The biggest problem with this place is the changing rooms which looks like they haven't changes in many decades. they are cramped, soaking wet and feel dirty...

Add to that the showers are the worse and their are about 8 to serve 100s of customers...

Just had an amazing morning at Splashdown Tower Park. My 3 year old is now tall enough to go on all the slides, the staff were so helpful and really put me at ease.

Great way to spend a day, my 10 year old found the slides exhilarating and we all left extremely happy!

Thanks Splashdown. I can highly recommend this for families.

i have been twice to this establishment. i first attended in august 2016 on a rainy saturday. yes, it was busy. yes it was expensive. but it was so much fun, for myself and 2 boys aged 10 and 5. we stayed all day, particularly enjoying the outside slides. we had hot dog meals too. i found service at the cafe to be very helpful. of note is Beth who helped me find the best value option for the three of us.
i returned on new years day, again with the 2 children. it was cheaper, and we stayed 6 hours. the outside slides where closed, hence cheaper tickets. staff again were helpful. there was very little queuing. the premises were warm inside, and the water temperature was comfortable.
the waterpark is showing its age, but doesn't spoil the experience.
we will obviously be back.

Great place to play. Plenty of times with a variety of speeds. There is a good rapid which fits outside. There are areas inside and out to rest of you can lounge in the bubble baths. There is a cafe and vending machines. Not the place to swim lengths. They sometimes have naturist sessions see brus British naturist website.

Down in bournemouth on holiday and the weather ruined a morning but what better way to keep the kids entertained for half a day. Our first visit to splashdown so didn't know what to expect but was impressed. Wait times for rides were not too bad considering it felt like half of Poole had descended for a place to entertain the kids. Good value given the length of time you can spend there.

Took our 5 year old for the first time. My hubby and I were able to alternate between going 1st and last with the boy going on the middle run. Despite using the tag system correctly, it was disappointing to find that two blokes thought it was funny not to get out of the catch pool so I rammed in to them so a tip would be is to watch the monitor as well as the lights to make sure all morons are out of the water. Maybe more staff at the end bit could also ensure this doesn't happen to someone else less weighty than me, like a child.

My 12 year old daughter and I had a fabulous four hours of fun. No queues, great rides although Dragon's (lame) Lair could do with an upgrade! A small swimming pool would be a great addition too and perhaps introduce a 'no shoe' policy, for hygiene purposes. Staff were young and looked a little bored but friendly enough. I would recommend and definitely go again, but for only 2 hours next time, as we were exhausted!

Brilliant for kids and adults like me only bad points are massive flume queues and if you go on the one outside, be prepared as you have to walk barefeet outside up a steep hill bit of tarmac just to go on a fluke........freezing!!!

Excellent day out. Couple of minor points better showed heads would be appreciated by daughters with long hair. They spray every direction but the one you want. Buy some fans to go at the top of the Towers/slides not so much for the customers but the staff. They not expensive.

Enjoyable place to go. Bigger kids will love it, not a lot to do for smaller kids. Plusses, all the slides are fun. Minuses, paid online to avoid the queue on the door, but this is no use when only one person is on till. The rides are pretty poorly signposted, so you dont know what you are doing to start with. Major failing, lost one kid and spoke to a lifeguard to report a missing child, and was told to go to the cafeteria for them to put out an announcement over the tannoy.. seriously???!! Watch your kids like a hawk.

Staff members don t seem very trained at all. My little brother was let on rides that we later found out we re not suited for his age or height, Life Guards should of known better than to let a 3 year old boy on a ride that left him falling off his ring into water that s deeper than his height. When I saw he fell off I ran to save him as he was drowning and I look up to see a life guard staring blankly at what s happening, imagine what would ve happened if I hadn t been right in front of him on that ride. When I was asking for help from staff on directions they weren t being very helpful, in the end I had to find my way around by myself. Also i d given back the wrist bands and was told I was given a refund, but 2 days later and there s nothing in my account.

Its good fun for all ages.

Its good fun for all ages.
There's a small splash pool for toddlers and also a small spa pool.
My kids 9 and 8 yr old loved the slides. We spent 2 hours there and then went across to Lemur Landings soft play for the rest of the day.

Awesome customer service!!! Amazing staff who were so helpful and friendly from the person on the door to the kiosk workers. What a team!!! Congratulations this is the best I have experienced for years. What's your secret. We lost my son's shoe at the end and they turned the change room upsidedown til we found it. Your people are amazing!

I always have fun coming here despite the temperamental British weather. There are many rides to go on, even when the outdoor rides are closed. The water is always nice and warm and there are many lifeguards on duty to keep the water safe. More

Great for those over 1.2m.

Great for those over 1.2m.
The place is excellent for those aged 7 years and over but a little boring for toddlers if staying for a whole day.
Potentially with improvement this place could be amazing for instance more outdoor water fun for those under 7 years and possibly a shute for the little ones too.
Some of the building areas look tired and in need of refurbishment.
Overall a brilliant day out reasonably priced and lots of fun !!

(There is no swimming pool)

(There is no swimming pool)

Great day out for family , though it s best you make sure that everyone in your family is old enough to go on the slides water flumes as there is little to keep kids or adults entertained if they can t or don t want to go on the slides , there isn t a pool to actually have a swim around in ! There s only landing pools for the slides
