WARNING: Premium price with ZERO attention to detail and non-responsive customer service.

SP Designs is not the cheapest company in town but I m ok with paying a premium price if I get premium service...NOT THE CASE HERE!

Embroidered hats...3 strikes your out!

-The first time the placement was good but I wanted the logo slightly bigger.
-The second time I ordered I was told it could only get .75 larger in the placement I requested which was perfect and they came out the exact same on way as the first batch...I never complained just mentioned.
-The third time and most recent I was told the same and although the logos were bigger they were not in the correct placement...and CROOKED! Bottom line they looked like GARBAGE!!

I emailed 4 times with no response and left 1 VM with no response.

Best prices in town and my order is always done on time.

Very horrible service took 2 months for my deacal to be made. After me calling over and over they told me it was ready for pick up a couple days later i show up to pick it up and its no wear to be found. Then a man from the back says we had trouble makeing the lines straight my response was how come no one called me about this they had no answer but sorry then they continue to lie and say we called u but thats funny because the lady at the desk countied to say sorry no one called u ahead of time. But at the end of the day they did make me one that was done ok i just dont understand why it took two months to get it done when they made it in one day. I hope no one has that promblem with them. I wont be returning there beacuse I lost money and a very good customer of my own due to this happing

Excellent company, I've been working with them since I started my company back in 2003. Van wraps, t-shirts, business cards you name it. Office staff is great and there design team is very professional. I will continue to work with Sp Designs

Great customer service, fair and honest pricing. Great products too!

Spent a good 45 mins to an hour talking to them about a wrap for my car for business. They measured the car and wasn't sure if what I wanted was available but they would call 3M and find out. They knew if I what I wanted wasn't available I was going to go with something that we knew they could do. No call back. I called a week later to get the status and girl was out sick but would return my call. NO CALL BACK its been a few months now. Wasted time and effort.

I order 3 shirts with their design and it is missing colors and peeling out of the package! 2 emails and 2 weeks later, no offer to fix nor an apology as to their work! Plenty of other printers!
