play in Glasgow. Parking is 8 quid per event but the annoyance is how long it can take to escape the parking structure. Be aware that catch the train there may be limited service to Glasgow Central

Hydro was good. Seen lewis capaldi last week and was great. Seats were alright to sit on. Staff were really nice and helpful. There was no running water about an hour after we arrived so couldn't flush the toilets or wash hands which was not the best experience.

I went with my partner to see Florence & The Machine who were superb by the way. But my moan is about the lateness of bloody many ticket holders who come to find their bloody seats after the lights go down. Places like the SSE Hydro should stop people finding their booked seats and spoiling the enjoy ment of others who have to stand and let the late punters find their seats when the lights go down. So next time get time get your seats first forget about the food or drink order

Went to see the Prof Brian Cox lecture, was a brilliant night. Only downside was the couple sat next to us stinking like a cannabis factory. Kind of put a damper on my night a bit.

Went here with my daughter to see micheal McIntyre, amazing show and venue

1st time at the hydro well impressed with layout and acoustics of the venue. Will definitely go again in the future.

Just been to see Still Game Live at the Hydro. Can't fault it for views or facilities. The bar staff were doing their best and got the job done efficiently. Maybe a wee bit more training on the tills before they go live would be good. Still Game was fanulous, by the way. But that's not what this review is about.

Brilliant venue for a gig. Plenty of places inside to grab drinks or food before or during the gigs. Large venue and isn't intimate buy you still get a pretty good view from must areas..

Decent enough venue if standing but if sitting beyond the first seating tier I wouldn't bother going. Drink prices are extortionate while quality of drink selection is extremely poor.

Massive "spaceship" looking venue on the banks of the Clyde. Good food and drinks options. Atmosphere dependant on the show, but when the right band and droid come together, it's probably best the arena venue around.

All seats clear unobstructed views but most seats far away from stage.

Great venue, easy to get to, easy access and a superb VIP Longue access with a bar.

Great show. Wait to get out the car park expected so people have to have more patience

My favourite venue in glagow. It's a great building to look it and the sound quality of gigs is amazing. I was concerned it would be echoey because of the sheer size of the place but nope, it's perfect! Obv drink prices are extortionate and toilet queues are a pain in the ass, but that's the same with all gig venues.

First time at the Hydro Clubhouse last night, as an upgrade to our tickets. Absolutely amazing! Would definitely recommend to make your night that little bit more memorable.
The food was delicious, and the portions were great. The welcome drink was chosen from a list and there was so many on offer! (The Cosmo in my photos was extra).
The staff were excellent. So friendly and helpful! We will definitely use the Hydro Club again next time we visit.

Excellent venue for concerts. Food stalls and outlets are very expensive and queues are ridiculous as you would expect from most venue sites. Toilets are always smelly and in a poor state of cleanliness. The building its self puts on an excellent colour show at night from the outside.

Huge place, great for many a type of show. However upon exit you will be greeted by a cloud of thick cancerous second hand smoke. Have told staff several times on previous visits but falls on deaf ears.

Great venue, great sound, great seats. Arguably the worst pizza the world has ever seen. I'd rather eat a frisbee!

Great venue for music and shows for sure. Great view from anywhere and audio was fantastic. (Westlife)

Modern,spacious venue. well organised. Excellent security on entry.

Yea ok. Not too cramped. Good security presence and good view but recommend VIP box although depends what you go for. VIP boxes dampen the sounds I feel.

It's big and lots of signs so there's no way you would get lost

I've been there for Neil Young and Nick Cave. Brilliant venue, the steps however, can be a bit too steep for somebody with too much alcohol in the system!

Only bad thing couple next to me both started to vape big clouds of smoke. But it was a really good show, staff helpful.

Tommy & I went to see Tears for Fears concert with Alison Moya. We both had a Fantastic time.

Place for a good concert with parking, it's a pity that you pay. Minus great for clogged toilets

First time in Glasgow for a concert great spot . Hotel was a 3 minute walk away

Fabulous venue , acoustics were amazing.We were in the standing area of the arena and at no point t did we feel over crowded. Very organized and felt safe with the security measures in place.

The sound at tonight's proclaimers concert was the worst experience to date at the venue. Struggled to hear the lyrics.

Great venue, good views no matter the seating location. Good choice of food and drinks too.

Went to see Queen & Adam Lambert 3rd Dec 2017. Great parking, well organized.
When entering the venue, your not allowed to take in big bags or plastic bottles. I had an unopened plastic bottle of water, but had to open it and pour into large cardboard cup that they provided.
The show was Fabulous!!
Amazing view from Level 2, block 229, Row S, Seat 210. I took binoculars, zooming into Adam was EXCITING!!
The sound, band, vocals, lasers and visuals were breathtakingly stunning! Goosebumps all over! Really enjoyed it!!

Too big. Prefer more intimate gigs for sound and atmosphere

Fantastic venue, well designed and perfect for a concert. They have very good crowd control and are by far the best venue for large artists to play in Scotland. The artists that it attracts are fantastic.

Be careful where you get your seats the stairs are murder,night spoilt by drunk people who were smoking at the top row
