"We have been replacing our traditional LPG central heating system in favour of Elkatherm heaters as a rolling programme over the last year.

Survey has usually been undertaken within 2 weeks of our request and quotation normally received within 10 days following survey.

Delivery has been dependent on whether the units have been stock items or by order from Germany, in either event we have always found mutually convenient dates for installation.

The installation process has been good on each occasion and the installers have gone out of their way to ensure communication between units and hub (control of our installation is by HeatApp) have been sufficient to access readings and system control of all areas. The installation team have always arrived promptly. They have been courteous and left rooms clean and tidy."
