All staff is sitting like a king but they dont know what they are doing and what they are saying. If you visit their office that entire day will waste.

Wrost service ever. I didn't see a company like this. They are charging huge amount of money as service charge and Customers doesn't get their service. Even though i have called more than 50times in last 2 months qpay Customer service but they didn't picked up. They ignoring original documents and they approved wrong once. I don't know is there any human or any aliens?

it takes a long time just to get a hold of an operator and were paying 99qa monthly.. only 2 cards to be used by all of the people depositing their salaries. service should be better

Poor customer service,none of them answering the customer care contact no.40342600,from last one month am keep calling.Qpay card also technical issues everytime and simply myself lost yearly Service charge and paycard fee.

The worst company I have ever seen is not respecting delivery time of bank cards of employees. Not respect for the customer. And there is no reception. The reception is very poor. As if the employee is standing in front of them begging. Now I canceled 25 of their companies because they don't respect the time at all. I invite salaries at the beginning of the month that the employee receives in the middle of the month. I will not deal with them again. The service is very poor.

I wonder why you have a phone number.
Nobody is answering your phone straight for fourth days now.

Staff at the counters are not courteous at all, they don t talk to you looking at your face, no greetings, no smile. I went to collect salary cards and the guy got the cards and threw a form in front of me and said fill it and sign, no please, no Sir.

Omg! The office is always crowdy. Some people don't follow the ascending serial by their token. Little hassle & No one was there to keep then silence.

Worst ATM services provided by qpay. Maximum limit for withdrawal per day is only 1000 QR. Sometimes ATM shows temporarily stopped services, somedays we can't withdraw money from ATM. Moreover for a complaint registration no one pick the call in the customer service. We can't transfer money to another account. Only ATM withdrawal and supermarket item purchases.

Worst service in wps in Qatar, also customer service didn't attend the any call. My salary didn't credit on time. We send mail to Mr.Miland and qpay customer support no response our mail. Please shut off your service

Deposit Company to distribute salaries to the company's employees

Poor response salary not credited delaying and poor arrogant staff avoid this qpay worst customer service.

Its a good service for salary transfer needs of small businesses. The rates are very affordable. Highly recommended!!

I was integrated this gateway for my website and made it live. But after i faced some technical issue from QPay and payment gateway is not working. I was contacting them to solve this problem for a month. Till the time no response. Very bad service

Worst Service Ever. I called multiple times but they were not able to solve my issue. I emailed thru support@qpay.com.qa multiple times and got the same response without fixing my issue. I am wondering why this company is still operational. You are giving burden to the people. Worst Service ever in history.

We requested to renew the salary cards and it took 2 months to get them, always lied for readiness of cards by saying next week.
1. Customer care never pick up the call after 3.30 PM
2. Increases card replacement and new card fees without any prior notification

i am going to drop Qpay from next month

QPAY have bad service! I called many time, within 1 month to resolve the issue of my account that they deducted, but still there support team cannot give me a good answer regarding this issue. Hope it will not happen to other people who will use this service.

I have one issue with.. Customer service agent.. I don't know her name..
But she look likes.. Dark face and wearing power glasses and speaking lauded.. And mukh karban..

Very poor services getting from your help desk staff, even they are not fulfill customers needs, they are behaving to customers like a conversation between police and criminal

We are using qpay pos system. Payment is not crediting to our bank account. Issued refund also not credited back. Called customer service for solution, they said will call back. But no one has called back yet.

Worst service I have ever had by far.
Documents on my account should be reviewed within 24hrs, as per their confirmation email.
However, over one week passed and no one is reviewing it and I have been calling 3 different people working there constantly to ask them to do their job and just check the documents.
Documents still not reviewed to date.
Would give them 0 out of 10. Unbelievable

Worst and pathetic service, untrained staff over the phone and on the counter. There's no option for zero stars that's why I clicked on one star

Operators are worst than automated bots, no brains which reflects QPAY attitude to customers.
