The whole process of ordering and installing the two heaters we wanted was easy. The price was very competitive and the surveyor, Neil, was most helpful. Once ordered the heaters arrived well within the timescale indicated. The installers - Sean and Graham - were extremely efficient. They worked fast and left the rooms cleaner than when they arrive! Their explanation about how the Heat App worked was very clear indeed and left us with no questions. If and when we order more we would be delighted to see them again.
All in all, I can wholeheartedly recommend the firm, the product and its employees. Great job. The rooms are now perfectly heated to our requirements.

Extremely happy. I had 1 large heater in my lounge and a tall towel rail heater in the bathroom, they are both very stylish looking. Joe and Shaun were a delight to have in my home, very friendly and professional and could not have been more helpful, the living room heater is programmable and I was shown how to do this, very impressed as to how you can set this and it s easy, this will make my heating suited to when I am at home or out ( when I will be using less), makes it so much more economical than my old night storage heaters. The bathroom heater will not only keep the room warm but my towels too! I truly am absolutely delighted, a very happy customer and thoroughly recommend South West Heating, thank you so much.

Amazing, a complete transformation of my home in less than 4 hours! Prompt arrival, the 2 guys worked well together, explained in full again what would happen always checking to make sure I was happy. No mess, no fuss and great banter! Thorough explanation of how to us the APP and left with contact numbers should I have any concerns (which I haven't).

The Radiators look stunning and the different sizes compliment each room all worked out on the initial visit and consultation. I have had so many compliments from friends - my only regret is not having done it years ago instead of freezing my way through Winter. never realised it would be so easy.

"We have been replacing our traditional LPG central heating system in favour of Elkatherm heaters as a rolling programme over the last year.

Survey has usually been undertaken within 2 weeks of our request and quotation normally received within 10 days following survey.

Delivery has been dependent on whether the units have been stock items or by order from Germany, in either event we have always found mutually convenient dates for installation.

The installation process has been good on each occasion and the installers have gone out of their way to ensure communication between units and hub (control of our installation is by HeatApp) have been sufficient to access readings and system control of all areas. The installation team have always arrived promptly. They have been courteous and left rooms clean and tidy."

The engineers arrived on time and were very polite and courteous. They fitted the heaters very efficiently and made sensible suggestions as to position, ducting, etc and showed us how to set up the timers on the heaters with suggestions as to the best settings.. The flat was left extremely clean and tidy. We would certainly recommend South West Heating

We needed a replacement for the old night storage heaters in the apartment on Dartmoor which we let. Gas and oil were not available options. The South West Heating System
has exceeded expectations from the outset, through the ease of installation to the incredibly flexible settings for operating and economy. Backup support and advice from the technicians has been 100%.

I was recommended these heaters by my daughter and son in law as they had them installed in 2012.
I have to say I am very happy with them. The app takes a bit of getting used to but all in all very pleased.

Outstanding Quality
From the initial survey of our cottage to the one-day installation took only 8 weeks. As the heaters had to come from the manufacturers in Germany this was very impressive.
There is no hard sell involved with South West Heating Solutions. They concentrate on a high quality product, sound advice and excellent customer service.
My wife and I are delighted with our 5 heaters.
The app works well in setting each room s heat in time intervals and the individual remote controls allow instant modification of all settings.

Having had two night storage heaters replaced two years ago, we have just had two more done, and we cannot thank south west heating enough, the cleanliness and efficiently which the workmen showed was second to none, we would highly recommend them another great job

This was our second installation after having the upstairs completed last year. We are very happy and love the idea that we can adjust the heating while we are out. Highly recommended and so much better than 'night storage heaters'.

Still a journey in progress but, six month after having our heating system installed and coming through a very cold winter in parts, happy to report that we are generally very satisfied with our new heating. Obviously the controllability has made a huge difference and the ability to tailor each room to our requirement is still somewhat of a novelty after 30 years of night storage heaters and a wood-burning stove, although we are still learning the optimum temperatures for each heater - I think we had them on higher than necessary initially! We may have to look at our supplier when our current contract runs out but bills have been no worse than we expected, generally similar to before. I know that when we invested in the system there was very much a message of the electricity you can potentially save but, in reality, you have to factor in that, because there is a heater in every area and you can use them more than night storage units, you use them more than you might have expected, especially when the weather is very cold! Having said that, we bought the system primarily to give us a totally controllable and utilisable heat to keep us warm now that, being retired, we are around the house much more during the day and any power savings would have been a bonus, so we are quite happy at the moment.
Customer service has been excellent, although we have had little need of help. The only aid we have needed was advice on setting up a new BT hub for using the Heatapp (which is great, by the way) which we received by an almost instant return of an email enquiry - thank you Mark! However, from dealing with the company through the installation process and the odd query afterwards, I lose no sleep in worrying whether, if anything should go wrong, it wouldn't be dealt with properly as I have gained significant confidence in the company already - a pleasure to deal with.

We previously had economy 7 heating. This was warm at night when we didn't need it. It was not adjustable during the day, and was insufficient in the evening. During the Spring and Autumn one had to be a day ahead forecast wise to know when to put the economy 7 on. We had South West Heating recommended to us. They were friendly and reliable with a great service. We now have total control over our heating, room by room. We are even able to control the heating when we are due to return home form a holiday by putting it on from a distance so we arrive to a toastie home!

We have recently had a fourth radiator fitted in the second bedroom, other radiators had been fitted before we purchased the house. South West Heating have been nothing but helpful, knowledgeable and efficient. The heating is excellent in the cottage just what we needed in such an old house. I would highly recommend them to anyone thinking of replacing their heating.

We live in a Grade 2 listed building. We have limited heating in a large kitchen and we could not add any further radiators to our system. We had two of South West Heating's Radiators fitted and we are now warm in the kitchen for the first time. The fitting was very fast and the workers cleaned up after the work. Very Happy.

We used to have night storage heaters but never benefited from the heat as we would be out working during the day. Then we came across these amazing heaters from Germany what can I say they are fantastic you can control the heating anytime of the day and they work just like a thermostatically controlled radiator.

Review Title: Professional and Efficient job

Review: I was extremely impressed with the professional and efficient approach of the SW heating staff right through from the quotation stage to the installation process.
The installation engineers were friendly, courteous and explained the process through to completion including final operating instructions.
Other than the presence of all the heaters plus house was a lot warmer one would not known any work was done.

Great experience from initial contact to fitting. Advice was really comprehensive and salesman had great knowledge in regard to the size and number of radiators needed. We ordered our heaters in January to replace ugly, inefficient night storage heaters. Due to the Beast from the East storms delivery was later than expected. Installation was quick and done with great attitude and a team who obviously enjoy their job and care about the customer, with honesty at the forefront as through no fault of theirs one of the heaters was damaged on arrival and they remedied the problem in a very professional way and have bent over backwards to assist us with any queries we have had. We can't fault them in any way and highly recommend their services and we plan to use them again in the near future with our home improvements.

After have Elkatherm heaters installed two years ago, we decided to have some installed upstairs, the workmanship and cleanliness was second to none, after completing the works and a demo of the heat app, you wouldn't have know the workman had been, really pleased with the work another great job with a very satisfied customer

"We had this system installed in 2014 starting with a survey and explanation on how this system works, We chose it because it sounded efficiant, clean and simple to use as well as not having to pull the house apart to install pipes,boiler and tank weather it was going to be gas or oil.

When the radiators where installed it was a simple matter of a few drill holes with raw plugs and plug the units in to the nearest socket, simple no pulling up of floors and pipes every where.

Once they were in stalled I was shown how to set each radiator up on the unit supplied but I tend to use my I-Pad or phone and with my phone I can turn the heating on away from home so the house is nice and warm on arrival.

The the customer service has been second to none as I had a bit of differculty when I changed my internet supplier and router, it was sorted in minutes by Mr Britton

I would recommend this system to anybody thinking of what heating system to install for efficiency, cleanliness and not so expensive to run as first thought".
