SP Designs is not the cheapest company in town but I m ok with paying a premium price if I get premium service...NOT THE CASE HERE!

Embroidered hats...3 strikes your out!

-The first time the placement was good but I wanted the logo slightly bigger.
-The second time I ordered I was told it could only get .75 larger in the placement I requested which was perfect and they came out the exact same on way as the first batch...I never complained just mentioned.
-The third time and most recent I was told the same and although the logos were bigger they were not in the correct placement...and CROOKED! Bottom line they looked like GARBAGE!!

I emailed 4 times with no response and left 1 VM with no response.
