Sold me a clearance item. Stated at purchase they would assist me with contacting the manufacturer, even though they do not locally guarantee sale items. Today the manager rudely denied making any such statement, instead informing me we purchase our items from China, as if that should make any difference. While I have access to far better equipment through industry vendors, I wanted to support a local company. I won t make that mistake twice.
