Worse customer service for corporate buying. Successful with initial order but future orders were pathetic customer service. Even the retail store associate says the corporate customer service is horrible and she was at least trying to help. No return call from Eric Mc Cans for one week. No follow up from quote 10609807 Mishel B. She took 45 mins to take a reorder with new names. I would not recommend this company at this time. I have to suffer to get a reorder and disappoint employees. In a world of COVID-19, I had hope the customer service
would be better.

We were at the Delray Beach store today, and we had a very unpleasant experience with the store clerk.
This employee when we entered did not even turn to look at us, much less offer the products or ask what we were looking for, her attitude that I care if the store is not mine anyway mr they pay for doing nothing. Furthermore, as we speak in Spanish, his attitude was discriminatory towards us.
You have lost some vlients and you will lose more, because as doctors we will recommend buying from your company thanks to your employee.

They use USPS.
Their website said delivery prior to christmas. I made my order Nov 28. On Dec 23, the tracking number showed "Won't be delivered until Dec 26". I asked for a refund prior to them shipping it to my house and told them to handle the hassle of returning a package themselves. They don't care. Customer service didn't care. USPS didn't care. Just stick with Amazon. They do it better.

This company gave me nothing. But the run around! I ordered to different orders of scrubs and one package got to my house while the other package was still processing in the warehouse. I finally got an email saying that an item on my order was cancelled because it was out of stock. So I replaced it with another item. I got another email saying the same thin but this time it was for 2 different items. So bring it was taking so long for me to get my order I cancelled it. Now I was given money for this website on a gift card. Now this morning I get a phone call saying that they can't put the money back on the gift card they need to send me a check for the amount that was left. The problem is I wanted that money on the gift card to purchase more clothing. Now the money is going to take 3 weeks to get to my house. So I can't buy uniforms. I will never be going back to this company ever again!
