So i have been going to this click for a while now and they have always been good, mostly friendly pharmacist. I always do the ready for collection as its fast.but today i got there and rang the bel....waited longer to collect than the people in line and i was the only one there to collect.

I've never had such a horrible experience at a clicks ever! They give all the other pharmacies a bad name. We had a script that they messed up, refused to give us medication - we were laughed at and made fun because we had to get medication. There is no supervisor at all and the pharmacist , Her name is Sikelelwa, she kept saying "Oh my God" when we tried to explain about the medication that was needed and called other pharmacist to come and listen to our story while also in belittling tone. I felt so offended. She literally belittled us and kept laughing and making fun of us. No customer service etiquette at all. I never knew people would still stoop to this lever
Worst clicks! The pharmacy assistance takes the same piece of paper and walks around the pharmacy more than 7 times doing nothing. Service is the slowest even at the collection counter.
I spoke to manager but she said the pharmacist are under other management so please pass this on. Your system is the worst after standing in line for 20min+ being the 5th person, a guy comes in and goes around and pharmacist says next and he goes, we all say but we have been here for a long time. Her response was priceless extreamly rude making us all feel like idiots saying we wrong by standing in the middle but we about 12 people standing there, and she will help him and all the pharmacist started laughing, there was 2 older lady's infront and they refused to help and said he will be helped first as we all quring in the middle and we in the wrong, yes maybe we were but by being rude and refusing to help us first is worse customer service. At all the other clicks there is a ticket system or one line for que, maybe upgrade it or upgrade your rude staff.
The staff at the pharmacy need some customer service experience. I was blatantly told that I cannot be assisted and what more do you want me to do this is not the first bad experience I have heard of at this particular store. Looks like I ll be going to Dischem at Bayside Mall. Look after your customers and they will look after you.
Please send everyone on a customer service course, not one person at this clicks has ever left me feeling happy with the service. Been coming here for 2 years now, and the service just gets worse and worse.
The clicks itself are nice always a friendly greet at the door, but we will have to look for a different pharmacy. There is just always an issue. Tonight we asked for a generic, they gave the original and stated the difference is not that much. Which was not the case. Done..moving on.
the waiting periods at the pharmacy are way to long and the shop is too small to move in and is very badly laid out. on the upside, the pharmacists are awsome
The security guard for the night shift was extremely rude to us just for sanitizing our hands on our way out. I have never had a store worker speak to a customer in that tone. And it is also extremely rude to assume that every black person you see speaks Xhosa because we did not understand what she was saying but she insisted to continue in a harsh tone...
I am standing in the line for 15 min now....it is 11.40 now... 5 pharmacists are out abd two on duty. 13 people waiting, this is how bad this branch is. Is there a manager on duty to schedule shifts? Poor poor service !!!
This place seriously needs some management especially the pharmacy they are clueless and unhelpful not to mention they just lose your prescription. Get your ducks in a row clicks! this is not acceptable!
Phone in especially and lady on duty this evening had us drive all the way for nothing as they did not have what I called in for after she confirmed they had.... will not get my support again.. then only for them to be rude when we asked if they perhaps kept it for us as there was nothing on shelve...
