A created children's T-shirt in premium quality including shipping costs = 35.58 euros.

One star for some of the graphics that are available free of charge for individual design. A second star for easy handling of the design program.

All other stars remain pale.

To my o.g. Order.

From the mailbox I got a simple, large envelope with a postage fee of 1.55 euros.

After being charged 4.99 euros in shipping costs, I naturally wanted to find out from Spreadshirt how the shipping costs are calculated and why there is no collection option for customers who are close to home? And what about free shipping from a certain amount?

The answer a few days later:

I can understand your anger very well.

Our shipping costs are generally a mixed calculation, as all of our products are packed by hand.

In addition to the pure postage costs, the price also comprises packaging and internal transport costs from our production facilities to the shipping service provider.

Since you are not 100% satisfied with the t-shirt either, you can send us a photo of the product. A production error may have occurred, which we could of course fix.

All well and good, I'm not satisfied with the standardized answer. I suspect there is a certain greed for profit to get the most out of your own profit from every order. After all, it is a purely economic company and not a cuddle club. Everything is well thought out.

In order to improve customer service, it would be nice if Spreadshirt could offer at least free shipping from 25 or 30 euros and the possibility of an extension for people from Leipzig. There was no answer to my question. It just doesn't fit into the business model.

Dear Spreadshirt team, in a business transaction, I find it a bit distant to be used in emails and invoices.
A certain distance and professionalism should be maintained !!
