I explain the pb: brokers have called my mother who is mentally weak for some time and unemployed! They forced her hand a bit and sent the code. This code was sent under the pretext of "verify the identity of the person". My mother NEVER SIGNED ANY CONTRACT, but she was TAKEN 2 TIMES of 10.59 then 14.70 AND THE MOST SURPRISING: 30 days after the call: which means that they used the right of withdrawal provided by the law, without any signature !!!! They never had access to the bank details of my mother!
