My wife was contacted by this company (or her broker ACTUDATA, but it's the same) by passing off social security and asking her for all the information to take out a contract without specifying it. Of course, we receive the mail 1 month later, so impossible to know the address to cancel and withdrawal period exceeded despite the registered letter sent by the online service of the post during the COVID .... And when we contact reclamation @ spvie, we are sent back to the broker to tell us that it is his fault and that we must pay. I had no feedback from the broker despite the recommended which was only withdrawn in July by this said broker.
So: abusive canvassing on the part of this company. Obviously this suits them well because it allows them to make numbers and to get rid of these honesty problems on the partners. But obviously no cleaning is done at this level.

I explain the pb: brokers have called my mother who is mentally weak for some time and unemployed! They forced her hand a bit and sent the code. This code was sent under the pretext of "verify the identity of the person". My mother NEVER SIGNED ANY CONTRACT, but she was TAKEN 2 TIMES of 10.59 then 14.70 AND THE MOST SURPRISING: 30 days after the call: which means that they used the right of withdrawal provided by the law, without any signature !!!! They never had access to the bank details of my mother! ANSWER 2: Mr Fabrice called me to explain and settle the dispute. Very sweet, helpful and compassionate. I hope that the dispute will be settled as soon as possible and the contract resolved. The follow up is great thanks to him!
