I wrote this review due to all the problems I face with my stay here at the resort. My family and I stayed in 3122 A & B and from the time at checking in we were to find out that the water park was closed, upon on our way to the room my kids and family was complaining about the funny smell.
Not only did we face that during the stay we had to face roach in the sink and in the bed room, non working microwave, broken tv stand, broken pull out bed which I have pictures to show proof. We even try using the closet and the door fell apart. This is all unacceptable, not forgetting the entrance door to our room was not locking we had to contact the front desk couple times (3 times) upon leaving on our days trips. We also had issues with the back door to the balcony not locking and a safety issue for our kids., I had to take the couch and block the door just to keep it safe for the kids not too go outside. It was very unsafe leaving my personal belonging unprotected and also sleeping night time knowing the door was not locking.
I understand it s COVID-19 but there is a lot that needs to be done that does not pertain COVID-19.
My stay here was very uncomfortable but I had to stay just to make my kids happy. I m bringing this too your attention because this is unacceptable.
Garbage check in in check out 15min money back rooms stink
The most outdated hotel I've ever seen in my entire life. Do not go there and don't fall for the whole timeshare scam please. Thank God I didn't come out of my packet to go to this place.
Pros: some of the staff was fantastic, and the bar drinks were good! The timeshare spiel was worth $250 towards food & drink too! The kitchen worked well for our family, and the water pressure in the shower and tub was great!
Cons: This place was pretty awful. We stayed in the main building, and the rooms apparently have no windows because of how it s laid out. It actually worked in favor of our baby going to sleep easily, but drove me NUTS throughout the stay! When we got to our room, it SMELLED. It smelled musty and gross. We went back downstairs to ask to switch to a different room, but they were booked up so we had no option but to stay there. They did send housekeeping up to vacuum again, which actually helped a lot. My husband had ask forgotten our pack n play, and when he called housekeeping to ask them to bring us one, they said they d be right there- and then 3 hours later (at 9:30pm), it finally showed up. Some of the staff had no idea what they were doing (for example, you don t dial *851 for housekeeping, it s just 851 ). Check in took forever, and the food at the restaurant was terrible and wrecked half of our stomachs each night. The pool deck was SO slippery and dangerous that we didn t even attempt it. And the parking at the building is rough. They also have 1 elevator for all of the people there. I also tried to go to the gym, and it was DISGUSTING. I m talking half empty water bottles strewn about, hair everywhere (but why??), dirty towels thrown on the floor, and weights just lying around not put away. The equipment and hotel rooms are old and super out dated as well.
So starting from the top, my family really enjoyed our stay. The biggest thing that helps this place in staying a real nice vacation spot is the affordable pricing and the amount of activities. Highly suggest AirBnb since it was for around $800 we had a nice big suite with two baths, one peronal in the master room, a full kitchen, living room and a separate room with two beds. Amoung the $800 we had access to anything on the resort's amenities such as the pool, gym, basketball court, tennis, golf etc. Things that were excluded however were bowling acarde and the "H2Oohhh" waterpark which is their indoor Waterpark that includes only 3 waterslides. All of this was actually pretty decent. What makes this place 3 instead of 5 was the location and cleanliness. The phone service I understood would be terrible because its in the mountains. They advise theres verison towers even I with Verizon had terrible signal once you step foot into the building. If you have any other phone carrier might aswell leave your phone. For the reception issue youd figure they'd give wifi. Yes but actually no, there's wifi but one bar or just disconnects. The wifi should atleast accommodate no reception for anything you need to do on your phone. Make calls search the web or even the map which is important. They just want to say they have it available. Now for the MAIN issue with the place, cleanliness. During this time covid is still in effect they try to enforce masks. I say try because beside the majority, there would be the occasional no mask go-ers and staff seemed to not care. The worst of the cleanliness was the blood droplets being on my pillow case and sheets. This by far was disgusting and very irritable. Having a room service staff youd expect the rooms to be taken care of and that being seen wouldn't be prepared but instead thrown away. With being a pandemic especially this was a huge health code violation and safety hazard. After requesting for a supervisor and explaining the situation what we were told was that they change the sheets. Ofcourse that was not going to be okay so I had advised I did not just "want new sheets" and requested something to be done. The supervisor Danielle shrugged it off and says the most they can do was give a giftcard for dinner and to contact Airbnb because they cant do anything about the matter. The giftcard didn't even help us since everything has a super early curfew because of covid and we were leaving later on the night. Like I stated previous, the place wouldve been five stars but lack of cleanliness/care and reception brings it to a three. Thats an opinon from me being kind and giving them a chance. If anyone experienced my stay it most likely wouldve been two star.
We stayed in the Westwood Villas #1014 Very spacious and fairly clean, but very dated and was also haunted or had a mischevious spirit there. On the first night at 3 am the alarm clock started cracking and tuning to different stations and a voice came over all that and said "listen to me...." An immediate ly the crackling and tuning stopped, the back door handle being jiggled at 11pm at night, our toddler seeing a black feather on him an watching him vigorously try to pull it off of his chest. Qqq things being moved, dark shapes moving around, and other strange occurrences. We packed the car and left in the middle of the night 2:45 am of our 4th day there as we were concerned something was going to happen to our toddler after several weird experiences in the Villa.
We stayed in the time share. Loved it and could have stayed longer.
Water park was not crowded which was nice. It was cold tho. Kids were freezing. Compared to other indoor water parks it could have been warmer. Food in water park was expensive and not good.
First time here and very disappointed, dirty and outdated funiture, certain water rides did not work, the food was precooked and placed on heating racks instead of freshly made to order. I was orginally told I was getting 1 key because they were running out of keys. The elevator buttons are also turned the wrong ways and dont light up..Bad Experience will not be returning
We went to view this resort as a possible location for our wedding. The outdoor venues were perfect. You can get married right on the beach. It was gorgeous. Then we saw the backup spots in the event of inclimate weather. The ceremony space was on a second floor with no handicap access. And the reception "ballroom" had very low ceilings with no windows. We felt like we were in a basement. It's a shame because this would have been the place if they had better indoor spaces.
We loved just wished the furniture was a bit updated
This was our first time here. We loved it! There was so much to do that was included for free. The grounds were lovely. We enjoyed how spread out everything was, not all crowded together. We enjoyed the lake, mini golf, biking, tennis, paddle boarding, as well as running and walking the campus. There were lots of areas to sit and enjoy the outside. If the weather was bad there was a lot to do inside as well. The staff were very accommodating, friendly, competent and helpful. You got the impression that they were there to help you have a good time, not to nickle and dime you to death or helping you just to get a tip. The rooms were a little outdated, but that just added to the charm. The whole place just had the feeling of stepping back a little in time, slowing down, and relaxing. We had a wonderful time and would highly recommend it.
My kids love love love the resort. I give the resort 5 starts staff is amazing everybody is kind friendly and they get everything done as promised
Dated, Run down, Needs a lot of maintenance and repair. Highly over rated if you have been anywhere down south.
We stayed at Split Rock on March 1, 2014. Our $275,000 home is infested with bed bugs since that time. You can download the app that list Split Rock as a 4 1/2 star resort that has a significant problem with these pests that feast on your person. I contacted Chuck Dickinson, Director of Facilities, who did advised me that they did have a significant problem with guests transporting bed bugs in from New Jersey and New York. We stayed one night and paid $231.54 to be infested with bed bugs where we lye our head each and every night. I should have read the reviews or researched the app for hotels containing bed bugs. Unfortunately, I had to have my house treated and the workman from the company informed me about the app. It is September 29, 2014 and we are still battling the infestation from this resort. Please, read the reviews and download the app. The cost of astronomical and there are no guarantees to rid of these pests.
9/25/17: BED BUGS!!! 1star only because you have to hit one to post. Don't go there. We called when they were discovered in our bed. YES, we could see them! After spending 3 nights in the bed the bites started itching. And they were visually confirmed by the staff and security. Even in the "clean" extra sheets in the closet. We opened the extra sheets and the BED BUGS scurried. We were told to leave the room with only the clothes on our backs at 12:00 midnight. Employees were very helpful if not a bit clueless as to what to do. The General Manager was rude, unsympathetic and offered no compensation for the fact that they ruined our 35th wedding anniversary. Bites all over my body lasted for 3 weeks. Needed to get steroidal cream and medicine from my doctor when we got home. Stay away from this place. Worst weekend of my life.
I have attended a Karate tournament every fall at Split Rock for the past six years. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. We went to the water park this year and our kids had a blast.
Trust the bad reviews! When I checked in, the two families around me were both complaining. We checked into our room and it looked like it hadn't been updated since 1983. The carpet was old and squishy with holes in it, the couch was heavily stained with a rickety pull out bed that took two of us to open, the furniture was really poor quality and outdated and the fridge and microwave were relics. The SINGLE elevator was shoddy too. It was nearly IMPOSSIBLE to get the front desk to help with anything. We called at 9pm because we noticed there were no sheets/blankets for the pull out couch. We had to call 4 more times (I'm not exaggerating) and they finally brought some around midnight- my daughter was exhausted by then. We also asked for a cot and they just never brought it. A toilet stopped flushing and it took 6 hours for someone to come and fix it after we called twice. Also there is NO HOUSEKEEPING included! The food was like gas station quality at the "deli" and we couldn't buy drinks at the lake bar unless we bought food too. Whatever cleaning crew and handymen they hire are MIRACLE WORKERS to keep that place running like it is, because I have to admit the room was shabby, old, and stained, but it was as clean as anyone could expect a dump to be. The linens were white and fresh and the appliances were working.
Need a make over, cable was out and we never received assistance anything we called with a problem
We used the indoor Pool at the lodge. it was nice. pool and hot tub were clean. but there's not always a life guard on duty.
The staff was friendly the facility and recreational areas were very clean
Fun little water park that s not as busy as the nearby pocono resorts. It s way cheaper too.
Great place! Quiet. Friendly staff and a WONDERFUL indoor waterpark for yourself and if you have children. My daughter had a blast (She's 6)
The resort has many great amenities, fantastic on-site spa with massage services at great prices, is in a beautiful location, central to more things to do, staff are friendly, and room was spacious- but its generally outdated in style and cleaning is poor.
Shower stalls in women's locker room are literally rusting chunks onto showet floors, people's personal toiletries left behind for days remain, even the shower in my room has lots of blue soap scum from previous guests not cleaned from my shower.
For the price of the rooms, I expected it to be better maintained.
TV remote missing battery cover, lamp needed a bulb, coffee filter way too big for coffee maker, only 1 electric outlet to plug & unplug coffee maker & microwave, only provided bath towels, no hand towel or wash cloth, room heat/AC unit missing control knobs, the 1st night i went to bed warm and toasty woke up from freezing AC bcuz it randomly switched itself in the night and maintenence doesn't come in until 8am!
They should lower the rates or update the old wall paper, and amenities to make it worth the price.
Checked in at the Town Center then drove to our hotel only to realize we didn't get any room keys from the little old lady behind the counter. Had to drive back to the Town Center..........I'll take some of the blame, because I should have checked!
The fitness center is a mess. The ping pong and billiards rooms are unattended and people are annoyed
Great place for the kids because water park is right next door. A descent size, so you wouldn't have to walk to do something else. They have a pool, a bar, movie theater, arcade and bowling. They also have little activities like wine glass painting. But bring you food to cook if your a vegetarian or vegan. Not much selection for that kind of food. Been there three time. Like it the best at summer.
This place could use some up dates.
Carpets are worn. Some panels of siding could use some work
I love this place it doesn't matter what the weather is you have plenty of indoor pools to use, indoor Activity Center, indoor tennis, indoor basketball, spa, outdoor pool outdoor Lake.
Needs updating badly. Otherwise, nice family oriented place. Lake is beautiful.
The place is so outdated it looks like they have not replaced any of the furniture in the rooms in like 25 years it looks like you are back in the 60s and if you don't get eaten by a bed bug maybe you'll be able to sleep Thru the Night! I would not recommend that place to my worst enemy!
The rooms could be cleaner and WiFi could be better at the Willowbrook. Good amenities.
September 2020,the place it s ok ....(too expensive )but it need desperate a upgrade in everything, still have old furniture, old TVs, the WiFi service terrible , old fashion kitchen , bedrooms old beds , old sheets, cable tv service horrible. Outdoor areas , outdoor pool unattended, check in ,the service 4 start , front desk 4 start ... I hope many people see this reviews Give me you opinion
They literally give u a full apartment with everything!!!!!
We stayed in the Willowbrook location during our stay. We participated in their time share program so we stayed for 3 days and 2 nights for $129. This total also included water park tickets and $100 resort credit!
This is a great place for families! Our kids absolutely enjoyed our stay. A big plus for us is that kids under 3 bowled for free! Yes, our rooms could ve maybe used some new carpet but other than that the full kitchen is also a big plus. Beds were comfy and so were the couches. At the end of our stay we ended up buying into the time share, so we ll be back sooner than later!
Split Rock with beautiful. We love it and will be back when it's summer
Very nice and safe for kids . Not that busy to . So kids really enjoy all games . The overnight stay is very pricey.
Cozy resort, if a little dated. The location is easily within one half-hour drive from winter activities (snow tubing, skiing, etc) and several state parks. Suite amenities included very functional dining, living and bedroom furniture, as well as minimalistic kitchen cookwear and utensils. We did notice visible dings, dents and scratches (and minor bathroom stains) along walls and corners, but not to the extent as to subtract from the overall stay and experience.
We stayed in a hotel for a few days during winter. Waterpark park and hotel pool were fine for smaller kids. Clean and warm. No good food. A lot of activities were just on a paper. Lake was within 10 min of driving distance.
Great place. Relaxing. Spent most of the day in the inside pool which was clean and well maintained.
Visited Cosmic Bowling only - Not bad. Seemed a little bit run down, but the lanes had modern electronic scoring and bumpers for the kids. Soundtrack was really good, but that's obviously personal preference. $40 for 1 game for 5 people is a bit pricey, but maybe that's the norm these days.
Overall it was descent for our stay but probably won't come back. Although it was full to capacity and everyone around us seemed to enjoy the place, it just didn't meet our expectations. Pros: close to skiing at Big Boulder and Jack Frost (which is why we came to the area), easy to find, food market indoor, easy check-in, clean room, indoor bar, swimming pool and other resort activities although we didn't use any of it. Cons: rooms need to be updated a lot from furniture to fixtures to closet to carpet, no microwaves in room (when we asked about where we could find one, someone literally brought one to our room from someone else's), floors were squeaky, thin walls and floors, restaurant food was ok, bad smells in hallway, layout to get to rooms was strange as if they added on to the building, wi-fi was only good some of the time.
Over priced, for the resort and the cafeteria food. Who ever payed $4 for a breakfast danish that only weight about 2 onces. Our biggest complaint is only 1 elevator and 1 ice machine for 3 floors.
Best place ever. The food is great but it goes right thru you if you know what I mean but accept that, it's the best
I love it it's always a pleasure when I take my family up there. Plenty of things to do in the summer or winter
The resort is beautiful, however the food area downstairs on the first floor of the building is not good. I ordered chicken wings and after 20 minutes of waiting, I recieved them cold -- like they had it in the refrigerator or something. The all you can eat buffet across the floor is great though.
We have always had fun bringing the grandkids for a long weekend. Weather snow tubing, bowling, arcade time or waterpark fun was had by all. Lunch at pizza place was surprisingly good but waterpark food not so much. People are very frindly.
Every thing was great, a rollerskating rink would be awesome
Beautiful sceanery the wife enjoyed her mini birthday get away.
So when we went we got trapped due to the firedoors being locked and a staff member directing us to a pool in the lodge assuring us that it was open when it in fact was NOT. When we tried to come back in the way we went out the doors were locked. We tried to exit the emergency doors and those were also LOCKED! The fire exits locked. Tried to call the hotel to have someone come get us and called endlessly for over 20 minutes in sweltering heat trapped like rats screaming and banging on windows before another guest finally heard us and came to unlock the door. Thank goodness. In hindsight I should have called 911 so that they could be documented for violating fire safety rules. Considering the fact that that large was rebuilt after a structure fire you would think that they would be smart enough to be complying with safety needs imagine going out that way in a real emergency finding the doors locked and then being trapped and not being able to get out of that area. So scary. When we finally did get let out and called the front desk to ask to just check out (no way I m sleeping in a death trap overnight with my child) tney offered to move our room to the town center. we agreed. The maintenance man came to help and talk about what happened (supposedly) but when he got there he berated us for trying to get to the pool (keep in mind the staff is the one who directed us there) when I tried to explain this to him he asked if just the baby and I were alone. After confirming he got in my face and screamed at me. During covid 19. In my face screaming. Um excuse me? He had me and the baby in tears. Front desk ladies were kind and offered to refund our stay. Manager Chuck got back to me the following day and gave me his contact for follow up. I attempted to reach out to him several times and he has yet to get back to me. To make matters worse this was only PART of the problems while we stayed (the others were lesser issues, but still compounding) this place should be shut down until they are able to clean it. Bring it up to code. And train their staff in hospitality.
Great place. Peaceful. Relaxing. Anything you want it to be.
Went for a mini getaway that's literally an hour from home. Loved that they offered affordable suites as we have a large family.
They offer daily activities (free) like scavenger hunts, cornhole, bocce, hula hoop contest, mini golf etc...
They also have an indoor water park which during our stay was closed due to Covid-19. However their are 2 pools on the resort, one indoor the other outdoor. My kids enjoyed the indoor pool. We also enjoyed the on site arcade and the bowling Alley. All the fun u need is on site.
Lake Harmony is right up the rd, water activities are available.
Overall the kids had a great time, they just need to do some revamping of those suites.
I didn't stay overnight, so I can't comment on the rooms but the resort itself was very nice. There's lots of good food options all around, and there's plenty to do.
It was lit. I had a lot of fun. There's a lot of things do to there like swimming, indoor water park, arcade and bowling.they had a lot services there.overall I liked it
We were staying at a rental. We went to h20 on a rainy day. The moment you walk to the entrance it smells very strong because of the chlorine. I found it a bit over price for 25 dollars. There isn't so much to do in the indoor waterpark. The showers were extremely hot. When I walked in there was a mother trying to shower her infant but the infant was screaming and crying because of the hot water. There isn't a way to change the temperature of the water. My daughter went down the slide with her water shoes on and I guess when there was a shift change one of the workers made her take her water shoes off. My daughter gets cold easily so she was cold there.
It gets one star just because they gave us a full refund. It is so run down and no one was even in the lodge. I mean no staff, no one. Everything was closed but one bar and the water park. It was my 30th bday and this (170$) ruined my day and night. I used to love this place it's so sad what it's become
Beautiful hotel but the STAFF is horrible, rude and unprofessional. I went with a group of 90+ people and the way they handled our issues was so unprofessional. I was expecting to be stress free that weekend but it was a major headache from day one till day 3. I loved Miriam & Brian from the reservation dept but the check in staff was really rude and didn't really seem like they wanted to work their. Beautiful resort but i think I'll go somewhere else. Finally Thank you Dan from the archery dept, you were the best one their!
This place needs a mayor upgrade... Place is old...
Nice cozy little place, great staff and beautifull scenic setting. The rooms come with full kitchen with some utensils. Bring your own supplies and condiments like salt, sugar and food. Overall a relaxed and enjoyable stay
Very cute little resort. Reasonably priced compared to the other resorts in the area. Apparently the time visited was not in season. Even though school was out for most in surrounding states. Staff was friendly. Water park was great with family having fun. Enjoyed perfect dinner at the golf club. Will definitely come back again.
We stayed in the time shares and loved it. Food was good at both restaurants. The water park is a bit dirty but fine.
Well, first of all dont do Groupon for this place. They make it clear you are 2nd rate..."you didnt pay us, you paid groupon" we were told sassily. Upon arrival we found out our water park tickets were not included and had to be purchased separately. The park is much smaller than other similar parks in the area. Good for younger children, the teens would be bored and there is no lazy river. Pizza was decent, wings were amazing. Cute dance party in the lobby with dj for the kids in the evening. After the park we found out our room was a 5 minute drive away with two wet haired kids to take outdoors. The bowling alley and arcade is very small so we couldnt get in the 1st night. The movie theatre only plays one movie. The breakfast buffet was worth it and yummy. The lodge room was spacious and clean. Overall an ok experience, the kids had fun and we made the best of it!
I stayed here with my family and boyfriend. We had a great stay. Excellent customer service! We were having such a nice time we decided to stay another night and the staff was kind enough to let us keep the upgraded room we were in despite us having bought a Groupon for a downgraded room without realizing it. In my opinion, the food was not the best and the bowling was fun but expensive. Also, I had a wonderful experience at the Spa and I can highly recommend Regina. She is a fantastic masseuse!
The area in which Split Rock is located is really beautiful. I have visited there for over ten years. I have to admit, I liked the ambiance (of the formerly called "Galleria"- I think it may be called Center- the main hotel building) MUCH better before they renovated it- before the ceiling was lowered and a bar put in right as you walk in. Additionally, there is something weird and dizzying about the carpet there. Oh, well.. It is still a beautiful place, with hiking (skiing during the winter), boating (paddle boats, kayaks, etc) next to the lagoon, & of course, the indoor water park ("H2Ooohh).
We really like this place, owners for 31 years. So much to do! But please make sure all those who interact in some way with the guests are fully trained! Thanks.
You can tell when a hotel is going down the pipes when they sell off or don't have decorations like pictures or plants etc in the lobby or hallways. This place was barren. Had three fire alarms go off in one day, and they even called the room twice in the same day to give one if those "we will pay you to attend" high pressure time share sales pitches. Almost everything was low grade there..... Except the price of EVERYTHING!
It's was a pretty horrible experience staying there. We had time share and we were not even given a villa. We were given a hotel room in the building that was old, dirty, and the sofas were discolored. When I first went into the elevator, it smelled like a Stink bomb/rotten eggs. Then when I got off on the 3 Rd floor , it smelled like dirty diapers mixed with a sewer back up. They are very expensive and alot of workers are so serious. I didn't feel welcomed. Especially the workers in the arcade area. Very cheap. They have games that don't function correctly. I won tickets and weren't even honored to get them back. The machine said error and all they did was give me two tokens. I had won over 100 tickets and that's all I got. I guess they try to hold on to the prizes as long as they can.
Great place to go with your family, the place is mostly for kids but with a great family environment. Also the price is really cheap.
Nice family resort, lots of activities. Check the website before you go. We went during the week the last week of August and water park was only open 4pm to 8pm. staff was very friendly
Split rock is a nice place. There is a water park, outdoor and indoor pools. The indoor pool also has a Jacuzzi for adults and a small kiddie pool. Outside the pool area there are tables to eat and things to do...
Great view over the beach and lake. Access to indoor swimming tennis and basketball. Nice aesthetic vibe
It was really nice. The indoor water park was fun and the room at Willowbrook was great. Movie theatre needs an update though.
The yellow big slide wasnt working. You have to go upnso many flights to reach the slides. Staff are rude, price is too high and there is barely anything to really do.
Gross. Carpets with holes. Bathroom grout filled with mold. Billard room filled with broken tables. Keep looking.
I liked the nature of the place. I liked the quietness of the lake.
Hotel stay guests were very noisy and disrupt.. Guy who tried to sell time share was very rude when i told him i wanted to think about my decision before i make a purchase.
Overall or was a good experience. There are plenty of activities available and several are free. The property was near, clean, and in good repair. I could not rate a five because the staff were not very knowledgeable about amenities. I called the operator several times to get the price of a movie ticket and to learn how to call the extensions. I also used a sing machine that was not functioning properly and was told I had to travel to the activity center to get refunded which is not somewhere you want to walk to on a rainy night. Otherwise my house keeping staff went above and beyond to assist me.
Outdoor pool not heated, indoor hot tub not hot. Putting ice cold water into indoor pool. Rooms clean. One restaurant cold not seat us because they were short on staff. Definitely spots need maintenance where others are well kept.
The water park is great. The only reason why i gave it for 4 star is because i think its a bit expensive for each ticket. Would i go again?? Yes. Why because the place is super clean and thats very important.
Came up here for Cigar Fest - the property was gorgeous! The event center was spacious and we didn't feel packed in.
The whole place could use some updating! There could easily be a 6 man crew kept busy everyday sprucing things up! The fence around the pool is falling down, the boardwalk next to the lake could use some attention, the mini-golf course could use some new carpeting, just many little projects.
Not an expert in water parks, but the kids liked it. I recommend leaving your coats in the car because the lockers are SMALL! But overall good family fun here
Nice place for family fun. Excellent for children. Beautiful location. Near aplenty of shopping.
I booked here for my son and I for his birthday (turned 3). For the price $130 per night including indoor water park, was great value. I didn't expect much from the reviews, but I was satisfied. The staff was nice and the water park was great. I been to the other 3 water parks near, and to be honest, for the money, I like split rock the best. It doesn't have the flash arcade games or fancy furnitures. But the rooms were clean and my son had awesom time at the water park.
