This lady Victoria Robert's is the rudest person I've ever came encounter with!! They will not tell you who they are from until you get the person who possibly owes the debt. I come from customer service and this company is by far the rudest!

Worked here for 3 months and never again would I ever. There was no room for advancement or growth. People were constantly yelling and screaming every hour of every shift. Highly unprofessional. The amount they paid collectors ($12-$12.50) was no amount compared to the day to day bs we had to put up with from managers, to the consumers. Constantly making automatic outbound calls with no breathing time between the calls starting from 7am to 9pm. Managers always expected us to go above and beyond for clients who didn t give a damn about their consumers and the collectors always got the backlash. This is a position for someone with felonies who can t get a good job. Bonusing was a joke and nearly impossible, but they expected you to live off $900 every 2 weeks like really? In Texas? Get real. I don t know how long this company will stay afloat but I would never recommend anyone to work here EVER. I feel sorry for the people who still do
Fake comapny says i opened an account and caught instantly with stealing not only my SSN to open a fake collection account and as well others personal info!

Absolutely horrible customer services the person I talked (Brian) and (Hally) didn t want to send me an email or documentation or settlement letter. They re not so helpful and make things harder and complicated they want to get my bank account which I totally don t agree and when I said I would like to do a money order check they refused to do that! Not doing their job ! Half star

I've been called by these people to my voip number via google for over a year. I have data files and have recorded conversations with their incompetent call rep; stating that they have the wrong number. I have files of transcript of them harassing me with multiple voicemail for the wrong person. They refused to remove my number even though they said they would and kept calling. I've had to remove my long time google number because of this. Would love to get enough people for a class action lawsuit!

Continuously calling my phone before 0700 and after 2100. I have served them with a cease and desist letter and they tried to act like it was sent to the wrong address. I am now contacting a law firm. The phone calls are all day, even on the weekends. They even do skip tracing calls.
The person that works at the front desk is rude and deserves to be put on a different position where she doesn't have to interact with people! If she's having a bad day she needs to leave that at home or stay home! You're being paid to give the company great representation! I never give companies bad reviews but I had to with this one.
absolutely the worst company to work with. We reached out to them to pay off the collection and wanted an email confirming it would be removed from our credit. That was on a Friday. She told us it would take 2-3 business days. Okay, fine. On the third day, Tuesday, we called and they had the wrong email address. She confirms she would be sending it right away. They didn't. We call today, Wednesday, and they say because we put a different email in, that it would take another 2-3 days. They are quick to take the money out of our account, but god for bid they send a quick confirmation email so we can get our preapproval for a house!!! HORRIBLE.
I called on two occasion. Both times asking for the debt be validated. I had already contacted Comcast who confirmed the fees were waived. And that they didn't know why it was in collections. This company calls after 9pm, refuses to do a debt validation which is a legal right you have, and will hang up on you when you ask a questions. They are rude. They give debt collectors a bad name. Everyone should stay away from this company. Do not let them bully you. They will call you from VoIP and cell phones, but deny they do. They will never call you from an 800 number, nor will they leave a voice mail.
5/1/2018 Update: Right now the BBB is assisting me with this issue. I gave them the person I talked to at Comcast. Southwest credit systems supposedly did verify the debt yet Comcast said it is not in collections. These people are a scam. If you do have something in debt and these people called I recommend getting help as all they do is break the law.
They keep calling asking me to verify my information and asking me to give them my personal info. If you are calling me for a business matter or a debt you should have my information. I can not trust someone who is Calling me and asking to verify my personal information when they are the ones calling. Verification it s only used when a costumer calls a company And for security Purposes only!

called them told them i never lived at that address and it was not my bill and what did they do, with me recording the call, just stopped talking and would not send me any back up nothing and then put on my credit while I am purchasing a house for my mom and I. How can they put a bill on someone ones credit and called the original vendor and they have no knowledge of the bill and told me good luck. Atty General needs to know of there shenanigans. Scam company. They buy old debt and try to collect on it by abusing and frightening people over the phone. They cold call my workplace all the time trying to collect on bills that have nothing to do with us. Don't ever pay them a cent.

We had an outstanding utility that we were unaware of, it was sent to SW. I called and they were prompt and courteous in assisting me to make the necessary payments and have it removed from the credit bureaus.

Got a 3+ year old debt and reported it as brand new. This is against federal law. "It is a violation of law for a collection agency to report old past-due amounts as if they are new again when the debts are sold. I used to work for the NTTA under southwest credit so just an FYI they are now having a credit company call if you don't pay your tolls I worked there for 1 months and apparently I get fired today for supposedly missing one day of work amongst other things worst company ever to work for I would highly not recommend this company to work for at all NTTA works under multiple third group parties through collection agencies. Don't be lied to it's the NTTA but it's under all credit companies. The management wise saying their management they're not managementwhen they say hold on let me get my manager it's really a team leader who absolutely knows nothing training is literally 3 days they don't teach anything at all
Horrible collection service. I moved from our home and canceled an internet service provider service. Because the ISP did not provide service in the area to which we were moving, the ISP waived their cancellation fee. It was not until SWCS started calling me that I even knew the ISP never waived the fee. I contacted the ISP who informed me that they decided against it.
I asked SWCS to verify the debt by sending me some form of documentation (something they were supposed to have done within a week of contacting me). It has been five months, and I am still waiting. In the meantime, SWCS calls my cell phone multiple times during the day, all from different numbers. When you perform an internet search on the number, it comes back as a pawn shop for one and an assisted living home for another. This is called "caller ID spoofing" and is illegal. When you call back the number, you hear music and are asked to please wait for SWCS next available.
While I have yet to receive the verification of debt documents from SWCS, they have called two family members three times and have asked to speak with me. I am thirty-three years old, and my family members live several hours away. They ask to speak to me. My family members ask who is calling, and they just repeat that they are calling to speak to me. Well, I haven't lived with those family members in sixteen years. They have my phone number, and they have my mailing address: both were provided in my written request to validate my debt. They are required to respond by law.
Although they have received my request to verify my debt as well as to cease communications with myself and third parties until they have sent the documents, they continue to harass and call from spoofed numbers.
I actually had a positive experience. I owed $80 to Verizon but I moved and never got the bill and only used their service for a month. Granted they called me from a different number but I spoke to Chris and Leo and they were cool about it and explained that the number changes to the area that you live in (pretty much a spoof dialer but still a legit company). Basically, are a legitimate debt collector and they told me they do not sell my data or information to 3rd parties. Overall I had a good experience especially as a military veteran and someone who takes security seriously. I however advice to those not to give out your personal information until you verify they are who they are and send out the bill in the mail, because you might get someone who isn't even a representative for Southwest Credit Systems and just trying to scam you.
These people called about a bill I had with Clearwire. My account with Clearwire was on automatic payment. So when I ended my account they took out the final balance due. I got a call from them that I still owed $110, so I paid it. Now they're calling again saying I owe an additional $40. How is that possible when the account was automatically paid every month. There are bank statements to prove this. I asked them to send documentation showing what I owe but they got mad at me and hung up. I'm reporting them to the Attorney Generals office, police and BBB and I'm filing a formal complaint.
Calls and asks for me, I answer and ask who they are and they refuse to tell me. I am positive they have the wrong person but without giving them my life story they will not tell me why they are calling. Their contact info is currently in my attorneys office...I'm sick of the scams.
Unbelievable. I made my payment like we had arranged, however not even a few days later I m still getting my phone blown up and harassed about my remaining balance in collections. I then told them I made a payment, which shows on my bank statement, on the first of the month. To top it all off I was hung up on by the damn woman on the other end who has no professionalism. This place can burn to the ground for all I care, and screw Comcast for screwing all of their loyal customers!!
Just received a call from these Jack's from my home states area code. (Not clever). There had been many more Verizon marked as spam. Finally decided to call back and see what it was about. I'm not a confrontational guy but when a debt collector said that I owed somebody I literally laughed. There's nobody that I have not paid my dues too and I believe they have the wrong person. When I started to explain that I would not be giving my personal information out after I have lost my wallet three months ago the person from India and hung up on me. I wanted to know what my debt was about but if he couldn't confirm who the debt was from then why would I ever give my personal credentials out? No common sense.
Absolutely horrible customer service and professionalism. Was supposed to receive a letter to pay of my debt so I can have documentation of it and I never received anything in the mail. So I called SW to follow up and the personal on the other end was extremely rude and told me I did not need documentation to pay of my debt and just to pay it off now. I still did not feel comfortable so I insisted on a letter in the mail and she literally disregard everything and hung up on me. SW wonder why debt isn t being paid and have 1 star ratings. Make a change! Check on your employees and listen to the recordings. This is just 1 review of many. I suggest paying of the debt directly from the original company. This was 03/07/2018.
I worked for this company for 3 months. I got hired in February 2018. Hit the floor in March and was out of nesting fully in April. In april i was the highest collector on my team(T-Mobile) and also became a shark. My fee was at a 14,300. I was them moved to comcast where i also was #1 on my team for the month of may. I was terminated on may 19 because i only tried to help a customer and settle his account for 700.00 and not the 807.81 that was offered. I was at work early every day. Never missed a day or never recieved and written ups about my performance. I made this company alot of money being the top shark for 2 months in a roll but was fired WITHOUT even given a warning. All because i wanted to help this customer . But yet this was a good experience to me .I wish the management would reconsider letting their top collectors go on mishaps and put more attention on those people who are not coming in or have attendence issues... I literally was at work a hour early every day... Smh... Ok well. Have a good day
Its been a month and i haven't received my settlement letter. I have to call at least twice a week and still no letter, The Manager i spoke to was rude and unprofessional.
Called me on a local number, even though they are listed as being in Texas. They called to have me verify my old address for collections, but for a billing at an address I never heard of. It seems like they are a scam and the woman wouldn't provide much info on why they were calling or what the purpose was. BE CAREFUL of info you give them.
They called me out of nowhere yesterday to pursue a debt from AT&T u verse that was resolved 5 months ago!! I have paperwork to prove it and the girl had no regard for that, she just wanted my credit card in order not to report me to credit bureau! She even tried to negotiate with me to get me to pay half of the debt I did not owe and said would write the whole thing off if I would do that! I refused to give her money I do not owe. I am sending a certified letter to them today as I am sure they will turn this debt in to the credit bureau. This company and AT&T u verse should be put out of business. Track your activity with these crooks and report them to the Better Business Bureau!

This is not a good business at all, people. They just want to get your personal information, and make money off of your debt. You give them all your information, they infiltrate your credit card history (i.e. debt, paid bills, etc.). They cut your payment in half, and your bad credit score never goes away.
These guys came after me in Jan of this yr. for. TMobile acct that paid in full by new provider Sprint in 2016 witha creidt card. Documented & comfirmed by TMobile! CSR stated she didn't want the documentation. I sent it 2x & am disputing.
Very annoying that they do not identify themselves when they call. I got a bill referred to them from the NTTA, but I never got the original invoice from the NTTA. The CSR I spoke with gave me the "invoice" information and the plate that was being charged, and confirmed that I never got an invoice from the NTTA, and referred me back to the NTTA for resolution. Southwest Credit was charging at $52 service charge on a $4 toll bill. Get hte information on what they are collecting and contact the original company directly.
The representatives here are very rude and unprofessional! Jacob to be more specific. He barely allowed me to speak and hung up the phone in my ear after I had taken the initiative to call back and speak to them in reguards to my debts. Another representive who had called just before he did called from an anonymous number and said that her name was Quanita and her colleagues were in the background laughing and giggling.These people have no sense of professionalism whatsoever.
paid of Bill for Time Warner cable after I moved, this was 6 months ago, they are still reporting it as unpaid. I filed dispute with Eqifax and Trans Union. even sent proof of cancelled check, yet they still claim it hasn't been paid! these guys should be in jail.
These people are unbelievable, there was a debt on my credit for 5 yrs, I knew nothing of the debt, I called them to have it resolved and they were just very unhelpful, all they want to do is take my money and eave my report screwed.
These people called me and immediately started asking me to verify information. I said no, please tell me who you are and why you are calling me. She hung up. I called the number back and asked what the company does. The woman asked me to verify my information. She said she couldn't tell me what the company is or does. All she told me was this is Southwest Credit Systems.
I said you can't tell me generically what your company does. She said, nope look us up.
That sounds super scammy to me.

It feels strange to leave a five-star review for a collection agency, but here we go:
I was called recently regarding a debt tied to an address where I had lived in the past, but which did not belong to me. The employee (Liza, I think?) with whom I spoke was surprisingly respectful and understanding. She offered information to me regarding the nature of the debt, allowing me to confirm that it did not in fact belong to me. After allowing me to speak and then consulting with her superiors, she removed the debt's association with my name and assured that I would not be called by SWC again.
I'd never dealt with a collection agency before in my life, and hearing my name associated with a pretty substantial debt was quite frightening momentarily. Thankfully, the SWC representative with whom I spoke allowed me to explain the situation and never once acted in a threatening or aggressive manner. I appreciated this very much, and as such I decided to take the time to leave this review.
Trash service, paid my clients collection and they promised me a receipt. they lied said they would send me over the receipt after 72 hours. i gave them their money in full, now theyre saying they cannot talk to me because i am not the client. After they get what they wanted, the screw over the customer. This is the worst customer service company.

Debt collectors get a bad rep because they are asking you to pay a debt that you owe. But if you only understood the good feeling of paying a debt and know that you are free to buy your home or purchase tour car, or bank at places otger than 2nd chance banks. It is best to take care of it while you can. They are only trying to help not only who they are collecting for, but the debtor as well.
I understand I owe money to AT&T for needing to cancel my service for reasons that are not of any of the company's concern. I receive phone calls five times a day at least four days a week. I have explained constantly that I am unable to work due to medical problems. I am told they will call again the following week but call again two days later. I've explained that I had even been rushed to the hospital after calling 911 and I still receive a phone call the following day. I can't even pay my medical bills or buy groceries but HEY LET'S BE SURE TO PAY SWC GROUP! I am disgusted by this company!
This company is truly a snake in the grass...I paid off a debt 5 months ago, but these people tried to buy the debt, then act like it was not paid off...I'm trying to join the group, that is suing this company...They need to be shut down and pay for their criminal activity....
I do not have an account with Comcast which is appearing on my credit report as in collections. This has occurred three times this year - each time being removed after dispute is accepted. I have not been contacted in any way by SW Credit Systems and only continue to discover this on my credit report. This is fraudulent activity. I am reporting to the BBB, Comcast, and other Financial Authorities.
I received a call from some one that could hardly speak English. Very frustrating to have to figure out what the F&^% he was saying. Started trying to ask personal info and would not identify who he was calling from. Then he just hung up. Not even sure what they were calling about, I may never know....

This company appeared on my credit report. They seemed to know nothing about debt collection laws. They informed me they do not have to send written notice of a debt. What's even more disturbing is they did not have my name on file and they provided me with someone else's address. They informed me they would record my call. I obtained permission to record them as well. They seemed prejudice towards white people on the phone. The amount was 69 bucks for a cable company. I disputed it and had it removed only to find the next day they readded it with another credit bureau. They added in the notes "customer disputes transaction". They must have pulled my name from the previous dispute. I am disputing it with the other company and seeking legal advice. Such a small amount so I paid it (to keep my credit score from dropping) but will continue to fight it. If any attorneys want to reach out to me please do so. They would not even offer to remove it from my report even though they had misinformation and likely violated my consumer rights by refusing to send written notice of the debt.
They are the worst company. They told me they would send me a receipt on my paid amount, and they never did, even after I called them 4 times in a period of 2 weeks. Their supervisor told me he would personally send me an email with the receipt at the end of today, and nothing. Absolutely nothing.
