My initial impression is that Spencer Pest Services has a customer service model that should be emulated! It is evident that they value a high quality customer experience, as evidenced by their process, from first contact through delivery.
Dave, the New Customer Development Specialist (what a clever idea!), was professional, personable, confident, and knowledgeable. He articulated his goal of providing an excellent service, and he did, indeed. Dave is a great ambassador for Spencer!!
