Doesn't matter if you have appointment or not same waiting time I had spoken with someone about this and he said he would look into it never happened. Just called and made appointment to get tires took 5 hours to get this done plus the service department here or at bentonville ruined several of my lug nuts and left some off I had to buy new ones because of them cost me $179 dollars what part of that is fair I personally wouldn't recommend this service department or the one in Bentonville to anyone I know this won't do any good and nothing will be done about it just remember when you go to buy a vehicle be sure to check into their service department.
