Update to original post: After speaking with Paul, it was evident Spa Luxe actually cared about improving the training of their staff so future outcomes were different for all customers than what I experienced. So many businesses just treat the symptoms and don't actually want to fix the problem. It was also really appreciated you all managed to accommodate our schedule. Thank you!

Got a massage here by myself and was very impressed with the services and the facilities. I mentioned this to a family member and how much I'd like to bring my husband, and they graciously gifted us a gift certificate for the holidays for a couples massage. Unfortunately, I've called three separate times to book (over 10 days out) and have repeatedly been told they don't have openings for couples massages for my requested dates. Today when I called, I provided three separate dates and all were booked. The lady I spoke with quite obviously just wanted to get me off the phone and didn't apologize for being unable to accommodate us nor did she offer to even check other dates. I'm starting to feel like my first experience was a fluke, and we probably need to work on getting our relatives money back since they can't accommodate our request for service.
