I've used Spencer Pest ever since I moved to Greenville is 2007 and am very satisfied. Used for termite remediation originally and now do quarterly pest spraying as well as mosquito spraying April thru October. And just today because of Tim being so vigilant, two underground yellow jacket nests were destroyed! I would highly recommend Tim and Spencer Pest for their professional services.

It is now 2019 and I am still using Spencer Pest Control but it is now Lucas who deserves the praise for his promptness and efficiency.

Top notch service from this company. Both technicians were prompt and 100% professional. They took the time to let me show them my areas of concern and answered all my questions. They really put me at ease and made me feel like I chose this company very wisely.

We live on a large lot with wooded areas and rocks. Spencer's does our outdoor living service and it is Awesome! No mosquitos, no fire Ants, or even flies! The outside pest control Also keeps the interior of our home Pest free. I have only seen 1 spider inside the home in 1 and 1/2 uears of them servicing our pest control needs!

Had the program where they came every 4 months, NEVER had any issues or had to call them out, mainly because they got the job done like they promised! My family has been using Spencer Pest Services for three years now and I honestly have no complaints. Everyone I've ever spoken to has been very nice and helpful and they are quick to schedule in between visits when you need them. We even had a mice problem in our attic a couple of years ago and Spencer was able to help us get everything fixed up and treated. Absolutely recommend for pest control needs! :)

With everything going on in today s environment and people concern about viruses, this company sends out a collection invoice with interest? I cancelled their services months ago yet they didn t do it internally... they re overpriced, highly unprofessional and always try to find a way to say that the current issue isn t covered under their protection plans... STAY AWAY!!!

I highly recommend Spencer Pest Services for their residential and commercial services. I utilize them for both and they have always been very responsive. When I call for my business, they always connect me with our assigned service tech and resolve any problems we may be having. The techs are very knowledgeable and well rounded in their fields. For residential, they were a lifesaver for me this week. We discovered yellow jackets in our home and I called and left a message in the evening. I got a call the next morning to talk through the issue and they were very helpful with sending someone out twice to get the job done. I was very worried because the wasps were coming in my son s room. Their tech discovered the nest and saved the day. If you re looking for consistent excellent customer service then look no further!

Spencer Pest Control is awesome! They came out the day after I called about seeing black widow spiders around my house. Their pesticide is safe around kids and pets and was even safe on our hardwood floors inside! The technician was really nice and killed 4 black widows he found! Highly recommend this company!

I have been a customer for a few years. The staff are always friendly and helpful. The only concern that I have is that I do not recall being advised that if I stopped my pest control service during the winter, I would have a new start up cost of $135. Next time I wild do things differently,

Spencer s service was prompt, thorough. And covered multiple issues in my home. The technician, Dylan, spent over five hours inspecting and treating my home for multiple pest issues. Built a new crawl door, sealed and treated outside vents, and sprayed inside and outside. Pleased 100% with Spencer s and with this technician. We have been using Spencer Pesr Service since we bought our home last year. Lucky for us the previous owners had been using them so we just took over once we moved in. They have been extremely helpful and got a tech out quickly when we were having some pest issues. Very friendly staff and great prices.

Fast and professional service. Helped us get a next-day crawl space inspection set up. The Tech called me immediately afterwards and talked me through everything he found. He even noticed some fungus in the garage that our first home inspector did not find! Then we got the actual report the same day as well as quotes for repairs that we could share with the sellers of our potential home purchase. Greatly appreciated the fast and thorough service!

Spencer makes it EASY to do business. I got a quick reply to my online request for information...less than 24 hours! I got the information I needed, a price quote over the phone, an explanation of services offered and a date for the work to be done. That was only 2 day wait...and we got Jeff who turned out to be a terrific young man. He showed up ON TIME, was polite, worked hard and answered all of my questions. The price of the services was much better than other companies, and the products used were identical. Another firm over-estimated the service I needed by DOUBLE. I appreciated the honesty from Spencer that only did what was needed....no padding of the services to line their pockets. Thanks Ladies (women owned business) and Jeff for a job well done.

I had a snake in my house. I called a million and one places and all of them turned me down. Spencer was the last place I had to call and the gentleman that answered my call was EXTREMELY helpful. He found one of his techs to come out and called me back in less than 5 minutes to tell me he was on his way. The tech was VERY professional and he caught the snake and took him away. Great technician who was very professional and presented very well. He explained potential issues with the type of problem he was looking for and fortunately found no evidence of infestation. He explained other relevant possibilities but did not try to up sell me as many others do. I called the company and needed the inspection done the next day to meet house closing deadline. They were very accommodating and had him there at 8:30 the next morning and I had a verbal report that day and the written report the next. Very highly recommend this company and Colton!

The service has always had good quality but the tech did not do what he was supposed to do so, the job was not completed correctly.

Communicated well, was efficient in getting everything in place. The only thing I would wish he had done differently, is put all the centracons in the landscaping and not in my Bermuda grass. Maybe there was a reason? I did not know this until after he left. Hopefully it can be corrected next time they come out!
