I was in shock by the lack of professionalism, manners and courtesy this company has. I was under the impression by this being a car lot that they actually wanted to sell vehicles. Apparently they don t. I was spoke to with vulgar language and treated horrible. Etc. After much thought regarding my experience at Drivetime.....I almost feel as if there company is a cover-up for something else since selling vehicles is not there concern. I m reporting them asap

16% interest rates and over priced vehicles. Was disgusted at there service and how very little they knew about the vehicles. I would go anywhere but here to buy

I went here looking to pay cash for a car I found on their website. I was greeted immediately. I was shown the car, took it for a test drive, and paid for it with the best customer service I have ever had! BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE!!!!!! Our vehicle hasn t been driveable from the first night getting it home. Their attempt at fixing it took over a week with little to no communication. Picked it back up on a Saturday and by that evening it was broke down again. We now have through Wednesday to get tags or pay a 10% fine. We still have no title to do that with and their response was that their policy is that THEY have 30 days to process the title! BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!

A++ service and got the payment down even more then expected. My son is going to college in style. If your kid has no credit or less than good credit and is needing some help getting their first car this is the place to go! They try to work for everyone.
We are very pleased. How many places do u know that you can get a car payment for $279!

I called them asking about a car and a gentleman named Rob picked up basically just laughing at me for asking questions and acted stupid . I liked the car I saw but won t be using them for business. Very unprofessional

The girl up front was nice and professional tries to stick to her word but the guy in the back that does the paper work is very unprofessional walks off to talk on the phone or just flat out starts texting while he is supposed to be doing your paperwork and your sitting at his desk in front of him waiting then forgets what he doing we tried to purchase a truck was told one thing started on paper had to leave came back the next day and suddenly everything was changed and he wanted more money and didn't want to fix a problem that we were told he would fix and gave us the run around not a good way to conduct business

After going to several other dealerships with no success, figured I would stop by Drive on time motors figured what could it hurt to try. I went in talked to Rob, and was upfront and honest with my background with him. After talking with Rob he informed me that he is able to do what these other dealers couldn't do. After doubtful thinking, I filled out an credit application. within an hour Rob was able to not only get me approved for a vehicle, he did exactly what he said and put me in a vehicle that was low in mileage with payments I am able to afford. Overall I am very satisfied with my choice of going to Drive on time. Only downfall, I should have went sooner. I would highly recommend Drive on Time to anyone.

We reserved a Uhaul truck to move through this location. When we went to pick it up we were told that the boss took the truck knowing full well it was reserved because he had to move tile. Ridiculous! Really put us in a bind.

So I like to share with everyone that the folks at Drive On Time Motors are genuine, courteous, kind. When looking around for a vehicle lately, I stopped by, test drove one, liked it, but wanted to look more elsewhere. I spent the day looking all over the area, but then came back at the end of the day. I decided I was going to buy from them. And they even stayed a little beyond closing time, just to make sure I got what I needed. It's been over a month now, and I couldn't be more pleased with the vehicle, and the people here. I would definitely shop here again.

Listen, I never really expected to have an amazing experience at a car dealership. Well today I did! I was shopping for my boy a truck my journey started on Facebook Marketplace. I ran across a Dodge Ram 1500 which seemed to be a perfect first vehicle for my son. I drove down to Searcy expecting bs honestly but it was the exact opposite. The staff was friendly didn t hide what may need to be adjusted on the vehicle and did fair negotiating. I ve never felt good about buying a car I ve always had buyers remorse afterwards but today I felt really good about my decision and my son will be happy!
