So.... I am very new to Georgetown Texas. I recently moved and I thought one day hell let me treat myself to a facial, my skin is feeling parched and suffers from acne and it s only been getting worse since I ve gotten older. I read the reviews I did my research on some peels and I thought OK these people seem like trustworthy people that I can give a shot to with handling my face. Something that is very important to me, as all of you know it s something you show to the world every day and want to feel your best in, your confidence. I went in for a schedule with Andrea. She briefly asked me about my skin, not many probing questions. Just what I ve done to eliminate my acne. I m not at all saying she s a terrible aesthetician. I left my skin was glowing I felt great I felt as if she did a wonderful job. But then I woke up the next morning to damage to my face, primarily in the four head, cheek and chin area. I have scrapes to my face that are minor scars, they will heal but they are very noticeable. It s as if someone scratched and scraped my face. I now have to cover up by wearing make up but you can still see through my make up and it just doesn t do the job unfortunately. People are questioning exactly what happened, I didn t feel comfortable leaving this review but I have been pushed to do so because it is just something that if you re trying to get a facial here you should know. So ... I went back they gave me some products to hydrate the damage. They had no answers to what had happened they just kind of guessed what could have been maybe it was that or this we ve never seen this before which left me even more uncomfortable and just I cried for hours after thinking these people should know what they re doing they should know they re dealing with different types of skin at one point she told me like maybe I was too rough with this or that and that to me was just like OK you really didn t care about my skin. It s precious to me and it should ve been precious to you if it s something that you are passionate about. So if you re trying to get a facial here just beware. If you have supersensitive skin shout it to the rooftop so maybe they can be gentle on your face. I m not saying don t go here I m just saying beware!!!
