Pleasant spa for a full or half day. The arrangements are recommended, they also save costs. Outdoor pool was very cold, it didn't seem heated at all. Nice restaurant, but as usual you pay the main price for a bottle of water yourself. Definitely go again.

Property is nice so many pools, hot tubs, saunas - a lot of places to relax
Got the hot stone massage- was done very well!
But the front desk girls who check you in - are useless. They don't tell you anything what you need to know - where the lockers are, no useful information. They suck.
Tip for your visit: - Bring your robe, towel and flip flops -- they charge 16 euro for that, plus 6 euro to buy flip-flops and you are required to have them. - If you are going to be there during lunch time, stop by the restaurant and notify that you will be eating there, otherwise there is a wait. - The spa lockers are AFTER the entrance to the spa on the second floor. The lockers are SMALL. So stashing all your things in a plastic bag and bringing it here, is the only thing that will work. - Massage is nice, reserve it online before you arrive few days in advance. - Bring your own bottle for water. Refill it with the water by the spa desk - I brought hair mask and scrub and all the skin care products, and there is pretty much nowhere you can do all that.
Jacuzzi / whirlpool always occupied. Some people stay in it for hours. I made an attempt and was waiting 20 minutes but no one comes out. I've already been four times and haven't been able to take advantage of it. The HOT tub is always occupied and very small, only fits 4 people, never had the opportunity to use it. Streaks of semen are visible in the pool because people are just engaged in sex and kissing. Not a single employee who supervises this. Pity. This while desired and unwanted intimidation is prohibited. Please implement policy and control .... changing room is dirty, never seen anyone cleaning.
Staff in sauna very unfriendly, grumpy face.
Silent spaces such as infrared sauna and aroma bath are not silent spaces, people are chatting all the time. The broadcaster (that they are going to close and you have to change) at 10:30 pm in the aroma bath, I had to squeeze my ears because the noise hurt, gosh Mina what bad say. Of course it echoes in the aroma bath but this is really harmful to your ears, rock-hard volume, can't that be turned down a bit?
Unfortunately, I will have to choose a different Spa next time.
I really like this fairly big hotel spa and come here on a regular basis. The facilitites are great, there is a lot of different saunas to choose from and the beauty treatments and massages are good. However, I was quiet upset to learn that they will introduce another "badkleedingsdag" (day on which the facilities can be entered in swimwear) on Thursday in addition to Tuesday from April 2016 onwards.
Love this spa.. so many great sauna and steam room options - outdoor and indoor. nice restaurant downstairs and a casual bar upstairs. Always crowded on weekends!
Too bad, called to recitation of the gym being hung up. Have also been here a few times at least at the spa and my experience is still not very good. Hence 1 star rating
Enjoy a very diverse range of saunas, baths and treatments. Very busy on Fridays, but that should not spoil the fun. Towels and bathrobes can be rented for a good price. If you find it annoying to walk among all naked people, you can always visit the bathing suit days.
Well-kept spa with a wide selection of saunas. Hot tubs sit outside unfortunately almost always full during nice weather, there might come there one or two at. The large swimming pool is wonderful and without chlorine (salt). The infusions are also well cared for with clear information and regulations. The staff is friendly and helpful. The food is good and fresh. Unfortunately a bit pricey but that is to be expected.
Superb hotel with various facilities including a large spa with indoor pool overlooking an outdoor pool heated all year. There is also a gym, tennis courts, ...
On the other hand, if you were planning to walk to the center of Amsterdam, it could be complicated. The hotel is quite far from the center. Fortunately, there are many public transports in this city. By tram and metro you will have no problem to get there!
Nice sauna, sleek style and enough range of saunas and steam cabins. Only downside was that there are no drinking water points in the complex except the toilets. Great restaurant and a nice relaxed atmosphere
Top: - sauna with super tasty infusion -> nice cold drink afterwards - friendly staff - yummy smooties
Less: - around vacation time many young people hang around -> who talk a lot and continuously in silence sauna (swimwear day). - parking ticket costs 12.50
Reception was very friendly. Hotel room is quite basic but very clean and with a nice bathroom/shower. The Spa is very nice and I had a great time exploring the area/forest around the location.
Waited 2 x 20 minutes (on 1 evening) to ask something and that with only 1 person waiting for me in the queue? What a bad service. Do they only have 1 person behind the counter?
Spa facilities are fine in themselves. The catering facility is far below par. Very limited choice of drinks, staff pay more attention to each other than the guests and dinner is not worth it either because the quality of the food is really out of proportion to what you pay for it.
It is a shame as it is close by. But don't go there for more than a few hours. If I really want to relax all day, it is worthwhile to travel a little further.
Great spa with inner and outer swimming pool. You shouldn t miss the special treatments the go on every hour in the evenings. Make sure to get a bath robe if you want to enjoy a drink or food in the restaurant
I've been to a number of really fabulous sauna/ spas. But this one is the absolute tops! When last visiting Amsterdam, this was on my list and it TOTALLY blew me away. I only have a few hours there, but I could've easily spent all day. Just the variety of pools, saunas, and experiences is fantastic. For Americans, consider Tuesday and Thursday which are "bathing suit day". Plan accordingly so you're not surprised, or feel compelled to miss out :)
I visited the spa. It was all very nice, clean, friendly, lots of facilities. Personally I prefer a different style of decoration and a slightly more informal atmosphere, but that is just my own thing.
About spa: it's really big and looks fancy. Massage that I had was okay. There are many different saunas and swimming pools. It was super relaxing! Almost all days are for visiting the saunas nude, except for 2 days, I think Tuesday and Thursday
WONDERFUL. The only real spa in Amsterdam, here you can spend a relaxing day away from the phones. Upon entering you can rent bathrobes, towels and slippers, you will not need the costume, here the mentality is Nordic but remember that Tuesdays and Thursdays are the days of textiles where you will only enter with the costume. Highly not recommended to go Tuesday and Thursday. Inside you can't bring your phone and you can't take pictures. Cleaning is perfect. Joint spoilers. There are several indoor and outdoor heated pools with hydromassage. The main indoor pool continues outside and is very large, with warm water. On the other hand, the main swimming pool outside has a whirlpool and is round. The saunas and Turkish baths are many and of various qualities and are also external and internal. The aufgust are of excellent quality every hour. Upstairs there is a relaxation area and a slightly overpriced bar. The restaurant, on the other hand, at 12 no longer had room until 4, so I can't tell you how it is. This spa is absolutely one of the best. Negative points; Inside the sauna some lit with slippers and did not put on their towel so as not to sweat on the wood. Entering the Turkish baths I did not see the usual rags that are given to lean on and usually there is also salt. Unfortunately there were some voyeurs even if fortunately few. Walking from the outdoor saunas where there is also the swimming pool to the inside of the structure gets a bit too cold. For the rest, the structure is perfect!
Small lockers which were not fitting much, left my shoes under a bench and they got stolen who of those who go to spa will need used hiking shoes??? Completely spoiled the great experience of the spa
I visited the SPA with my girlfriend (not the Hotel) and we loved it. A lot of space, steam rooms, saunas, pools, a large outdoor space, multiple options for treatments. The facilities are clean and well organized. The restaurant (inside the spa) serves delicious food. This is definitely something to try in Amsterdam if you can book ahead (check the discounted offers they put online every now and then!). I would just suggest the people at the hotel reception to give clearer instructions for the SPA.
The massage and facilities were great. It wasn't too busy either. The staff, especially in the restaurant, could have been nicer. Price quality ratio leaves the wishes.
Okay in general a really nice sauna. But those swimwear days are really crazy Find it unsanitary and audience is really very different. I was sunbathing at the back of the garden and took off my top, like on the beach. Only 1 woman was behind me. And after 20 minutes I was approached by an employee that I had to put on my top on swimwear day ... yes this makes me very rebellious. I obediently shook yes and put on my top. But come on ... what a sad intention. Are my little breasts so dangerous for those prudish people? They don't bite. You would say don't go on swimwear day. No that was not the intention, but yes I was so looking forward to the sauna that I thought oh that one time Just stick to 1 swimwear day, not TWO !! Really the feminist in me was about to take off my bikini and run around like crazy. Dont worry Clean, I'll hold back. By the way, my breasts still feel a bit offended, especially because the man 3 chairs away was 4 cup sizes bigger.
Nice and modern spa. Especially in combination with the reasonable hotel accommodation and the first-class sports area recommended. Unfortunately, the relaxation area was too loud and humid and lacked a bit of coziness.
Very nice and quiet spa in the early morning! BUT on Saturday it is chock full after 1300 and therefore not recommended. Not even a hook to hang your things. The advice is to let (or lower) a maximum number of people.
Saunas very nice, swimming pool and hot tubs wonderful. We were only at the reception they were not very friendly. There was no kind word from it. Pity.
We had a great time! What I noticed specifically was that the cleaning staff seemed to me to be representative, professional and very friendly and service-oriented. That is not always obvious in my experience. Very important!
An amazing experience out of what you would expect in Amsterdam. Although I would not give it a five individually as an spa or gym, the mix between, the people and laid back atmosphere is a five!! The gym is nice, friendly staff and well design machines, but the best are the sauna sessions, incl. aroma therapy, nice music, humorous staff and refreshing snack after! You have not tried the best in Amsterdam if you have not been here.
Wow, that was surprising, such a Hammam-de-luxe treatment. I was scrubbed by Joke, soaped and wonderfully massaged (very professional & traditional) and then spent 3 hours tucking upstairs :) Really couldn't have been better! A "royal" treatment. Thank you Joke !!
With more offers, free bathrobes and towels, water and parking this would easily be a five star experience. Amazing variety of ways to get hot. A really good experience but make sure you have your wallet ready.
food at the spa was very bad, when i told the waiter, he simply replied: 'smaken verschillen' and walked off. food to pricey, to to busy at the spa. in the evening, the scrubs and shampoos were finished, the swimmingpool was gross and the floor at the showers stinky. nonono
Good squash court but the staff is mainly concerned with themselves. Unnecessary waiting at the counter, patronizing attitude, and impatient on the phone. There is still a lot to learn here.
Very nice and large sauna-hotel-sports complex! Sauna was fantastic, offers many places to relax and has a large garden with large swimming pool. Hotel was also great, both the room and the rich breakfast! Also fast bus connection to Amsterdam. The combo sauna / overnight stay is definitely recommended!
What has this place gone downhill. Rude staff, both front desk and catering. The hygiene standard has also decreased.
Very unfortunate, because I will not be back. While I used to love coming here. And in the corridors I have understood that there are more customers who think that way.
Very bad experience gained today for the umpteenth time! As usual too many people inside. count backward expensive prices for entrance. Zero relaxation only frustration. You say something about it, you are snubbed at staff. If you almost pull someone over the counter you get as an allowance an entrance ticket in their own busy unorganized sauna. For us a No Go! No more pure Spa for us!
Matige spa. Het enige mooie deel is het ronde deel achterin de tuin. De rest is te groot en massaal. Het is een beetje een boerenschuur die opgeleukt is, veel gemiste kansen.
Spa Zuiver adds color to the concept of "money beating". They were not cheap but now they are the most expensive in terms of weekend rates if you have a discount coupon. The parking fee has been increased by more than 33% (from 10 to 13.50 euros). TIP: Weekend Bosbaan parking is free !!!! and a lot of women from the province who think they are on a school trip. And Spa Zuiver does nothing about that. Other (real) customers are annoyed. Spa Zuiver will make you feel ashamed! And deep too !!! Oh yes, you have to take the time for the service. Operation does not look at customers.
Prima sauna, Prijs kwaliteit is in verhouding.
Eten was erg lekker.
Appearance cold instead of cozy. Dressing rooms tightly arranged. Food buffet disappointing and way too expensive, little choice. Other food and drink snacks too expensive. It is clean and the infusion was well explained and implemented. I think the herbal bath contained no herbs at all. Color sauna had little color (must be at the very top to get some light) pool good for laps but still a little too cold. Half of the showers do not work. Stupid that you also have to pay parking fees after such an expensive day.
The spa is very good with different spaces to spend the day. Will be back for shure.
Negative points is the fact that all info in each sauna is in dutch, making it unacessible for non dutch speackers, which is strange considering the spa is an hotel complex.
The restaurant was not the good as expected. Everything was lacking flavour They served sashimi in a stone plate with the salmon toped on a salad full of honey mustard dressing and almost falling out of the plate. Burger was grilled without salt and pepper making it untasty as it should.
The communication between employees are not the best. You ask what regular tonic water they have, they send something else for two times until you give up and drink what ever.
Pretty much one of the worst spa's I've been to in my entire life. It's overcrowded and the audience consists of a load of sauna rookies giggling and peeking around. I don't mind being watched but if I catch some guys linking their lips staring at my privates on multipe occasions I can't help but feel harassed. There is barely any events on the program so everytime you join a ritual you are stuffed into the sauna with a ludicrous amount of other people. All fine and dandy if the quality of the events are up to par... Frankly the sauna masters look like their job is miserable and they would rather go home. Great spa for people that love peeping, giggling and instagramming selfies... Not so much for people looking to relax...
