Fantastic experiencd. They have done an amazing job, there is so much of interest about Brunel with clever and inventive interactive exhibits all over the place, around the ship itself. Really needs another visit - luckily the ticket is valid for a year.

Great museum but expensive with no military or blue light discount able to be applied, yet students get discounted rate? Seems very bizarre indee . Expensive to park also as you cannot redeem your ticket at the nearest car park either so factor that into your extra cost for the visit

One of the best museums I've ever been to. The s.s great Britain has been restored to her former glory and put on display In a most dignified manner in the dry dock she was constructed in. You're able to see her up close inside and out and even head down into the dry dock and see her below the waterline.

So much to see and do. Such a great learning experience and the added bonus that tickets are valid for 12 months. There was far more here than I expected. Not only the great ship but entertainment and the Brunel museum. A great place to visit for all the family. With ramps and lifts the place is as accessible as could be for a ship!

Absolutely beautiful! I would suggest going into the souvenir shop as well, I bought a beautiful Compass and Galileo's famous Thermometer. There are so many different souvenir's for dofferent preferences! The ship itself is a museum, I would suggest you visit the museum for the full experience. Have a walk around as well, it's breathtakingly beautiful!

Amazing how this ship has been brought back to life and made so accessible to the public. Walking around the inside of the ship is like stepping back in time and the staff here clearly love their jobs. The Brunel centre is also amazing with so many artifacts and showing so many sides of one of the country's greatest engineers

Visited the boat to see how people used to travel to America. It was interesting to see the conditions and the difference of social classes back in the day. It definitely does worth to visit. However the entrance fee is a bit expensive.

Maritime history at its best , the way everything to do with Great ship has been laid out and displayed to the public for viewing is exceptional , the Great man Brunel himself would be proud , having had the honor many year's ago of being one of the very first to board her after docking down in her home port , it was a delight , well worth a visit

My third visit here in the last few years, never ceases to amaze. The SS Great Britain has such a varied history, and thanks to preservation a very long life.
The Being Brunel museum is all part of the experience, as well as the very friendly and helpful staff.

Impressive museum with nice presentation of the ship itself. I had a bit of a rushed visit as I had other commitments in Bristol but the year long pass means I can return and view at leisure which is a nice touch. Parking is available nearby at a very reasonable cost - just remember to take your ticket from the parking to get a discount.

Great museum with a number of different parts. The dry dock under the ship is far better than expected and well worth a visit - it can be a little slippery so do take care if you're not steady on your feet. The main museum is a bit noisy but the displays are interesting. Do take a map of the ship as it's easy to miss some and that would be a pity as the contrasting conditions are very interesting.

This a FANTASTIC museum! It's like being transported back in time. Being able to "walk under water" was a real treat. Your tickets also last a year, so if you don't have enough time to see everything the first time, you can go back - for free. Go, go NOW!

Every little detail has been thought of. The ship is located in a very clever dry dock, with glass around the hull of the ship and water on top. This allows you to walk around the outside of the hull below the water. I thought this was particularly good.
The interior of the ship was fully restored with loads to see and a lot of information to take in.The visitor centre is very interactive, with lots for children to see and do.
