Love this spa. I've been getting regular massages for years and it is hard to find someone who does the work just how I like it. I've had Kim twice now and it's been wonderful every time. This last time I also got a pedicure from Daisy and she was great. Everyone is super nice and attentive and I can't wait for my next appointment.
Around a month ago, I had gone to get my lashes done and the place I went to destroyed my lashes. Today I came across Spa Luxe, gave them a call, explained my situation and asked if there was anything they could do to help. After coming in (only a few hours after I called!), Danielle helped walk me through what probably happened with my lashes and what they could try to fix it. She was honest with letting me know potential outcomes but encouraged me we would be able to atleast make them a little better. Andrea worked on my lashes and did a wonderful job! I left with my lashes looking so much better than when I came in. These ladies were my unexpected angels for the year!! Couldn t speak highly enough for the staff and the service!!! Outstanding service. Excellent menu choices. I have had several treatments over several visits. Staff is very professional and make you feel like you are a VIP. I first went on a Groupon deal which I thought they would just give a quick service. But much to the contrary, I was so impressed I have been back several times. Not easy to impress me but they did. Their menu prices are spot on with the attention and service you receive. I highly recommend this spa to all my friends. Look forward to my next visit.
I felt like I was on vacation at a 5 star resort! The spa itself is appointed with a gorgeous, relaxed ambience. Even the pedicure room will blow you away! Throughout my experience, it was clear that Spa Luxe took the time to craft not only relaxing spa experiences but actually cares about offering services that are good for your overall wellbeing. This is why they have pipless pedicure chairs and use all natural products! To top it all off, the whole team is extremely professional and friendly. Teri, one of the owners, personally came out to welcome me to my first visit to the spa. This is hands down the best spa Georgetown!

Some people at the front desk are unbelievably rude the others don t even know what s going on. The management team is all over the place. You should ve waited another month to open maybe you could ve gotten the staff right before unleashing them on your customers.
I just had an 80 minute deep tissue massage. Tanielle was awesome! Very relaxed atmosphere. Olivia was my Spa Butler and explained how the entire process worked. There is also a relaxation room you can wait in before and after your massage. Highly recommend Spa Luxe!
This was my first spa experience and it was an AMAZING one! From the two ladies in the front Olivia and Kasey, to my massage therapist Bee, everything was amazing. The staff members are super nice and everything is so calm, clean and relaxing! I cannot wait for my next visit.
The masseuse I had was **excellent**, and the facilities were very nice, but I felt a tension from everyone - seems like everyone was hurried - staff dashing back and forth, just a rushed tension from staff. Also, there was a lack of a solitary feeling that I've had in other spas - the "meditation room" is an awkward feeling cold community space where it's difficult to relax. (Separating the room into individual spaces, and further separated reclined seating with blankets and curtains would feel more relaxing to me.) For me, spending that much of my paycheck here to experience the tension and occasional upselling wouldn't be ideal, but I expect wealthier local clientele might be willing because of the convenience of location.
But it was honestly a good experience, great massage, and wonderful, needed addition to Georgetown.
I love this spa!! I went in for a swedish massage and it was amazing! I had relayed I had tension in my shoulders and neck and she focused on those areas. I never felt better after leaving! I will definitely be back soon!!

I had my first facial at Spa Luxe. It was SO relaxing! First I was welcomed with a smile and escorted to the women s locker room where I was given a fluffy robe and slippers. They even had a complimentary infrared sauna! After changing, my spa butler prepared me a hot tea (Cranberry Hibiscus- it was to die for) and I melted away in their mediation lounge. It was nice to just have some me time! My facial with Danielle was like a dream!!!! She explained what she was doing every step of the way so I felt confident in what she was doing. I had the Hydrafacial and at the end I was able to see a difference in my skin immediately. My skin glowed and I noticed fine lines were smoother. I highly recommend Spa Luxe- from beginning to end, it was a true luxury experience!
I have been going to spa luxe since shortly after it opened. It is a relaxing, warm, friendly, experience. Everyone is professional yet attentive and strives to please. I ve had manicures, pedicures,waxing, facials, massages. Never have I been disappointed. From walking in and being greeted by Denise, Kasey, Olivia, and now Carissa there s an immediate feeling that you are a special guest. Brittany,Daisy, Andrea, and Wieben are excellent. Don t forget Erin. I even introduced my husband to the spa and he loves his services. Upon leaving we are given a special thought for the day card and it always brings a smile.

My dad treated my mom and I for a spa day at the Georgetown location and we both had an incredible experience. The staff was very friendly through-out the entire experience and I truly received one of the best facials and massage iv'e had in a very long time. I could tell my esthetician (Andrea) was extremely knowledgable and left my skin glowing. My masseuse was incredible! I cant believe I forgot her name because she totally exceeded my expectations. I ended up purchasing the carrot seed facial oil to use at night and love it! Will certainly be back.
My husband surprised me with an 80 minute prenatal massage at Spa Luxe. They made me feel extremely welcome and relaxed right away. The client service was right on point and I couldn t have been more pleased. At 33 weeks pregnant it's hard to relax at all but the massage therapist was awesome and very knowledgeable. I felt so pampered!

This was the most relaxed I have felt since my honeymoon in Cancun when I had a massage on the beach. The staff was very friendly and accommodating and you were greeted with a soft, plush robe, sandals, and your drink of choice. I had the sensitive skin facial and the bliss massage and both were wonderful. Then took advantage of the dry sauna and relaxed in the meditation room for a while before I left. My skin is glowing, I feel relaxed and refreshed, and I think this is my new favorite place!

My massage with Kim was amazing. I did the Bliss Massage and it was exactly what my body needed. I had a Facial with Erin and she was very thorough with her questions and her touch was perfect.

So.... I am very new to Georgetown Texas. I recently moved and I thought one day hell let me treat myself to a facial, my skin is feeling parched and suffers from acne and it s only been getting worse since I ve gotten older. I read the reviews I did my research on some peels and I thought OK these people seem like trustworthy people that I can give a shot to with handling my face. Something that is very important to me, as all of you know it s something you show to the world every day and want to feel your best in, your confidence. I went in for a schedule with Andrea. She briefly asked me about my skin, not many probing questions. Just what I ve done to eliminate my acne. I m not at all saying she s a terrible aesthetician. I left my skin was glowing I felt great I felt as if she did a wonderful job. But then I woke up the next morning to damage to my face, primarily in the four head, cheek and chin area. I have scrapes to my face that are minor scars, they will heal but they are very noticeable. It s as if someone scratched and scraped my face. I now have to cover up by wearing make up but you can still see through my make up and it just doesn t do the job unfortunately. People are questioning exactly what happened, I didn t feel comfortable leaving this review but I have been pushed to do so because it is just something that if you re trying to get a facial here you should know. So ... I went back they gave me some products to hydrate the damage. They had no answers to what had happened they just kind of guessed what could have been maybe it was that or this we ve never seen this before which left me even more uncomfortable and just I cried for hours after thinking these people should know what they re doing they should know they re dealing with different types of skin at one point she told me like maybe I was too rough with this or that and that to me was just like OK you really didn t care about my skin. It s precious to me and it should ve been precious to you if it s something that you are passionate about. So if you re trying to get a facial here just beware. If you have supersensitive skin shout it to the rooftop so maybe they can be gentle on your face. I m not saying don t go here I m just saying beware!!!

I went to Spa Luxe for an 80 minute deep tissue massage. Let me just, this place was incredible. The staff was more than accommodating and really made me feel at home. I have been to other spas, but Spa Luxe really stood out from the rest I have been to. The masseuse was very knowledgeable and friendly. I will most certainly be back. Go get a massage! You will not regret it.

Visited Spa Luxe and was very impressed at how beautiful and calming everything was! The staff was so welcoming and attentive throughout my whole visit. I definitely felt like a queen for the day! I enjoyed relaxing in the peaceful meditation lounge between services. Also, the infrared sauna in the locker room is a huge plus! I definitely recommend giving yourself time to enjoy that complimentary treat! Overall, it was a very tranquil experience! Can't wait to go back!!

Spa Luxe is awesome. This is the first place I visited after quarantine and it didn't disappoint. I'm impressed by the attention to details at the spa. One of my favorite details is the fact that the massage tables are heated and the sheets were so soft. Thank you for the wonderful experience.
It was my first visit. The deep tissue thai reflexology was great, relaxing, and full body treatment . V did a good job of explaining what happens beforehand. She is good at checking in during the stretches. I will definitely come back. Remember to wear comfortable clothing.

This is a Kim appreciation review! Kim is by far the best massage therapist I have ever had. Kim takes the art of massaging to a very calming, yet powerful experience. You can really tell that Kim takes her time and really listens to the areas she is working on. Kim makes me feel really comfortable and is also a really amazing listener. Since I am new to town, I appreciate Kim's ear and also her recommendations. I also find times when I don't feel so chatty and Kim is really good at "reading the room". I appreciate you Kim, and the whole spa luxe team :)

So many businesses just treat the symptoms and don't actually want to fix the problem. It was also really appreciated you all managed to accommodate our schedule. Thank you!
Got a massage here by myself and was very impressed with the services and the facilities. I mentioned this to a family member and how much I'd like to bring my husband, and they graciously gifted us a gift certificate for the holidays for a couples massage. Unfortunately, I've called three separate times to book (over 10 days out) and have repeatedly been told they don't have openings for couples massages for my requested dates. Today when I called, I provided three separate dates and all were booked. The lady I spoke with quite obviously just wanted to get me off the phone and didn't apologize for being unable to accommodate us nor did she offer to even check other dates. I'm starting to feel like my first experience was a fluke, and we probably need to work on getting our relatives money back since they can't accommodate our request for service.
Guy review: So this review is late, but I feel like more guys should know about this place. The amenities were very detailed here from the big and tall robe, (6'3") the size 14 slippers to the tea service. Everything helped me relaxed from the time I walked in. I didn't feel rushed or uncomfortable. I would definitely come back with or without my spouse.
Sooo...later my wife booked at deal at massage at a different spa and my level of experience was the complete opposite. I mentioned to my wife "they didn't have a nice relaxing room, no fancy herbal teas, no dressing rooms or robes. I felt like a number...In and out. "

Today, I had my second visit to Spa Luxe. I walked in the door and was immediately greeted by name. I was escorted into the meditation room to await my treatment. The clean and relaxing atmosphere was perfect. Every detail is attended to, from 3 different complimentary trail mixes to much on, to refreshing cucumber water and even reading glasses for those of us that need them, to read the wide variety of magazines. When my massage therapist, Joyce came for me, she remembered the first time I had come and chatted pleasantly with me as we walked to the treatment room. She is such a professional. I was getting the 80 minute Hydrating Body Wrap. She explained the entire procedure and checked to see if I had any specific preferences. Once we got started, she checked in with me periodically to make sure that I was enjoying the experience. It was simply spectacular. I cannot recommend this spa enough. I have traveled all over the world and had many great spa services. Who knew that the BEST spa services I have received were right here in Georgetown! Last week was a very stressful week, but Spa Luxe, you made it all good. I will come back again and again! Thank you Spa Luxe!

I usually have a pedicure with sweet Brittany. She is extremely skilled and very professional. The facility is always impeccably clean and smells wonderful! I would give Brittany a 10 if that was allowed. Treat yourself and book an appointment with her. My only problem is I want to linger longer!!!

Unlike other spas in the area where from the moment you walk in you re bombarded with everything from fat removal to makeup application, Botox to microblading when you walk in to Spa Luxe you re immediately greeted, whisked away to your dressing room and offered a beverage in the relaxing lounge as you await your service. The place is beautifully decorated, simple, elegant not over to top. Every service I ve had has met or exceeded expectations.

I had my CBD massage with Hailey (Hayley? I'm not sure how she spells it.) yesterday for my birthday and it was wonderful. She made the environment really comfortable for me and was very friendly. She was easy to talk to and really knowledgable. They gave me a CBD sample with my massage and gave me some additional birthday goodies. Very soft robes.
My first visit was amazing. The spa looks and feels very luxurious from the moment you walk in and the staff were very friendly! The amenities were such a plus, I loved the quiet room and enjoyed the complimentary snacks that were offered. The robes are awesome and I will DEFINITELY be returning soon!

I took my daughter here for her first manicure and pedicure to celebrate her 13th birthday. From the moment we walked in we felt as though we had been transported to an experience at a fantastic, exclusive resort. From the fruited water in the meditation room, to the choice of colors, music, furnishings, and the kind and attentive staff, we felt utterly pampered. A week later, fingers and toes still look amazing.
