This is my happy place to go once a month for a massage and eye brow/ eyelash tinting plus waxing. The laser hair removal treatments are amazing. After give treatments I no longer need facial waxing. The environment is very clean and professional. Darpan is a Wonder Woman.

Came here on our one year wedding anniversary for a 90 min couples massage training (found on Groupon but booked directly instead of buying it) 90 min sessions are really 80 mins as 5 mins are set aside for undressing at beginning and dressing at the end.
Our instructor Kandice (Candice?) was great! She took her time showing each of us techniques on my wife's back, my chest and shoulders and legs and feet! She gave each of us 10-15 mins of alone time to practice what we learned, and had some wine! It's a very relaxing atmosphere. My wife ended up getting a body wrap after our session! I would definitely come back as the service was excellent!

I came here for a 60 mins massage session. I had the bamboo massage done and it did wonders on my tight back and removed all the knots. The massage therapist was great and did a wonderful job. Excellent customer service. I will definitely be visiting them soon. Highly recommended!!!

My boyfriend and I attended a 90-minute Couples Massage Training Session with an excellent teacher. For fear of misspelling her beautiful name, I'll call her Ms. Dee. She directed us with kindness, followed up with reasoning behind each technique, and applauded our quick learning.
The facility was immaculate, warm, and inviting; it was easy to relax in.
We both left the session feeling refreshed, less trnse, and excited about what we had learned. I've already recommended this lovely business to my family, and highly recommend everyone to go. I'll be back for sure!
What an experience !! Started going to this place for chemical peels for hyperpigmentation and acne scars. After my first chemical peel i saw a noticeable difference. Got a few of them and omg. I am just the happiest person to see such an improvement. Not to ignore their Massage and Slimming and Detox Body wraps. Too good. And they are very professional and friendly. Love it there :)

Went to Sparrsh for a 90 minute massage and facial, it was great. the atmosphere was nice and quite. the staff was friendly and very accommodating. Will definitely be going back soon to get another European facial. My skin was glowing.

Had a great experience with a 90 mins Neuromuscular Massage by Kare. She is an expert. Neuromuscular massage is more towards the clinical side and extremely beneficial for chronic pains and major issues. If you are suffering from any pains and aches, you are all taken care for at this place. Everyone out there should give this place a try. I am totally sold guys. 10 out of 10.

I had a horrible experience. I went in for an hour massage and ended up getting the bamboo massage add-on. I explained that I really wanted a massage for relaxation with light to medium pressure. Overall everything was fine until the end of the massage. The massage therapist used significantly more pressure on my shoulders and neck. It definitely was borderline painful but only lasted about a minute or so. Several hours later my neck and shoulder started to hurt and then the pain was unbearable. I was unable to sleep and even now a day later I am still in significant pain. I ended up having to make a doctor's appointment. I am not sure if the massage therapist was not trained properly or what really happened but I have had dozens of massages over the years and never has one caused this much pain.
I was there yesterday jan 31,2016. It was a christmass gift from my husband. I was very pleased with my services. Full body massage, Facial. The staff was very nice. The salon is very clean and quiet. I just loved it.
Can't thank enough to Sparrsh Staff for their co operation and being flexible for me to schedule my appointment. With my crazy work schedule i had to call 4 times to reschedule and they worked with me every single time. Manager and Front Desk has an amazing patience. Very professional and superb services. I am a member at Sparrsh and I always have an Incredible Experience with my Massages. I have had Massages from all different therapists and everyone is perfect of their own. I had Sciatic Nerve pain pain for years and its near normal now. Every time i walk out of the spa i feel the improvement after every treatment. One time i had a severe shoulder pain from work related stress. Only one session did wonders and all gone. No pain killers for me anymore. I am very impressed with the professionalism of all the staff members and the way they handle difficult situations. There was something i saw with my own eyes but cant explain that long story here. Only thing i can say is that I love the positive atmosphere of this place. Highly Recommended.

Honestly, I am not one to write reviews on places due to the fact of working in the restaurant industry in the past for years, but Sparrsh left me so angry that I have to say something. I booked a massage for my boyfriends birthday- the receptionist took down my information and my credit card information to hold the place of the appointment. When we showed up and waited 15 minutes for the receptionist to show up at the front desk, she said they had no one in the system by our names. I showed her the time, duration of call and phone number that I called just the day before and she only started at me and said "that never happens". She then proceeded to tell me that they were booked up until three hours after our scheduled appointment and that we could come back then. No apology and no effort to make up for the fact that they had messed up and we had driven 30 minutes from Charlotte to get to the spa. I told her we couldn't wait that long and she said there was just nothing that they could do and told me to "have a nice day". Worst customer service I have ever encountered and I left feeling like it was my fault when the mistake was on Sparrsh's end. Will never return.
Safety concerns....My daughter & I were each there for facials once in May / June . Both were great. My first time there I had to request a tour of place. There's never been a "receptionist" at front desk any of my 3 times there. Ladies providing service were ONLY staff present. While my teen daughter was having a facial I was in waiting room as people were in & out at unattended front desk. I tried a massage few days ago & had to ask for front door to be locked while in treatment room. First place I've been that NO written medical questionnaire was required . I had to verbally mention tender spots during massage. Main focus was on written contract for Membership billing. I REALLY want to give this place an ongoing chance but few improvements needed....
Just had an amazing experience at Sparrsh Spa in Redstone. Very classy looking facility with a beautiful decor of gold, gray and blue colors shining with crystals all around. Very tasteful. What can i say about the services. Went to try their 1Hr introductory massage which is just $59. Not bad at all. My therapist Kare recommended me Bamboo Fusion Massage based upon the tightness on my back. O M G this was heaven. I had never felt that good ever before, after any kind of massage. This really makes a difference. Please do not miss it. After my massage i had Infrared Sauna for 30 mins. I used to do IR Sauna back in Boston. Glad to find that they offer it. I will be doing it on regular basis at Sparrsh now. Already loving everything about this place. A big thanks to the staff. Very sweet ladies.
I was here for the first time over the weekend. I must say that I was very surprised upon arriving. Not only is the place clean and nice, the staff members are great! They do not rush their time with you and they treat you with respect. I would suggest that if you are getting a facial, to look in the mirror before leaving to ensure that all of the treatment is off of your face. Aside from that, I would definitely recommend and return.

Love, love, love this place!!!!! I have had many types of massages here and they are all good!!! I go specifically for Fibromyalgia, Poly Neuropathy and TMJ and see great benefits from both!!!! Deep tissue massages for Fibro are great once you have your pain under control. I am also a bodybuilder, competing at a National l.evel in the NPC so my muscles need a deep massage and if you want a deep tissue massage Candice is the mack daddy!!! Both my husband and I see her! Darpen works wonders for my TMJ! Very clean, very soothing, comfortable environment.
It was excellent I got a massage for an hour and a half and a facial for a half hour it was a wonderful and relaxing experience it was so good I fell asleep absolutely loved it my face was soft like a cloud afterwards

5 Star Service Spa. They are so attentive about your needs. Ambiance is very inviting and relaxing. I went with a groupon for Massage, Facial, Back care treatment. My facial and massage providers were amazing. They both took their time to explain me what do i need and how can i get benefit out of every service. They were not talking about anything which showed my any upselling pitch. If someone do not inform the client they wont even know what all exist out there. They are very well informed what they talking about. And no pushing on anything i have felt at other places before to upgrade the services. Here i felt it more informative and at the end of the day its my choice it i want to add anything or not. I decided to upgrade my facial and Massage both because i felt it more specialized according to my need. I left Sparrsh like a whole new person. every penny spent was worth it. Never felt like that before physically and mentally. Highly highly recommended. Please go try them .
I called this place to make an appointment for an specify massage I needed and get the final price of the session. The lady over the phone told me it was going to be 63 dollars TOTAL for that session. I went to the session and the massage therapist told me my back was in really bad shape and she suggested I upgraded to a 90 min session. I asked how much for extra 30 min, and she replied 10 dollars, your total will be 73 dollars.
The session was good but when I went to pay they were charging me 25 dollars more!!!!! total amount 98!!!!!. When I asked why the manager told me I did not understand and made me feel like if I were stupid! I got very disappointed that they care much more about 25 dollars than having a happy customer that will return back! Any how I told her "listen I can pay 98 but you did not tell me that price over the phone I am very disappointed about your lack of sensitivity and customer satisfaction focus, you know what? I will pay the 98 but you have lost me as a customer and many others will know what type of customer experience they could receive.
So here I am in a mission, DO NOT EVER GO TO THIS PLACE THEY WILL TRY TO TRICK YOU AND CHARGE YOU MORE!!!! Besides their sheets sting big time!

I tried the massage, facial & body wrap services. As soon as you walk in the door, it almost relaxes you instantly! The staff is very friendly & prompt in their services. They also offer a bamboo massage upgrade that I have never heard of before seeing them. (I will be trying next time) I will be recommending them every chance I get. So if you haven't already, schedule a service with them!
Scheduled an appt a week in advance, was cancelled on the day before. Rescheduled for the next week, and was again cancelled on the day before. Would give zero stars if possible. Absolutely terrible customer service.

The massage was outstanding just enough pressure. Kandice, The massage therapist was very knowledgeable and has great soft hands.I am going to recommend this place to all my friends and family. They also have lots of upgrades with the price displayed so that you can see the price before you enter the room. My experience has always been incredible at Sparrsh. I used to be a member at Hand n Stone. Tried Sparrsh about 8 months ago and the game changed. I can never think about going anywhere else now. I am a member with them. Its always a treat to come meet the sweetest faces and get pampered by their amazing Therapists and Estheticians. You can tell, i am in love :)

I received a new client massage this morning that was supposed to start at 10am. I arrived 10 minutes early. They took me back at 9:55 to get unclothed and ask if I had any tender spots or concerns. To my surprise the massage ended at 10:44 (below the picture in the first massage room to the right after entering the spa rooms, the clock on top of the incubator for hot towels) shorter than I expected. I addressed this at the front and learned that you only pay for 50 minutes of hands on time . Even in this case, I was still cut short at least 6 minutes. My masseuse also had somewhat of a cold and needed to sniffle every couple minutes during the massage. I found this somewhat unsanitary/unrelaxing. Likely won t return and won t suggest
This venue is very clean and relaxing. Parking is easy and the prices are reasonable. I would return again.
Sparrsh Is the best Spa in all the aspects. Their Bamboo Fusion Massage and Infrared Sauna is a must try. Warm and relaxing Bamboos worked wonders on my tight muscles and knots. I really melted down on the table. Staff is amazing and my Therapist was very attentive and knowledgeable. Customer service is amazing. I found my go to place .

Unlike others , I had an unpleasant experience. When I first called to book an appointment I felt the staff was being blunt and made me uncomfortable by keep repeating on their cancellation policy else how will they charge me and so on. When we went in there for the actual appointment yesterday the front office staff ( I believe it s the same person on phon too) was rushing us on giving information and how you are the on who is your losing time and so on. Again very uncomfortable. We just went in for a short foot massage so can t tell much about the service. It was just ok and they did take that time off from our 30 min session which we had to spend giving our information at front desk. Yes it did tick us off when the front office staff used words like state Law to collect phone number bahaha .
Good place with great decor but staff s hospitality has to improve a lot.

I had got bamboo fusion massage at this spa and they did awesome job I was badly looking for a spa treatment for relieving stress and muscle tension. As usual, the Sparrsh spa never disappoints me. The aestheticians are very knowledgeable and know their work well. They have provided accurate recommendations looking at my conditions. I have availed their Hydra medic facial as well to remediate my acne problems fully satisfied, no regrets. I would come back to this place, would highly recommend anyone looking for full-blown services. I cannot wait to try their Infra-red Sauna service.
I moved in Tega Cay from Illinois 3 months ago and my best friend bought me a gift card from this place. She bought it over the phone because she lives in Illinois. I received my Gift card in just one day because they mail it the same day. I went for a massage and facial today. I started feeling relaxed already as soon as I stepped inside. Front desk is so warm and professional. They offered me water with strawberry cube. I loved it. Then asked if I want to use the restroom after I filled up my paper work. Therapist came outside and greeted me in. Place is decorated very tastefully. Great ambiance. I just felt like a jelly on the warm table under fresh sheets. Services were great. I was expecting that anyways because my friend who bought the gift card was really pleased from their professionalism and great communication skills while purchasing the gift card and she gave me that positive impression already. Will go back on regular basis now. Thank you so much Sparrsh for making my day.

3/26/19 Following up after my bad experience at this spa I just wanted everyone to know that after reaching out to the spa about my bad experience, i asked if there was any chance i could get my money back from my facial, which costed $150. I said you can keep the rest of the massage money and the tips, but I think I deserve my money back, and I was very friendly about it, never was yelling or angry, just explaining why. They followed up by telling me that they meant to reach out but didn't after reading my review. To put it shortly, they said they would give me a PERCENTAGE of my facial if I took down THIS REVIEW that I wrote. I said that is basically bribery and that people have the right to know my experience and so I said no. I even reached out to other spaarsh spas to try and get a hold of the owners but never heard anything back. Do you see a message below my review from them? Neither do I. And I work in retail. Not a good establishment and bad customer service.
2/22/19 Won't be returning. I've had my fair share of massages and facials over the years and I was trying to find a place that seemed different than most traditional spas and I thought this was it but was very disappointed. It isnt a spa environment, you dont have your belongings in a locker or anything like that. I ended up getting both a massage and a bio light facial. The massage was just okay, after I got done I was told I was moving to a different room for my facial so to put on a robe and then grab my belongings to bring with me. I asked if I could leave them in that room instead of having to carry everything around with me and was told no and again in a robe naked underneath carrying around all my clothes and purse. Then the esthetician for my facial didnt seem to be too professional. She didnt explain what anything was that she was putting on my face or what it did, I had to ask and then when she took products off my face basically was scraping so hard on my skin. I've never had any esthetician rub so hard on my face before to get products off. The noise in that room from the smoothie shop next door was so loud and not relaxing at all and I was told there was nothing they could do about the noise. Plus she wasnt prepared and I could hear her tearing open boxes and squeezing products out of the packages and onto my face. Very odd. No spa I've ever experienced before that's for sure. I love facials and massages but not from this place. And then was pressed to buy products that they used on me during my facial when I didnt know what anything did, $ 150 facial. I've been to many other spas and should've gone back to those others but thought as a bday present to myself I'll try a new place and I regret it. $200 down the drain. I wouldnt recommend this place go elsewhere.
