ordered a t shirt as a gift for a friend - I ordered a Medium thinking it would be about a UK 12, it was more like a 8-10....I emailed regarding an exchange product, I received a reply the following business day and they were extremely efficient in organising a replacement item, and made the whole exchange as easy as possible. Cannot rate highly enough - look forward to receiving the replacement article now :) My only other comment is order larger than you think!
