Wrost service ever. I didn't see a company like this. They are charging huge amount of money as service charge and Customers doesn't get their service. Even though i have called more than 50times in last 2 months qpay Customer service but they didn't picked up. They ignoring original documents and they approved wrong once. I don't know is there any human or any aliens?

The worst company I have ever seen is not respecting delivery time of bank cards of employees. Not respect for the customer. And there is no reception. The reception is very poor. As if the employee is standing in front of them begging. Now I canceled 25 of their companies because they don't respect the time at all. I invite salaries at the beginning of the month that the employee receives in the middle of the month. I will not deal with them again. The service is very poor.

Staff at the counters are not courteous at all, they don t talk to you looking at your face, no greetings, no smile. I went to collect salary cards and the guy got the cards and threw a form in front of me and said fill it and sign, no please, no Sir. Quite disappointing A multinational company could do better,

Worst ATM services provided by qpay. Maximum limit for withdrawal per day is only 1000 QR. Sometimes ATM shows temporarily stopped services, somedays we can't withdraw money from ATM. Moreover for a complaint registration no one pick the call in the customer service. We can't transfer money to another account. Only ATM withdrawal and supermarket item purchases.

Worst service provider We requested to renew the salary cards and it took 2 months to get them, always lied for readiness of cards by saying next week. 1. Customer care never pick up the call after 3.30 PM 2. Increases card replacement and new card fees without any prior notification i am going to drop Qpay from next month

QPAY have bad service! I called many time, within 1 month to resolve the issue of my account that they deducted, but still there support team cannot give me a good answer regarding this issue. Hope it will not happen to other people who will use this service.

Worst service I have ever had by far. Documents on my account should be reviewed within 24hrs, as per their confirmation email. However, over one week passed and no one is reviewing it and I have been calling 3 different people working there constantly to ask them to do their job and just check the documents. Documents still not reviewed to date. Would give them 0 out of 10. Unbelievable
