If the ticket purchased wanted to be reserved online, the system does not work. I call them on id wait 9 minutes is not answered. If I go there, the ticket does not count due to the Christmas holidays. Is not on the ticket was not communicated on holiday auctions and there is no data from their so-called Christmas holiday that was only mentioned in small letters when booking. For most people, Christmas holidays are 2 evenings unless you happen to have children. Woman at desk did not want to help no manager available to talk to. Hour traveled for nothing, not even a discount. They invent new rules such as 6 50 extra pay for new bathing suit days and now do not pick up this and also telephone etc. Rules are more important to them than people just like companies like Ryan air. facilities great service completely poor not the first time I have experienced something like that with them. The last time was a fucking sauna

Went to this fantastic SPA in the forest Amsterdamse bos, which is close to Amstelveen. The forest is beautiful to begin with, and the SPA has facilities for sports besides the relaxing activities I went there for. If you bring your own bathrobe and towel, you can save some money to avoid having to rent them which is something I would normally expect to be included in the price when going to a SPA. At Zuiveer, you can either buy a package deal or pay by the hour. I did the latter.

There are fantastic saunas, which is a good USP for me as a Swede. Minth, aroma therapy, music, colors, typical Finnish style. There is a sauna for every taste. Jaccuzzis indoors and outdoors, opportunities for tanning on a nice day in a yard and a big pool to swim in. The best of all was the sauna activity in the Finnish sauna, where once every 2 hours there is a session where around 10-20 people sits in the sauna and a person pours aroma oil and ice on the hot rocks and then goes around swishing a towel around so the hot air blows comfortably on your skin and warms you up.

The SPA has some rules. You cannot bring food, but since the restaurant is good and actually not too expensive this is OK. You have to be naked (unless you go on a Tuesday or special days when you have to wear swimwear). Dutchies are comfy with nudeness but it took some time for me to get over. But the athmosphere is so relaxing, so that you soon forget you are nude anyway.

There are also aroma bath rooms, where you can lie down in a citrus scented bath in beautiful mosique decorated trones. The shower includes shampoo, soap but also an excellent salt scrub.

All in all, I stayed for 6 hours, paid for me and one more person to also have dinner (I had lobster) and paid 125 EUR. Very much worth it and I recommend this to anyone that wants to relax for a day.

Me and my girlfriend loved coming here. The room was amazing! We had one of the biggest bedrooms with a private bathtub. The spa was very relaxed and had everything you needed. The restaurant has very nice food and the massage was one of the best I have ever had. It's a clean and peaceful spa/hotel.

Ervaring is ZEER SLECHT.

Ervaring is ZEER SLECHT.

Been on swimwear (Tues) day. Quiet in the morning, busier in the afternoon, friendly staff, ample space, good parking, good explanation of "Ado" regarding infusion. Use of a discount coupon otherwise much too pricey. Restaurant service smooth and friendly. Great food in terms of both taste and quantity.

It was crowded. Also a lot of ambient noise. From water, pumps and drainage of water. Acoustics are bad. I also miss a quiet place with sun loungers. There are beds and benches. Swimming pool is nice. Saunas too.

Way out of the city center and closely to Amstelveen lies this Wellness resort.
Personally I find this one of the best, if not the best, wellness resorts in the Netherlands.
The place is big and there is a great number of saunas to choose from.
Wood-sauna, sound-sauna, light-therapy, you name it and they have it.
Hygiene wise this place is very clean and the place is dressed really modern.
There is a big pool and some jacuzzi's inside as-well as outside.
Food-wise there is a restaurant and a bistro on the main and first floor inside, the food is great. Inside and outside there are bars.
A great place if you're looking to relax.

Super!

I have been exercising at Spa Zuiver for a long time. The bad communication was unfortunately my reason for canceling (uncertainties about renovations, uncertainties about hygiene, difficult contacts via telephone, etc.). In 2020, the subscription that included Spa access after the gym no longer applies.
Now I want to give Zuiver another chance, but telephone contact to organize a day at the Spa is a drama. The own website is also difficult to browse clearly and quickly. Experience seems to come up with a Wordpress standard site from 2002 with the buttons, click-through menus, information.
I understand that this year is a financial and logistical challenge, but good Customer Service is KEY for survival. The Experience is so stressed in advance. I'm not going there anymore. Look in 12 months.

Sauna was lovely and looked clean. Was nice that it was not that busy. Something for everyone in terms of diversity. Staff could have been a bit more customer-oriented. They make you wait and interact. It was 35 degrees and was not allowed to eat a sandwich on the terrace in my dress (if that is a rule understandable) a little later there was a lady in dress on the terrace who was allowed to stay ... separately, but nothing was done about it ...

note don't go for days with swimwear, unless you want to be stared at and watched. (not a nice atmosphere) unfortunately there is now swimwear day 3 times a week. personally I don't think it's hygienic either, all those swimwear.

It's a naked spa. While we were ok with it, i wish the website would have mentioned it more explicitly. Other than that, the facilities were excellent, several types of saunas, very nice swimming pools; and overall really relaxing. In the package we got, the food was included, however, the staff at the restaurant felt very impersonal and sometimes plain rude. The food wasn't great either, just lacked any spicing whatsoever.

I felt like a lot of the staff expected us to know the drill about the place, even though it was our first time there. They seemed confused that we asked anything.

Make sure to bring your own towel, flip-flops and bath robe. They will charge you extra for most things.

All in!

The facilities are impeccable and the establishment is spacious and clean. I booked 2 treatments at Spa Sport Hotel Zuiver: the hammam and the ayurvedic massage. Knowing what to expect, when you've had a hammam in Morocco, the hammam at Zuiver was a bit dissapointing, without saying that the employee who treated me did a great job. It was just below my expectations, as I'm used to having a good scrubdown, hairwash and allover cleanup. The hammam at Zuiver is gentle, contains lots of water and a mild scrub. The ayurvedic massage was really nice, lots of oil was used. Whenever I fall asleep on the table, it means that the masseuse (in this case) is doing a great job! I would definitely book the massage again.

Very unfriendly sports instructor who gave incorrect instructions and bad tips during the exercises. Clearly no sense of her profession. Bedroom very nice. Unfortunately no minibar or coffee maker / kettle. Also bad breakfast. Little choice and no fresh juices, nuts, yogurt or fruit.

Had a wonderful day at the Spa. It was pretty busy there, but you didn't get in each other's way. The hotstone massage was nice, but it does vary considerably who gives it. Very nice garden to cool off and a lovely swimming pool. I would like to come back. It costs a little for half a day, but well worth it

Far too expensive for what you don't get, for 2 euros more you are at Thermen Soesterberg, 2x as big, many more infusions and heated pools, normally we go to Soesterberg and can spend a full day here with the great diversity of saunas, for my feeling there were only 3 here, the Finnish sauna, steam sauna and an infrared sauna. Parking is very expensive in the parking lot of the sauna itself, this is easy to overcome by parking in the parking lot of Amsterdamse bos, still not free as with the sauna mentioned above but cheaper with a maximum of 8.40. As said before, the whirlpools were full all the time and the large ones on the outside area only worked for half. Floors are extremely dangerous, there is no wet / dry machine here and the tiles are not provided with an anti-slip layer, even with slippers you go on a plate. The service is downright bad, after receiving the starter, the cutlery still had to be arranged and after clearing the main course, it was not asked if we wanted to use a dessert or a cup of coffee, we therefore waited 10 minutes for someone picked up the glass of wine before we got the chance to ask for the dessert menu. The rest of the time, the staff just stood and watched each other with disinterest. The only positive thing I could find is that after an infusion, slices of orange and orange juice and apple juice were served (1 piece each, imagine ....)

I canceled my membership after 22 years. I can imagine myself
That the virus has cut a hole in the budget. I would have hoped for a more lenient attitude.
When it went bad for a while with spa cleaner you were very happy with the old members
Hour sauna no longer possible after exercise.
It came across as cold and cool after being a loyal member for so many years.
Too bad always enjoyed sports and used sauna.

Had a wonderful day at the sauna. It looks nice and sleek. Nicely cared for. Nice rituals where you can do to me. Only downside I think is the food. There is little choice and it is very pricey. Furthermore, really good.

Yesterday I got a night with relaxation massage as a gift. Initially lost and therefore abandoned. Tiara at the front desk was very friendly and convinced my expectations by making sure that I could get my treatment at a later time. Really great.
The masseuse Miranda was very friendly and felt homely and familiar. Top experience all in all.

Was always great but nowadays no less than 2 (!) Swimwear days a week. Far too busy in the winter, when you can't lie outside and everyone is constantly drifting. Insist on sauna and hot tub, no rest bed free, infusions completely but not started ... Parking expensive and there are often (as I was confirmed by the reception) problems with the locker system. Restaurant excellent; busy but smooth, professional service and tasty dishes.

A wonderful spa. At least 5 saunas and many jacuzzis and 2 steam baths. Really pretty and nice aromatherapy fragrances everywhere. I want to go back on a naked day! 15 each is not too much to ask either.

Recently visited the spa wellness. The spa itself is very richly equipped with an extensive choice of saunas and baths. Did not go to the restaurant myself. A complete day enjoyed the peace that the spa has to offer. However, the receptionist who helped us on arrival was not too friendly. She looked bored and seemed lax. Furthermore, a great experience.

The sauna is beautiful. It has plenty of saunas, pools and steam cabins. The vibe is relax and the location is perfect. Only downside is the lack of magazines. You have to bring them your self. Also you need to reserve to eat in the restaurant, otherwise you need to eat in the lounge area.

'Ve been there 2x and both times it was good. Sometimes too busy, you can not in the Jacuzzi or you have to sit close together in the sauna. But a big plus is the young audience. I find pieces better than the old ones in many different saunas.

The best spa I've been too! (and I've been to many across Austria and Germany) There is a really good range of saunas and steam rooms to choose from. The outdoor area is the best, especially the Japanese Sauna. The pool outdoors is great too and I went in the evening it was all lit up and the surrounding forest is wonderful. Wish we had more places like this back in the UK, but we are too terrified of nudity!

It's a huge complex with all different type of saunas and it's usually very crowded on the 2 no-naked days of the week. It's very professional and very impersonal. I took my own bath robe and it was stolen twice. The first time I could leave a note at the reception and they found it later. The second time they handed over an email adress on a card to report the case. I visited this place several times and couldn't decide whether I like the place or not. After this incident I don't feel like going again and stopped recommending to people. The only thing which is really cool that it's in the middle of the forest though easy to reach from the city. But it's without any real character. I have to admit though that if it's about spa's I have high cultural standards. But if you don't have anything better to do once maybe worth to visit. Don't bring anything what can be stolen.

The saunas are not that special, but enough for a day out. Unfortunately the package with the evening buffet is really bad. Canned meatballs, fries, etc. If you still want to eat here, order a la carte.

After an horrible day where the people working inside weren't even taking the trash from the ground and trying to keep the place clean , and nobody was telling to the people to be in silence , we have been told that was the fault of being in bathing suit day and the 'FOLK" was inside those days , we kept on replying why nobody inside was doing anything to keep the place in order and silence but nobody did anything. Horrible persons and horrible attitudes i cant express the disgust enough for the people working there

I went to Zuiver several times over the last year ...

I went to Zuiver several times over the last year and was happy to receive a birthday offer from them in my inbox, inviting me to visit the spa for free. They knew my birthday date because I provided it with the initial registration. When I followed the link in the email, I arrived at their booking system, which allowed me to select a date when I was available. I then received an email confirmation, which clearly states that the price for the booking would be 0,00 .

When I showed up on the date of the booking, I was informed that I couldn t use the free entry because it was a week before my birthday and the offer was only valid on the actual day of the birthday. That would be fair enough, but there seems to be a problem with the booking system, since it allows you to make a booking and then sends you a confirmation clearly stating the price as 0,00 .

While I accepted the fact that I could not use the free entry offer on that day, I was very disappointed by the attitudes of the two people I spoke to at the reception (one was apparently the manager), because they absolutely refused to acknowledge that there was a problem with their booking system, or to consider the possibility that they could try in future to provide more clear information to their guests.
The confirmation email I received contains a lot of detailed information, in English, about the spa s age restrictions, swimwear days, opening hours, cancellation policies, etc, but it says nothing about the birthday offer limitations.

The people at the front desk just kept saying that it would be impossible for them to allow people to use the birthday offer on a day before the actual birthday, because then the spa would be filled with too many people. First of all, it is actually not uncommon for businesses to give one-off birthday vouchers which people can use throughout the month of their birthday, or indeed at another time. Secondly, if you do not want to offer such a thing, then don t send people email invitations and confirmations which are clearly misleading!

Anyway, I accepted, and ended up paying full price for entry to the spa anyway, since I had put the day aside and travelled all the way there with my towels etc.

Then I planned to come back on my actual birthday day, and actually use the voucher, in the following week. Once again, I followed the link that was provided, and I completed the steps to make the booking. One of the steps in the booking process allows you to also book for a friend, free of charge. I found a friend who would be free to join me on my birthday, and I completed the booking. Once again, I received an email confirmation, which said that the cost for each entry would be 0,00 and the total due for two people would be 0,00 . Once again, the email contained no information about the specifics of the birthday offer that I had used to make the booking.

But when we arrived we were informed that the entry would not be free for my friend, she would have to pay full price. When I asked why there was the option to also make a reservation for a friend at the price of 0,00 , I was given a bizarre answer: that s only if you have a friend who has the same birthday as you. Whaaaaat? Do you know what the chances are that the friend who is available to join me at the spa on that particular day has the same birthday as me?

Once again, the Zuiver staff refused to acknowledge any responsibility. So we ended up paying *another* full price ticket, since my friend had come all the way to be there. And that s when I decided to never visit Zuiver again.

A really nice spa complex, with pools, dry saunas, steam baths and massage. The indoor/outdoor pool is especially good in the winter. The staff are a bit impersonal and the restaurant more like a canteen. Not much info from reception so you'll need to work things out yourself or ask some of the other guests. We bought a package, which was good. But, be careful as they charge extra for all sorts of things - even whipped cream on a complimentary cake. Bring your own bathrobe, towel and flip flops. The hot stone massage and relaxation massage were both professional and carried out with warmth.
