I really like Shizen's after sales. Coming close to the revision dates, they always call to remember the period. In the daily rush, this accompaniment makes a difference. I've had occasional problems, but even so, the good service was different. A good "after sale" makes a difference!

All beautiful, until you get to Post Sales, and it gets worse if you need to use the extended insurance sold at the dealership itself. Pray not to need it, because it is bureaucracy over bureaucracy, there is no feedback from the consultants responsible. You need to stay behind positioning, otherwise you will be literally forgotten. Leave it to yourself!

The after-sales service is terrible. Today I am in Shizen, and it is not the first, nor the second, nor the third time that you meet with a smile on your face, but without giving you a good service and with efficiency. A simple diagnosis asks 3-5 business days to leave the car stationary, an absurdity. For the reviews they make available this picture (attached photo) in the waiting room of express service but they always ask for you all day. I've left the car all day here for a deadline set by them to check the sound of my car they installed, and they did not do anything, even it remains in trouble until today. Anyway, despite liking Honda cars, I suggest you think well before you buy, as they are great at selling and a horror in the after-sale.
