I just wanted to take this opportunity to thank you for all your assistance over the past few months. As you know, we had been with a different gaming vendor for several years. It had been quite a frustrating experience due to lack of service and loss of revenue due to machines being down for extended periods of time. Now that the machines have been in for almost six months, I continue to be amazed. Most times there are any issues with a machine, your company has been able to get them back up and running remotely and it usually only takes a matter of minutes. I definitely have not been used to this kind of service and it certainly is refreshing. I also admire the enthusiasm your staff has with trying to build our revenue. Thank you so much for all your help! We look forward to a long and profitable relationship.
