I worked for Totemic for 4 years and over the first 3.9 years I thoroughly enjoyed it, even going through the redundancies and having to reapply for my job didn t put me off and I was successful from a large group of applications. I moved over to Payplan Bespoke Solutions in the restructure and was the Team Manager for a fantastic bunch of individuals under and huge amount of stress and work pressure due to the low level of staff and extremely high level of expectations from senior management. I came back from Paternity leave and shortly after was ushered out the door with no real explanation or reasoning or evidence for why. Not a company I would ever work for again. My advice would be to steer well clear of Totemic, Payplan etc. If your face doesn t fit or you don t fit that s a short exit to the nearest door. Good luck to anybody who still works there or is thinking of working there. This is only my opinion from my terrible experience. For anybody thinking of leaving I guarantee the grass is greener in every way.
