Spencer makes it EASY to do business. I got a quick reply to my online request for information...less than 24 hours! I got the information I needed, a price quote over the phone, an explanation of services offered and a date for the work to be done. That was only 2 day wait...and we got Jeff who turned out to be a terrific young man. He showed up ON TIME, was polite, worked hard and answered all of my questions. The price of the services was much better than other companies, and the products used were identical. Another firm over-estimated the service I needed by DOUBLE. I appreciated the honesty from Spencer that only did what was needed....no padding of the services to line their pockets. Thanks Ladies (women owned business) and Jeff for a job well done.
