I bought a baseball cap with a logo on cap,cap was fine but the logo was just a transfer very cheap looking and the cap wasn t cheap transfer will probably peel very quickly very disappointed will not be buying from this company again
Print does not match the pictures, premium quality (as advertised) is definitely not! bad print, material quality is bad. Price way too high for what you get. Shipping costs overpriced (package prices are taken), at the end of the day shipping is by letter That too is earned. Rip off!

Repeated washing on the left does nothing to the color (be careful with washing on the right, because the color fades a little) and the shape remains! For me, shipping has always been within the specified period. I highly recommend it!

They just want us designers to take about 2/3 of their earnings from one month to the other. What about the people who make a living from it? What about the livelihoods that are being destroyed? ordered a t shirt as a gift for a friend - I ordered a Medium thinking it would be about a UK 12, it was more like a 8-10....I emailed regarding an exchange product, I received a reply the following business day and they were extremely efficient in organising a replacement item, and made the whole exchange as easy as possible. Cannot rate highly enough - look forward to receiving the replacement article now :) My only other comment is order larger than you think!
Unfortunately, you can only rate the quality of the shirts on the company's website, not the print. I ordered several shirts in "premium quality" with my own motif. The shirts are very large and the material is very, very thin. Your own motif appears pale and printed with a low resolution.

Spreadshirt also sells to Switzerland, but according to postal customs clearance they do not adhere to the regulations. I have been waiting 23 days for my delivery, now I have to pay customs and VAT again, although already done and I do not know if / when my Christmas present arrives. Sure, but not on time for Christmas and besides that the tshirts are gilded with money, Spreadshirt knows everything back. If you already adjust the URL with the Lsndesendung and sell with adjusted prices in a high price country, so you should please do the homework before and take into account the compulsory laws and regulations of the country. Had ordered 14 T-shirts for a meeting and paid via PayPal.
Only the order was not processed on request it turned out that the payment was supposedly rejected, only the Paypal took the money and I never had any problems that the recipient did not arrive.
In the end, Spreadshirt's order was canceled.
What was annoying was that there was no time left to initiate an order with another provider.
So we didn't have individual shirts.
But that wasn't enough for the repayment I had to find out that almost 60 euros were withheld from the allegedly not arrived payment. This effort to run after the job again is extremely annoying. So far the repayment is still pending, luckily you can take advantage of PayPal buyer protection if necessary, which I have never had to do since 1998 in the last 21 years and I use PayPal very often. I won't order from the juice store again!

In order to improve customer service, it would be nice if Spreadshirt could offer at least free shipping from 25 or 30 euros and the possibility of an extension for people from Leipzig. There was no answer to my question. It just doesn't fit into the business model.

I received an email twice, where I should have received 59 , which was never credited to me instead only 5.95 . For me it's a scam. So I'll be withdrawing all of my designs and there are other companies that aren't as overpriced as Spreadshirt.
Years ago (when it was founded) Spreadshirt was first class.
Unfortunately, production was relocated to Poland. The print result in digital direct printing is unfortunately only very bad - no clear delimitation / edges and the colors are weak.
Spreadshirt also no longer offers 190g / sqm shirts - only some (mostly own brands) that will be given up in the shortest possible time.
There were only two points because the complaint was made without any problems. Unfortunately no longer recommended, at least not in the area of digital direct printing on textiles.
I came across Spreadshirt through a Christmas present. I then ordered 7 parts myself and have to say everything is OK.
I have nothing to notice. The quality is okay and the delivery went very quickly despite holidays.
Personally, I don't understand part of the negative reviews, especially if they were even exchanged.
