I hosted an event here. I must say the rooftop is amazing thank you for letting Taverna showcase some of our food.

The wait is absolutely ridiculous. You all are not a new company and this is not your first Black Friday/ Cyber sale. No reason why it should take this long just to ship out one pair of pants that I paid over $70 for. I hope they are worth it, I'm definitely going to let subscribers on my YouTube know part of this experience. Weeks have gone by and customer service is terrible.
Very disappointed.

The worst shipping experience ever! Customer service representative could not get my address correct! 2 times had to call and have my address corrected. She Told me I would get a credit to my account for my wait. I never received it. I will never ever or from them again online.

Customer service is the worst. They don't make it easy for you. You have to jump through many hoops to eventually get nowhere. This brand is not customer focused at all.

The absolute WORST customer service I have ever encountered from a retail online store. I've been waiting nearly TWO months for a $61 refund for a pair of leggings I ordered via Instagram that I never received, as the package was lost by the carrier. After over 10 emails to SPANX customer service located in Florida and numerous phone calls I continue to get the run around. I've always felt SPANX was a reputable company however they have lost any future business from me. If I could give 0 stars I would. Beware!

I was very shocked to see poor customer service from Spanx. I ordered something online and haven't received it in 16 days. When I asked for a refund they said they couldn't and I have to wait for the product to just show up. As someone who works in retail, I was disappointed in the level of customer service.
