Good experience for us. Our salesman, Scott, was very helpful. No high pressure or smooth talking form him at all. We found a 2018 Chevy High Country 3/4 ton that we liked. We drove it, made them an offer, they accepted it and we were in and out of there in about an hour & half.... 10 days later we sent my Father & Mother law over to see Scott and they bought a nice Chevy Impala from him. Thanks Scott !

June 27, 2019 I was in Springdale AR making a pickup for a delivery to Tennessee.
At a truck stop I noticed my 2017 Ram Promaster 2500 overheating. Upon inspecting the vehicle I noticed I was low on coolant.
I contacted McLarty Daniel CDJR in Springdale. I spoke with Anthony in the Service Dept. and explained my situation.
Even though the service center was closed for the evening. Anthony arranged for me to meet his Parts Director (Stephen) at the dealership. Stephen who was at home nearby. Left His home just to come meet me at the dealership and let me acquire some coolant.
This "Above and Beyond" selfless act from these two gentlemen.
Allowed me to not only make my delivery to Tenn. I even made it back home to Georgia.
I'm forever grateful to McLarty Daniel CDJR / Anthony and Stephen.
Awesome job Guys!!!!

Solid two stars at best. Made a reservation a week in advance to the service department. Confirmed appointment to be 815AM. I arrived at 750AM to drop off my vehicle. Service department advises me it will be approximately 3-4 hours to get to my truck, and about 2 hours to complete the job. I figured the purpose of making an appointment was to get your vehicle in at the time you scheduled, but I can understand things being busy. I end up having to call THEM at 3PM for a status on my vehicle, go through the automated phone system a few times and never get through to the service department. I ended up having the secretary at the other dealership in Bentonville get through to them to tell me it would be finished by 5PM. Okay, so an original 6 hour wait time has turned into 9 hours. I get to the dealership at 450PM only to be told it would be another 20-30 minutes to complete my truck's service. More than 9 hours for an original suggested time of about 6, when I reserved an appointment a week in advance. No parts needed to be ordered, so the total for two hours of labor was about $320. It would behoove people to find an independent mechanic or other dealership to service their FCA vehicle, unless you're okay with not getting updates and making reservations for very ambiguous service times.

I would not recommend this dealership to anyone I have had multiple bad experiences with the sales and service department the last of Witch they sold a car I was trying to buy will I was waiting on them to give me the numbers on I can t believe they would do that I ask if I needed to stay on site true salesman Cruze told me no they had my information because I had just bought a truck from them a month ago I can t see how they can stay in business with such poor customer service

My service advisor Cole Lingle was great! He was a very nice guy. He took my info and let me know that When you buy a 2020 Jeep Gladiator or Jeep Wrangler you would get 4 free oil changes and tire rotations at any Jeep dealership. He also mention an update that my JT has and had the guys to update it. I was very pleased with my visit I will definitely be returning.

It's a local dealer so do your research and don't get ripped off. Often product way cheaper a few mikes out of town. But they are atleast friendly, helpful & persistant. Still give them a shot.

Waited 2.5 hours for an oil change even with an appointment and very few people had masks, and the ones that did could not wear them properly. Staff did not know how to apply my Mopar coupon and we did without it. Very disappointed in my experience. Will most likely go to Lewis Dodge going forward.

He sold us our 2020 Nissan Rogue and we liked him so well we asked him to help us with our purchase of a 2020 RAM 2500 as well. If you have a salesperson you like, they can help you at any McLarty Daniel location.

Doesn't matter if you have appointment or not same waiting time I had spoken with someone about this and he said he would look into it never happened. Just called and made appointment to get tires took 5 hours to get this done plus the service department here or at bentonville ruined several of my lug nuts and left some off I had to buy new ones because of them cost me $179 dollars what part of that is fair I personally wouldn't recommend this service department or the one in Bentonville to anyone I know this won't do any good and nothing will be done about it just remember when you go to buy a vehicle be sure to check into their service department. Ben helped us find the exact vehicle with the perfect trim package that we were looking for at the price we were willing to spend! All of the staff were very professional and they went the extra mile to make sure that we understood every aspect of the transaction as well as the all of the operations and features of the vehicle! When we look for another vehicle in the future we will be looking at this dealership first to fulfill our Jeep need!

As always Everett treated me like I'm a Family Member I had questions about my Van and they took Time out of Thier Busy schedule and walked me through my phone set up for Blue tooth This Mclarty Daniel has the worst service now since they took it over from Evertt I was promised $10 oil changes as long as I own my van now they took over usually when you buy out an business you acquire any part and present Deals this is an Brand name place not any sort of Family values IT IS ALL ABOUT THE MONEY TO THESE JOKERS

Service is a joke. Made an appt for 7am on a Wed, by Friday they had not looked at my car and I had to pick it up to get to work. It was a simple window motor replacement. They said they were backed up and would call to reschedule however I never received a follow up call. A month later I made the mistake of giving them a second chance by booking another appt. I took the car in at 10am on Thursday, by that afternoon I received a text that they had not looked at it yet. On Friday I received another text that they had not looked at it and they would get to it on Saturday morning. I didn t hear from them again until Tuesday when they finally looked at it after having it for 5 days. A part needed to be ordered and that would take a couple of days. It was finally ready to be picked up on Thursday, a week after dropping it off. I got a $20 discount off a $570 bill for the delay. Not to mention I was quoted $180 for labor the first time I brought it in but was charged $259 for labor on the second visit. Throughout this whole process I had asked for a courtesy vehicle and was told there were none available. I would not recommend this place and they will never get my business again.

This place is terrible since the buy out from Everette! I cant get service without several attempts to up charge for additional services and even an attempt to get me to trade in my current vehicle for a new one. I have attempted to schedule a repair for the recall for airbags and over the course of several days and phone calls I was never communicated with that they did not even have the parts in stock. I did not find this out until I showed up for my appointment. I was furious and still yet they wanted to change the oil etc. and did not have any courtesy vehicles available and I told them repeatedly that I need to be mobile. I didn't want a ride or to have to pay for a rental. This is not the first time I have been frustrated with them over service. I will be looking for another service provider because I have had all of this I can stand.

This is the second experience I have had with this...

This is the second experience I have had with this company, but my first one with Everett Collision center.. I cannot express enough how satisfied and impressed I am with not only their impeccable customer service, but with the work they did on my Jeep as well. One man in particular, Eric Garcia, was more than helpful. He was able to answer all of my questions, called me regularly with updates in the 2 weeks my Jeep was with them, was very pleasant to work with, and All around a wonderful, genuine guy! Everett got my Jeep fixed so quickly I would recommend this company to anyone in the market for purchase or service. I feel I cannot speak highly enough of them, I would give them 10 stars if I could!

I bought my Jeep Wrangler here three and a half years ago. I was given a very reasonable price with great add-ons! Colt in the Service Department always makes sure my Jeep is in top shape at every visit.

Aside from maintenance, they reconstructed my Jeep after I was in a vehicle accident and their customer service in that department was also quick and beyond fantastic.

Finally when my father's transmission went out in his 2007 Chrysler Sebring, we decided to go to a different location, a local transmission place (we thought we would save some cash). When the other guys completed their hack job, I knew the only person to trust with our vehicle was with Colt at McLarty Daniel. He got the Sebring fixed up in no time!

Well to make a long story short I bought a 2016 ram 3500 from another dealership was basically shamed and threatened into it it had absolutely nothing I could use checked a few others no one seemed to be able to help so made a call to Everett and we talked and they went to work and gave me a great deal on my trade in and a great price on the truck I wanted this was the greatest experience I've ever had buying a truck they even brought the truck from springdale,ar to benton,ar and filled it up with fuel before giving it to me that scored high on my experience of buying a truck I would without a doubt return to them to do business if I ever needed another vehicle. I had a massive breakdown while drag racing in Houston with the Legion of Demons Racing Team. I blew my differential all over the track. I just showed up on my way home and dropped off the Demon. They kept it secure and safe during the whole repair, which turned out to be much more than just the differential. The work was done quick and done right the first time. They worked with Dodge and got every penny covered under warranty. No hassles, no questions, no runaround. This is a great Service Center and they have a life long client now.

When i got there they said they would look at it on Friday. it is not Tuesday and I still don't have it back. Trying to call them and have been in a loop for half hour. No voicemail its full. No live person, just transfers. Stay away or be warned....

Recently set an appt, dropped it off at 9AM, came back 8 hours later and they had "Forgotten" to look at main issue it was brought in for....a Warning Light on dash....no apology, just.."I guess they forgot", luckily there are other Jeep Service Places around(actually just dropped off at Breeden in Fort Smith and they jumped on it within 30 minutes!)
Good Luck to those that venture out and trust them with your vehicle!

Absolutely the worst service department I have see...

Absolutely the worst service department I have seen in my life. My car was towed here because it wouldnt start. They held my car for over a month. Then was sent a invoice for $5600 to replace my engine. Was told my engine was blown with only 5000 miles on the car I had less than a month. They claimed I abused the vehicle because I live down a dirt road and there was mud on it. I paid to have my car towed to lewis who did a thorough inspection and found that my starter went out. After I went in and told them I was towing my vehicle and asked if I owed them anything they claimed I took the vehicle without their permission. I will never recommend anyone to this dealership. Absolutely the worst place I have ever seen and I have worked for truck dealerships for over 15 yrs.

Great experience and customer service! After a previous negative experience at another dealership I called McLarty Daniel about an oil change on my Jeep and they were able to get it in the same day and made me feel welcome and answered any questions I had. Won't go anywhere else from now on and trust them with my Jeep any day!

We just moved into the NWA area a few months ago, and we were concerned about where to take our Challenger show car, as well as our newly-acquired Charger. We took a chance with the service department at Everett, and I haven't got a single bad thing to say about them. We work with Cliff exclusively, and he has jumped through flaming hoops for us, even when he didn't have to. The work has been spot-on, and they've been very direct about what the problems were and what could be done to fix them. After numerous 'swing and a miss' dealerships in central Arkansas, we've found Everett's service dept. to be the best--by far. Highly recommend their service!

The service advisor, and staff are very good. The facilities are clean, and their work was completed on time. My only issue is that the management wants to charge 3% to use a credit card. It s a cheap annoying way to have a customer pay their costs of doing business. They are not the lowest cost provider of service, and the 3% charge is enough to send me to other shops for regular maintenance service.

I'm so tired of this place continuing to screw me ...

I'm so tired of this place continuing to screw me over. First I buy a $50k truck and the motor blows up, so I get something else. Now I'm trying to take off my wheels and they tightened the lug nuts so tight that it broke my wrench. The tire tool that came with it doesn't fit the custom wheels. Now I'm having to go buy more tools while I have one wheel off.
Also they sold me an after market stereo and actually downgraded me from the stock one. It doesn't have XM and they installed it improperly. They broke several tabs and didn't put several screws back in. I guess they don't plan on people actually checking their work. You'd think that going to the dealership would be the best possible service. This is obviously not the case.

I took my 3500 in for a rear pinion seal leak in January, and they replaced it. Also tried to up-sale a lot, (but didn t even mention my coolant or transmission leak or any work that can be done to fix it).
Then it began leaking worse than before 2,000miles/4 months later. Took it back in and they warrantied the parts and labor. This time they just tried to sell an air filter on top of the work being done, and mentioned my fluids were low. Again no mention on fixing the leak issues.

My service provider told me that he could get me a water pump much quicker somewhere else. I asked where, and he told me a place like "O'Reilly"! I asked if the quality would be less, he said "no". (compared to manufacturer parts, that's not true). I then went on to ask him if there would be ANY difference. He said I just would NOT have a warranty. No big deal, right? Pay like a thousand for labor, and not have a warranty. Well I won't be wasting $2500 on someone who holds back information on something so crucial- like not having a warranty on a water pump. I had to keep asking to find that out ;( The drivers are real nice.

Good luck... I'm on round 5 for the same check engine light error. The 4/5 times my Jeep has sat up there for a week plus. Good luck calling to get an update. You will for sure hit voicemail without a call back.
I'll give it one star because they are somewhat alright about responding back texts... until whoever you've been talking to goes on vacation... -.-;

Everyone there is extremely busy. I was really hoping for a little more customer service and personal one-on-one interaction. There was one man I talked to there that really seems like he cared about mine and my girlfriend situation. Ivan Pina was excellent and treated us well. As for everyone else they seem like they had too much going on to slow down and listen to our needs and issues.
