Had one of my friends go on COBRA through Flores, his policy was cancelled without notice even though he was disabled and should have been extended. Contacting Flores for help only resulted in a rude, kurt response. Stay away from these people if you can!!!!!
Flores & Associates were a godsend to our family. I was let go from my company after 17 years as it "financially right-sized." It offered my COBRA which Flores administered. I LOVE Flores and Associates. I had no idea what a Flex Spending account was until I joined a company that offers one. My company is well known for taking care of their employees so I figured Flores & Associates would be good, I just did not imagine they would be THIS good.
Sarah Hackman has been my Account Manager for almost two years now and she has been there for me every step of the way. Every question I have asked has been answered in a very timely manner and she has done an unbelievable job of breaking things down to a level that I can understand.
She really makes it seem that I am her only client. I have no idea how she manages some many customers and gives such personalized care and replies. Especially if she has multiple people like myself.
If I could give 0 stars I would. I switched employers and had a remaining balance of $148 left in my account I had been contributing to on a weekly basis. They cut off access to my debit card and my wife was declined at the doctors office. Then when I tried to submit a claim to get reimbursed they cut off access to my online account. Then I called them on the phone and asked what happened and they said they gave the money I WORKED FOR and contributed to my account back to my previous employer. How they give my money to someone else is beyond me!
Worst customer service ever. Tried to get a copy of a receipt and the associate was rude. She couldn't get me off of the phone quickly enough. You have to go to the website, log in, download an app to your phone (it's not a free app) then send the receipt to your computer and print. It's ridicules. Anything to keep from actually having to provide service for you. Glad my company dumped them!

What a wonderful place! The employees are kind, responsive, and very knowledgeable. The phone is always answered by a real person who is ready to help from the start. I received my reimbursement back very quickly and thought their entire process to submit a claim was very easy.They even emailed me to confirm they were sending me my money! Way to go! If every business operated like this, we would be lucky!

Had an issue with a single COBRA healthcare payment going through. We called the same day to resolve the issue. We were told by Flores and Associates that we were paid up and good to go. Next thing we know, we get mailed a termination letter. Contacted Flores and Associates to resolve the issue and were told that we no longer had COBRA coverage and there is nothing we can do to regain coverage. The entire thing was possibly the worst interaction with a company we have ever experienced.
I've used Flores FSA for the past two years. Compared to three other FSA providers, Flores has best website, upload format and key account representative. No hassles, no lost time yet. Thank you.

Customer service experience was less than what you'd expect. Graham answered in an "I hate being here" voice. Did not say "how can I help you", no formalities to guide the conversation. I feel bad that he had to work today based on the tone of his voice, really. This is a great coaching opportunity to advise your reps the the importance of making a caller feel welcome. I did not get that, not in the slightest.
I made a mistake. Submitting a bill from previous year. Never was told I could not do that. Admitted I made a mistake,but they also made a mistake by paying it without confirmation. So I stand to loose over $800 + the amount of the 2 bills. They said they didn't make a mistake, but what company does. My balance for the 2 bills will carry over into next year. It's a catch 22 good for them bad for me. Wish my company would change back to our original FSA company. THIEVES
When you leave a company with the Flores FSA benefit and you have contributed to the account and have contributions left in the account, you no longer have access to the contributions unless it is for a claim prior to the employment end date. Any existing contributions on the card become income for Flores.
