Brought my vehicle in for the first time today. Had a lower control arm replaced and alignment done. What an awesome job they did! It was an honest job for an excellent price. I'm usually very skeptical of auto repair shops but they restored my confidence. This will be my new go to shop for all vehicle related repairs. Highly recommend!!!

This is an awesome place. My classic Chevy broke down on the road and it was towed here. They took care of my issue quickly at a very reasonable price. Really nice people and I would recommend you give them a try, as I'm going back for more work.

I want to recommend this place for you auto care needs!! I had went to honest one to get my steering pump fixed and they wanted $1000. I decided to check somewhere else and stumbled upon Idependent. They said they would fix it for $450. They did a great job fixed it fast. And I will never go anywhere else!!

I am a first time customer (have gone in twice for issues with my vehicle in the last week) and have been absolutely blown away by the honesty and great service I've received. They have walked me through all the nuances related to my two issues and have been great about examining things and charging me only for the work they've done (very reasonable prices/labor charges) and have not tried to up-charge me or suggest expensive fixes for things that have turned out to be very minor. I've had a lot of issues with different shops being dishonest or overcharging and this is the first one I've had that I can trust to do the job right the first time with my best interest in mind. I'd recommend them to anyone looking for anything from a simple diagnostic to a repair or rebuild!

One of the best shops in the area. Good pricing! Out of all the shops that quoted me for differential front and transmission drain/fill, this one was the best pricing and they allow me to bring my own fluids! Will be coming back for future repairs/maintenance !

Great service, honest and ethical management. They fixed the problem for less than quoted and when there was a malfunction with the new installed part, they picked up the vehicle from the house and replaced it at no additional cost. Definitely recommend them.
