Just want to say BOBBY KEYES that one rude customer shouldn t make you define the whole store as rude. Having two businesses, I know some employees are just bold to act as if they are the owners of the business and can do however they please. That happens anywhere. It is the responsibility of the establishment to filter bad employees, so you should have given the name of the person or people who were rude to you.

I purchased the Recorder Gear HD Camera glasses from the Plano store for $159. The item arrived in a timely fashion, and in working order. However, the video generated by the glasses would not play properly in either Windows Movie Maker or in Pinnacle Studio 20. The video and audio were grossly out of synch. Efforts to reformat the raw video to repair the problem were unsuccessful and should have been unnecessary. The manual accompanying the glasses "recommend" using the VLC Media player, and so far this is the only media player that runs the raw video satisfactorily. I contacted Spy Center with the complaint, and the gentleman informed me that they offer no refunds on purchases of these glasses, and he offered no further advice about the problem. I am compelled to rate this store ONE STAR for not making clear about the limitation of media players and editors that will work with these glasses and for not offering a refund option. I have never purchased anything that did not offer a refund upon dissatisfaction. BUYER BEWARE.

We got a security camera system installed on our house which included 5 cameras. One however only worked a short time. When calling they said to reset the system so we did and it worked for another short time. Work truck was broken into 2 times but the camera for that was out both times. We had to raise hell to get them to come fix it. They finally did but then tried to say we owed $300 for a new camera which nobody authorized the purchase of a new one, btw is still broken. In the it was agreed that we just wont do business any longer. Wish we would've shopped around a little bit more before spending that much money on non functioning equipment.

Beware if you don't click on quick links on the home page you will not know that orders placed after 3:30 will not be overnighted, yet when you get to the shipping section at checkout it allows you to select over night shipping. I was charged $54 and then refused a refund. Pretty much told oh well by the Manager Alex. Customer service leaves much to be desired. I would not recommend this company. Go to Amazon for honest and upfront delivery and return policies.

I have been sold equipment that worked for a week and when I spoke to the store I was told deal with it or buy a new unit for more. These people are liars ripped me off sold me a hidden camera that does not work and tried to extort me for more money.

We were very impressed with his impeccable customer service and his thoroughness in describing the features of the watches. Sold me a clearance item. Stated at purchase they would assist me with contacting the manufacturer, even though they do not locally guarantee sale items. Today the manager rudely denied making any such statement, instead informing me we purchase our items from China, as if that should make any difference. While I have access to far better equipment through industry vendors, I wanted to support a local company. I won t make that mistake twice.

Returned unopened package 4 days past the 30 day return policy and would not refund the full purchase price of merchandise. There was no phone number on my confirmation order and the email I sent asking about the return policy came back undeliverable . If you search you can find the policy but it should be clearly written on the order. Very poor customer service. I would never buy from them again.
