Great technician who was very professional and presented very well. He explained potential issues with the type of problem he was looking for and fortunately found no evidence of infestation. He explained other relevant possibilities but did not try to up sell me as many others do. I called the company and needed the inspection done the next day to meet house closing deadline. They were very accommodating and had him there at 8:30 the next morning and I had a verbal report that day and the written report the next. Very highly recommend this company and Colton!
