My daughter had saved a long time to buy a schoolbag from here. When it became too small, she wanted to return the backpack. She was told that it was only to come in with it if it became too small. Today, when she stopped by, the store refuses to take it in, because the right of exchange was only valid for 3 days. She bought it about 1 week ago. This was not stated at the time of purchase, nor is there a deadline on the receipt. Bad service! Will neither shop here anymore, nor recommend you further.
