Very rude. Went and asked about vehicles and pricing asked if they could come down some and they literally told me to leave cause I didnt want to pay full price. No joke told me to leave. Then acted like they wanted to fight over it. Crazy place

Not only are they thieves, but their mechanics can't do a simple thing like tightening lug nuts. Lucky I wasn't killed! I also notice that my prior review is gone, where I told about them taking advantage of an old man by promising $2000 for a trade in and then only paying $500!

I bought my ram in 2017. After purchasing I took it in for a recall. Tne service dept put on the paperwork that I wanted the auto park enabled. Whwn i caiught em the suppoadley took that off and asked me to reaign. Do ti my trusting natire i did not read the oaerwork a 2nd time they had slid the auto park back in the work.order.
When i found out they claimws tbat itbwas a safery recall. After i rpovided em with the notice that states it was not a safery issue they refused to correct the issue.
Cakked and spoke with their corporate office and they could nit understand and did not try assist me in getting the issue resolved.
Ainc then I have been called several times saying that they wanna buy my truxk hack becauae they can not get good uaed Rams on the lot.
I have adviaed em that I was not interested and to thia date I have recieved 15 mire class from aupossed salesman asking me to trade in my truck. I am unable to comprehend why Orr in Searcy d9es nonunderstand whwn i ask thwm to quit calling me

I recently purchased a 2016 ram 2500 big horn from them. When I looked at the truck it had half ton mirrors and they told me it would be no problem to swap them out for tow mirrors. So after I picked up my truck after a day or so I noticed my power folding mirrors didn t work, so I called to get it looked at. They told me they didn t have any loaner vehicles and they d call me when they did. After a week I called and they still had no vehicle but told me a lady was bringing one back the next morning and they would call me. The next day around 3 pm I still hadn t heard from them so I called they said they still didn t have it in but I could come in in the morning and wait while they diagnosed it. So the next morning I drove all the way up there (I live two hours away) for them to tell me they put mirrors on that wasn t capable of power folding. So I messed my salesman I saw where he read the message and never replied. Needless to say I won t be doing business with them after they sale you a vehicle they won t help you out if there is a problem.

I have went to this place many times and have never bought a car Bc they say one thing and then come bk to tell u another. The manager drove my Tahoe hybrid which I could tell he had no clue what he was doing. It was auto started and he was trying to start it again. He asked me what problems have I been having. I have NEVER EVER had any problems with my Tahoe. I can say it being a Tahoe hybrid if u are under 25 to 30 mph it is on auto start. Clearly he has never driven a hybrid Bc that's how they drive to SAVE GAS. He told me it was not shifting gears. It was shifting when I drove up and when I left. And guess wht ?? IT'S SHIFTING GEARS NOW. I will never go bk to this no good dealer again. If your not a certified mechanic you don't need to be test driving vehicles.

I will start by saying that I did not purchase my Ram from Orr. However, with the dealership close to my office, I decided to give them a try during my factory warranty period. I was impressed with the customer service provided by Tony in the service department. I have sense taken my truck back 3 other times for minor issues covered under warranty (factory and aftermarket) as well as recalls. Tony has provided the same level of service each time. Never before have I been so satisfied with a Dodge dealer's service department.

They were friendly and eager to sell a car, but they either have the laziest or most incompetent service department ever. Their answer to fixing a low tire was to air it up, completely missing the screw causing the air leak. Overheating has to be because they didn't add enough coolant after replacing the thermostat (and forgetting to replace some of the bolts) and not because of the leak our hometown mechanics found. I highly recommend everyone go elsewhere to buy used vehicles

Please don't let a few negative Nancys have you miss out on the best car buying experience of your life. I drove from Little Rock to get the best deal and the best service. This was after I went to nearly every dealer in Little Rock and Sherwood. I was exhausted, hearing people try to put me in what they wanted me in. Then I met Tristan Moss. Over the phone might I add, through text. He was kindhearted which was refreshing to have. We began talking on the phone and he made no empty promises. Only that he would would try. You better believe he tried! It wasn't like in Little Rock where if I didn't like the deal they became rude, he stayed professional all the way through. Even when we thought we couldn't do business he was still happy to have at least tried. So when we danced around for a different vehicle it was a perfect fit. He is not your average dealer, this is not your average store. If you want to buy a car and drive off, go somewhere else. However, if you want to buy a car and be well taken care of even after you drive away, this is the place to go. I hope you don't let the unbelievable one star ratings of someone in their feelings detour you to the wrong place. Things happen sometimes, but as long as their trying to do the right thing by you you're winning. Gas up your ride, call uber, get a taxi, even ride the bus, but travel a little further for a genuine experience. Call and ask for Tristan Moss and let him show you why this is the way to buy a car.

Merriam handled my issues with my 2013 Dodge Ram very professionally and kept me updated the entire visit. She resolved ALL of my issues that WASN'T RESOLVED in the past 6 to 8 visits. Not enough PRAISE for this customer service representative. Don't get me wrong about the past visits, the repairs were done professionally but they just couldn't get that one issue resolved until today.

Salesman are eager to sell. Finance department is lazy about paying off trade-in vehicles. Been a month and my old truck still has not been paid off. I had asked for a quote on the sales tax for my new truck and they said $1,044 and come to find out I have to pay $2,800 in sales tax out of pocket. I would not have purchased this truck if I had known that. Thanks for screwing me over Orr.

Stay away from the service department. Left me sitting for hours for a check engine light on, finally got someone to tell me what was going on; they couldn't diagnose it because their internet was down. Left me sitting for 4 hours and couldn't even tell me they couldn't fix it. Got a rental, the lady with the rental co said they had been doing this all week. They could have just told me up front rather than giving me the run around for hours.

Hands down the WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! Currently they have had my vehicle for 92 days... yes.. 92! They have given it back to me 4 times saying it was "fixed" none of which was true. I had to video tape the issues I had to make them take me seriously. I got the car back and had it for 5 days.. and my check engine light came back on. I was PROMISED by the General Manager and Service Manager they would be on top of it, take care of me, make sure it was fixed. All empty promises. It has been 21 days today since I have last heard from them. They are HORRIBLE. WORST customer service I've ever experienced. They are full of empty promises and do not value their customers. I will NEVER do business with them and would NEVER recommend them. I could go on and on about the things I have been lied to about and the horribe communcation and WORK...their work is terrible. Hopefully one day I'll have my vehicle returned and fixed properly. Although it is highly unlikely.

A good dealership is best graded on how it treats it's fellow employees and people who are not "buying customers". I can tell you the way the "sausage is made" at this dealership" is not something I would want to experience in a buying situation should there be any misunderstanding or difficulty in any department. Dismissive and cool treatment are the best ways to describe their countenance toward anyone who is not a prospective buying customer.

Quite possibly the BEST car buying experience I've ever had. Dwayne was helpful, knowledgeable and had the most professional air. The managers were happy, competent and understanding. My Jeep is beautiful. Wouldn't go anywhere else. LOVE THIS PLACE!

Brought my Jeep Cherokee in for a safety recall update. Saved me an all day trip to Heber Springs. Tony in the service department was great. Kept me updated on the progress of the recall which didn't take near as long as expected. Comfortable waiting area and friendly people. They even sprayed off my vehicIe before they gave it back to me.
I would recommend their service department to anyone.

After emailing 12 area dealers, inquiring about a 2014 Willys Wheeler, it came down to Orr in Searcy and Fletcher in Sherwood. Fletcher was giving me a slightly better price ($100), but when I weighed that against the poor customer experience I was having at Fletcher, it was worth $100 more and a 45 minute drive to Orr to make my purchase. I worked with Tina Moore, who was friendly, to the point, and gave it to me straight. There is no good deal, only the deal you're happy with. In the end, I still think I left some money on the table, but Orr matched Fletcher's lower offer and I believe we're all happy with that price. I would absolutely call Tina Moore at Orr in Searcy to purchase another vehicle. Easiest car buying experience I've ever had.

Friday May 18th i went to the dodge place because my car was making a noise when it went to 1500 rpms and between 200 and 2500 rpms. Friday they told me to go back Monday the 21st and they would fix it. Then i went Monday and they told me that they couldn't so they would Tuesdays the 22nd. They told me that tuesday morning they would come get my car from the hospital where i work and fix it and call me that morning and i was first on the list. I never heard from them so i called and they told me they got to busy. So i spoke with a manager and he told me they would get my car Wednesday 23rd first thing. I still haven't heard from them and im not very happy. I do not recommended them. My warrenty goes out june 15th and they are pushing me off so that the warrenty will run out before they fix it.

Horrible Service. I called for a oil chance and they told me to be there by 2pm. They didn t have a loaner vehicle and they said the most they ll take is 1hr.... it s 4pm and haven t heard anything. 2+ hrs for a oil change. Unbelievable.

Worst dealership I have EVER dealt with, salesman ( Josh Morrison) was a pathological liar, was lied to by a sales manager as well, was literally given 4 different stories, told I was the one lying, said at first he couldn't finance the sales tax, because of me and my cosigner has poor credit (but somehow qualified for a brand new enclave instead of the 2017 Cruze I expected to get) then was told "oh I said I couldn't finance the tax without raising the monthly payment" then told I couldn't refinance cause I hadn't had it tagged yet, looked this up and guess what? ANOTHER lie....will never use ANY Orr dealership again, and suggest that you make the drive to an out of town dealership, unless you actually LIKE being lied to....no integrity in our salesman Josh Morrison whatsoever
