Really need to get some decent mgt. In the kiosk. Queuing for 25 minutes for 2 bottles of water at 220% of normal retail price and them insisting on taking the plastic tops off is just ridiculous. Get one person pulling the pints constantly whilst the others serve. It's not that hard to work out really and will speed everything up

Been to a few gigs here now and the venue can't be faulted on sound and seating. Only downside to the venue is the very poor wine sold at the bar at overly inflated prices. If you like wine then don't buy from here, either drink something else or sneak in some if your own wine in a hip flask or something.

Great venue with tasty food and drink at a reasonable price and a large parking structure very close nearby additionaly there is a very large amount of staff to help guide towards tour seat with the only drawbacks being high cost of parking More

Been twice (all with my wife). Once we could only get tickets high up in the auditorium. My wife suffers from severe vertigo and we had to leave. There are also no lifts to some of the higher levels.

Second time we got seats low down. While we enjoyed the performance, the venue is just another concrete building designed to get as many people in as possible.

My biggest gripe is why venue staff allow people to get drunk (very) when attending events - spoiling the experience for others? Despite staff asking the shouting drunks several times to sit down, they allowed them to stay?

Won t be back again, unless it s someone I really want to see AND I can get seats that are close to artists.

Excellent night at Bill Bailey. Staff helped us in the car park, at the door and to find our seats. We expected the car park to be a nightmare to get out of but the staff directed everyone out making it surprisingly painless and fast!

I like this venue a lot, although given how expensive it is, you would expect the seating to be comfortable, the staff in attendance were excellent and very helpful. I will be back but next time I'm bringing a cushion.

This is an excellent venue, it is pretty huge and when you are right at the back, you are a long way from the band but you still get the atmosphere. The sound is amazing, the staff are helpful and it doesn't matter where you are, from the standing area to any of the seats, you are right there and it is easy to enjoy yourself. Getting there is easy but parking is becoming increasingly expensive.

Large concert venue with good facilities for large crowds and concerts, several events including shows and music, summertime tourist centric events and dance shows, walking distance from Glasgow City centre and train stations.

Be advised the multi floor carpark joined to th hydro fills up very quickly leaving a long walk to the next nearest ones.

Taxis cannot be reliably booked and met outside after large concerts due to over a thousand people exiting in a 20 minute period or less at the end of most events, it is best to walk to the city centre and find a taxi there.

Booked taxis and online taxi services will often cancel your booking on the drivers side once they realise it is for pick up after a concert due to the huge crowds and the difficulties caused by people trying to take other people's booked taxis and minibuses and the amount of people walking on the nearby roads.

There are people who have a friend or relative drive in and pick them up however there is risk with people ambling around on the roads with a high likelyhood of having someone stumble out in front of your car.

Easy access. The only downside really is that it is like an indoor football stadium. It's a concrete monstrosity that the neon lighting tries to hide. Seen a couple of people slip and fall down the stairs with no-one around them. This may have been alcohol or just the fact the concrete straits need more grip on them.

Facilities not great. Overpriced venue. Poor viewing of stage - and I've been in lots of different areas and seats at this venue. Basically whatever we you go to see here you really just watch on big screens, you might as well be at home watching TV.
